Once she was feeling better, Sera got up and started to investigate the room carefully, searching for any way out. She paused when she heard footsteps, looking over at the door nervously.

"Oh, good, you're both awake," the blonde said as he opened the door. "You both know Damien, yes?"

"What about him?" Sera walked over next to Rose again, her eyes narrowed.

"He's why you're here. And why you'll stay here for a while." The blonde grinned, briefly exposing sharper than normal teeth. "Be good and dinner will be served in a little while."

"What's going on here?" Rose asked. "What do we have to do with anything?" Even as she asked, though, Rose had a sinking suspicion that they were being used as hostages.

"Nothing you can help." The blonde smiled again. "Relax, ladies. You will find us quite good company so long as you don't anger us."

"Us?" Sera's eyebrows shot up.

"Yes, us. You didn't think I'd work alone, did you?"

Rose was far too nervous now to relax at all. She didn't ask any more questions, though, because she didn't think she'd get any answers.

Blondie left again, leaving them alone. Sera looked about ready to punch someone's lights out.

Rose could see how angry Sera was, and laid a hand on her shoulder.

"Calm down, Sera," she said softly. "You punching someone isn't going to help right now."

"I know," Sera grumbled. "It would make me feel better, though." She sighed and sat down. She hated feeling helpless and not being in control.

"I know," Rose replied. "You always feel better after being able to hit something. But it won't help right now." She sighed. They'd taken away her purse, and had searched her pockets for her cell phone. She felt helpless as well.

Sera grumbled. "At least they haven't separated us, or anything. Besides, the boys will notice we're not where we're supposed to be... eventually..."

"But after how long?" Rose asked. "We specifically said that we wanted a day or two just us girls... And how will they even find us?"

Sera shrugged miserably. She was very aware of the fact that they might not be able to find them, and what then? Would they be stuck there forever? She shivered at the thought.

Rose moved over and sat next to Sera, hoping that the guys would find them soon.

Sera spent the rest of the day there, and they were fed twice. They were never spoken to again, and she eventually tried to get comfortable and go to sleep.

Rose only picked at the food they were given, and dozed off a little before Sera did.

Taylor's day was quiet, if a little boring. Really, he couldn't argue when Sera said she wanted girl-time. It was perfectly acceptable. Which was why, when he started to slip in and out of dreams that night, he was surprised when he tripped over one in particular.

"Sera?" he asked, bewildered, as he moved a little closer to her dream and peeked in.

He was really going to have to stock up on ice cream later.

In her dream, Sera was lying in a wide, open field, staring up at a clear blue sky, with her arms behind her head and her face completely blank. She didn't seem to notice Taylor immediately, just looking up at the sky, almost troubled.

Nothing seemed to actually be happening in Sera's dream, and nothing looked wrong, so Taylor just observed for a little while. He was tempted to get her attention, but he wasn't quite sure how she would react to that.

Abruptly the sky turned dark, and it started to rain. The blonde man appeared, with a light grin at odds with the serious gleam in his eyes, and walls rose around them, impossibly high.

That immediately set Taylor on edge. Carefully, he moved closer to Sera. He didn't know if she had realized that it had turned into a lucid dream, but it couldn't hurt to try anyways.

"What's going on here?" he asked her softly, trying not to startle her too much. He kept an eye on the blonde newcomer.

Sera glanced back at him. "He kidnapped us, Rose and I," she said quietly, still watching the blonde carefully. "He's... I don't know. He said this was because of Damien."

"Kidnapped you?" Taylor repeated, his temper sharpening. "Where are you? Are you both alright?"

"I don't know where we are," Sera said, glancing over at him. "But we're fine. Just, y'know, kinda anxious."

That wasn't necessarily all the information Taylor wanted, but at least he knew Sera was alright. He glanced at the newcomer again before subtly putting a kind of block over Sera's mind. The rain and the walls vanished, and the dream reverted back to what it was before the newcomer appeared.

"That should hold for a little while," he said. "Nothing should be able to get in for a couple of days, at least. I'll go and find Damien, and we'll come and get you both."

Sera nodded, though she still looked uneasy. "Alright. Sorry I can't be more helpful."

"Don't worry," Taylor replied. Leaning down, he gave Sera a small kiss. "We'll find you. You'll know when we do, all hell will break loose."

Sera nodded. "I have to admit, I'm kind of looking forward to that now." She couldn't help but smile a little.
