Taylor parked the car and got out of it a second after Damien, following him towards the building. He stopped as well, though. Something didn't seem right, and he glanced at Damien to see if the shifter noticed anything.

Damien frowned, sniffing around the area. He could smell gasoline and a few other flammable things, which was... not normal for the area. He glanced over at Taylor, worried now, and headed for the front door slowly.

As Taylor followed Damien closer, he could smell the fumes for himself. The smell got stronger, which was definitely worrisome, and went with his friend towards the door. Something was definitely not right.

"Damien." The ex stood near the center of the warehouse, which had been cleared out and was now a large open space. Practically a theater. "I was wondering when you'd show up."

"Leta." Damien's eyes narrowed dangerously. "What did you do with them?"

"They're... hanging out." Leta smiled. "Really, Damien, a human? I know you have odd tastes but this is just... low. Even for you."

While Damien was confronting his ex, Taylor slipped back behind him and went to look for the girls. He wanted to make sure to find them and get them out before things exploded. Maybe even literally.

Damien growled and started towards her. She tsked at him and flicked open a lighter, looking down at the line of lighter fluid going from just behind her to a set of barrels in the very back, above which the girls had been suspended. Sera was still unconscious from the Siren's spell.

"I'd be careful, tiger."

"What do you want, Leta?"

"Just to steer you clear of your disastrous path, dear one."

Damien growled. "I don't believe that, coming from you."

Rose was barely conscious, and she groaned softly as the chain suspending her and Sera swayed slightly. She could barely make out talking through her throbbing headache, and the rest of her ached as well.

Taylor had seen the girls and was already trying to figure out how to get them down safely.

Damien noticed that and decided to try stalling. He held up his hands, forcibly relaxing his stance. "Alright. Fine. Talk to me. There has to be a reason you're doing this."

Leta shrugged. "Besides the fact that I don't like you with a human? No one does. You've got bigger things to worry about, like the fact that they're all killing us off. You should be hunting them on your moon nights, not cuddling in bed with one." She looked briefly disgusted. "Besides, you still have obligations to people."

"No I don't. You released me of my obligation, and all the others I've paid off. I know. I kept track."

As Damien stalled for time, Taylor finally found the mechanism that kept the chain, and the girls, suspended in the air. Now it was a matter of careful handling to get them down without drawing Leta's attention, but Taylor was sure he could do it. It took finesse, and he had plenty of that.

Leta hissed. "I did not!"

"Yes, you did. I have a record of it." Damien glowered at her. "You released me. And I've payed off everything else. You have no reason to be doing this."

Leta hissed again, clearly unhappy. "Fine. Then I'll eat well tonight."

A shiver rippled down Damien's spine, but he managed to control it. Barely. "You. Will. Not."

While that whole exchange was going on, Taylor managed to get the girls down and made sure they were alright. Once he was assured of that fact, he sauntered back on over to the feuding ex-couple. It was time for him to take care of some things.

"Damien, the girls are alright," he said to his friend, although he did make sure not to get too close while the shifter was close to snapping. "Why don't you take them home, and I'll see if I can talk things through with Leta?" As he spoke, he slowly unfurled his power and started to ensnare the siren.

Damien looked about to protest when he realized what Taylor was doing. Okay, yeah, being around a hungry incubus was not at the top of his list of things to do today. So he moved around the two and picked up the girls, carrying them back out to the car and setting Sera in the back, Rose up front next to him. It took him a minute before he was able to calm down enough to drive safely.

Taylor kept an eye on them until he heard the car leave, and then turned to Leta, turning the seduction factor up to eleven.

"Leta, darling," he purred, his voice smooth and warm, "why don't you come with me? We can discuss things in a more... comfortable setting." He moved around behind her, sliding one arm around her waist as he did so and unfurling his power more.

Leta shivered briefly, glancing back at him. Hmm. She'd never had an incubus before... Smirking, she stayed where she was.

"I suppose you have somewhere in mind?"

"How about your hotel room?" Taylor suggested. "I know you have one, darling, and I'm sure it would be just perfect." Not that it mattered to him. He could feed his hunger anywhere, if he needed to. He just preferred nicer settings than an old warehouse.

Leta smirked. "Alright. You're a persuasive little thing, aren't you?" She headed for the door so they could leave. And she was expecting just a pleasant time.

"Darling, you have no idea," Taylor replied, walking with her with his arm still around her waist.

Several hours later, a cab pulled up in front of the girls' house and he got out of it. He was dressed in fresh clothes as he made his way up the walkway and knocked on the door.

Damien pulled the door open. He'd gotten the girls back and safely inside and up to their rooms. Sera he hadn't done anything more with than take off her shoes so she was more comfortable, but Rose he'd managed to persuade to get into a night shirt, since she was marginally more awake than Sera.

"They're in their rooms feeling like they have hangovers." Damien grimaced and let Taylor in. He could tell Taylor had taken a shower, which was good.

"They'll feel that way until tomorrow, probably," Taylor replied as he walked in. He would go and check on Sera in a moment. "So you got back here okay?"

"Yeah. No problems." Damien shrugged, leaning back against a wall. He was clearly much calmer now that he had Rose and he knew she was safe again. "You?"

"Caught a cab back," Taylor replied. He stretched a bit, the motion more fluid than usual. "Everything's been taken care of."

"So I see." Damien looked at him for a moment before he shook his head. "You realize Sera's not going to be very happy with you, right?"

"It's not something I can just turn off," Taylor said. He sighed a bit. "And it was only a matter of time, really. Nibbles here and there weren't cutting it."

Damien shrugged. "Hey, I'm not judging. But you're going to have to come up with some sort of explanation for her." He shrugged. He was already trying to figure out how mad Rose was going to be when she woke up fully.

"I'm not going to make excuses," Taylor said. "I'll tell her what she wants to know." He looked at his friend. "What about you?"
