Damien smiled at her and stayed where he was, comfortable and too lazy to move. He was, after all, a cat.

Sera was waiting downstairs, by the snake enclosure. She had a brief tussle with the snake when he wanted to bring a log with him, but she won and draped him around her shoulders.

Rose took a moment to gather her courage before she kissed him back. It was a brief, inexperienced kiss, but a kiss all the same.

"How hard did you have to fight Rose to get the snake?" Taylor asked, leaning against the doorway. "She doesn't strike me as the type to really like them."

Damien grinned his approval before he kissed her again, sliding one arm down around her waist.

"She likes him. I didn't have to fight that hard," Sera said, shutting the cage door and turning around. "He's a cuddly guy, so she likes him. This is Crowley."

Rose blushed when he kissed her again. She would definitely admit that she enjoyed it. He was a very good kisser. She didn't mind his arm wrapping around her waist, since she liked it when he held her.

"Never would have guessed she likes snakes," Taylor commented. "Though it doesn't surprise me in the least that you like them."

Damien stayed where he was, absently twisting his fingers through the ends of her hair. He wouldn't mind staying here all day.

Sera chuckled quietly and sat down on the couch, letting Crowley wind around her neck to drape across her body.

Rose laid her head on his shoulder and sighed softly, happy. She could very easily stay there with him like that.

Taylor sat down next to Sera and reached out to gently pet the snake.

Damien tightened his grip on her, resting there with his eyes half-closed. They'd have to get up eventually but not yet. Not quite yet.

Sera looked down pointedly at his hand when it got kind of close to her lap before she raised an eyebrow at him. She couldn't help but smile just a little though.

Rose was content to stay there with him. It was kind of romantic, and she liked that.

Taylor just rolled his eyes. Sera knew him better than that by now.

Damien just blinked at the kitten when she jumped on his hip. Then he raised an eyebrow.

Sera just grinned at him and got more comfortable.

"What's that look for?" Rose asked when she saw his expression.

Taylor let her get comfortable, and then did so himself.

"I'm glad you're feeling better after yesterday," he said.

"Your cat apparently thinks my hip is a good landing place." Damien looked at said kitten.

Sera nodded. "Yeah, me too. Last night kinda sucked."

"Are you going to tell her otherwise?" Rose asked.

"I hadn't meant for anything to happen at the club," Taylor said. "It had always been a safe enough place before."

"Probably not." Damien shrugged. "I can manage little claws in my hip. If she was over a couple inches I'd protest."

"I guess you can never really tell." Sera shrugged. "It was fun before the siren interfered."

Rose laughed a little.

"I'm sure," she teased.

"Then why don't I take you back there sometime?" Taylor suggested. "To make up for the interrupted date?"

Damien rolled his eyes at her and poked her nose. "I'm sure you'd protest, too."

"I suppose we could arrange that," Sera said playfully.

Rose rolled her eyes, but snuggled closer to him.

"I'm glad you approve," Taylor teased. "I'm sure you'll be glad to know that the siren won't be bothering us any more."

Damien held her tighter, enjoying having her so close.

"I kind of figured by how relaxed you've been," Sera said with a shrug. "If he was still around you would still be all snippy."

Rose rather liked how close he was holding her. She hesitated for a moment, and then leaned up to give him another kiss.

"Point," Taylor admitted. He shrugged. "What can I say? I can't stand anything to happen to you."

Damien smiled a little against her lips and slipped one hand up to cup the back of her head. He definitely approved of this.

Sera smiled and, careful not to upset the snake, leaned against his side.

"They're going to tease us, you know," Rose murmured around the kiss.

Being careful of the snake, Taylor wrapped an arm around Sera as she leaned against him.

"Well then, we can tease them right back," Damien murmured in between kisses.

Sera relaxed there, and Crowley went over to investigate Taylor, his tongue flicking out.

"Mmm... I think I like that plan," Rose murmured back. She liked his kisses, and she was gradually becoming a little bolder with her own kisses.

Taylor held still as the snake decided to investigate him. He was relaxed, though, and he didn't mind as long as he was holding Sera.

"I thought you might," Damien said, laughing quietly. He kissed her again.

The snake moved up to flick his tongue into his ear, still sniffing him. Sera pursed her lips to keep back her laughter.

"I like it when you kiss me," Rose admitted around the kisses.

Taylor twitched a little when he felt the tickle in his ear, and it took a lot of willpower not to completely flinch.

"So do I." Damien kissed her again. "I could do this all day."

Satisfied, Crowley moved to wind himself around the both of them, settling in. Sera laughed quietly.
