So, what is your favorite card?

Or did you say it already and I missed it in your other posts?

I did in my first post.

At least when handling my own deck, the 3 of Swords just feels so right to me... but whenever I get a reading done The Moon usually appears...

Perhaps your purpose in life has something to do with the message of the moon card?

I have a rabbit Tarot -- I don't care for readings -- I just like collecting cards like the Hanafuda and then writing little musings about them...

I started with Oracle cards about five years ago. My first of those was Doreen Virtures Unicorn deck. They're very good. A couple years ago i got an Animal Messengers deck, which i love doing more complex spreads with. The energy comes through well for me when i use them.

It was a while before i got any proper tarot cards, but about two years ago i invested in an Anchient Egyptian deck, with a lot of gold lefing and intricate drawings. They're very pretty. I've always been very connected to them, to the point where i can feel what the cards are saying even if somebody else is just leafing through the deck across the room.
I can't 'hear' properly yet, but feeling the cards and the energy they bring though, i can make pretty accurate readings for people.

My one issue with tarot is the way people claim to be able to 'learn' it in a few days. Yes, i think you can read cards and some innate skill will come through, but i don't think it's just enough to know what each card in each position of a spread means. That to me, isn't really reading the cards.

Well I'm a Cancer, so my element is ruled by the Moon.
but my card (by horoscope) is the Chariot, although I've never had it in any reading...

Your choice of words makes you sound like a schitzo XD
No offence but really.

Well you seem like the person who sees the cards as a tool of spirits around you. I regard that as superstitious nonsense, because to me the cards work by clarifying your own awareness of things. I find that people who blame an accurate reading on the things around them rather than their own skill are really underestimating themselves and their ability and significance in the world.

My sister is a cancer too, but she doesn't get the moon often.

Do some research, maybe the moon card is trying to tell you something important, and that is why it keeps coming up?
