Here in Tornado Hurricane city Nekos and vampires roam free.You can be from vampire to neko or a half breed of both. if you want to be another Creature ask but i prefer if you use vampires and nekos. Heres the rules:

Alina wandered through the streets quietly hoping in and out of the alley ways to keep herself busy. Even though it really did no good.
