I have thick dark hair, but ever since I cut it super short 4 years ago, I haven't let it grow back too long. Short hair is just so much easier to manage. @[email protected]

I find that I am really attached to my hair though xD If there is one thing I am vain about, I think it is that. lol.

My hair is long and very thick, so it pulls heavily on my head, causing the headaches. So I get it thinned, and it lets the weight up a bit, so it helps my head.

I like short hair actually, because its much easier for me to take care of, but long hair does look better on me. I'm kinda big so short hair makes my face seem bigger than it is, which I do NOT want. :lol:
And my family thinks my hair is gorgeous, and they mourn when I chop it, so I said "screw it, I'm going to grow it out" So I haven't cut it in a year or a little more, and it does look nice, but it can be a pain to take care of sometimes. x_x;
I'm going to trim it up soon though. I need bangs and I want to get it layered a bit. I like having layered hair. :yes:

Hi, i am Das. I am currently unaware of my dating status becuase my best friend slept with my significant other. I do not know how to take this especially since both supposedly feel "really bad about it" and one of them wants to "take it all the way" to figure out if its what they've been missing. My step-dad liked long hair. I remember my mom having super long hair because of it and looking back at the pictures, it didn't look too good. She looked older then than she does now.
And our church was Pentecostal; so that was more long hair-ness! :P
I've never had properly layered hair. Just layers when it grows out from being short..
I do plan to pick up some dye kits though to achieve the red look I'm going for.

Okay just wanted to make sure because I've not been in that religion before :B Growing up in JW I understand. There were some things like that. But it doesn't seem as strict on that point. xD Because there were plenty of girls with short hair and it was fine. Same with girls wearing skirts. And if someone came rushing over from work they didn't mind too much either. But lol if you had time its like, "Comon, dress up, it's for God". The only time I saw someone have a problem with it is when my brother had too long of hair, and an elder approached my dad about it to suggest a haircut. and when my sister had been raised in a family of JWs and she went to a highly important event, wearing tight and revealing clothing. Yeah, she got some comments about that. Ah, my sister and trying to be sexy. xDD lol. For some reason though I feel like I'm rambling. Ah yeah. The Pentecost has some strictness to it like it. It was a time when I absolutely hated wearing skirts and dresses too. My cousin and I once ran to the van to change right after the sermon and stuff was over and then went back inside and got shocked (almost horrified) looks for wearing pants. :XD

Hmm yeah except the one I was in was non-denominational,lol.. but I think the thing is, as one of my friends described, a way to keep people from getting too far away from the "satisfactory" bar. Because you know people sometimes, just wanting to do the minimum to get the reward. So my friend thinks that the leaders were like, "Let's raise it up a notch to avoid people slacking", and further "guarantee" God's favor towards them if they follow the new bar. I'm not sure, lol. But it was an interesting theory.

Hmm.. that is interesting. I've been in Catholic, Pentecostal, and Baptist churches; so I can only tell you what I don't prefer for now. :XD I'm agnostic, but I err more on the side of Christian than non-believer.

Ohh yeah? I was raised as Jehovah's Witness and I've attended, mm well like 4-5 hours of my sister's church where it was tons of black people and really loud music, dramatic praying and all that, lol XD And it's the same for me.. I called myself agnostic for a while but I also mean more on the Christian side than the non-believer side. I guess it's just, you have a personal relationship with God that doesn't get as much into "organized religion".

And yeah, it was great! I will put some pictures up on Facebook soon ^^ I just got them transferred from my phone.

.... Uh, yeah. I was organizing the files that I had transferred from my phone to my computer, and.. well, apparently something happened to all of my vacation pictures that I took this weekend, all 300 of them, because I can't find them anywhere. I hve run 3 different file restoration programs and nothing seems to be working. I'm tired of being frustrated from it. Maybe I should just give it up. I have like 4-5 pictures.... I guess that is... well, okay...

Yeah. I think what happened is I was pressing Ctrl and picking which pictures to delete, and it accidentally selected the folder. And then I deleted + emptied trash can without looking or something >.< I think. I want to keep looking, even though it's probably not there *bummed*
I am glad the ones that I have are good quality at least. But, lol. One is of a stuffed animal I carry with me everywhere, another is of windmills, 2 of a puppy and I think 1 of me. (All safe because I had sent them to Kaze while I was on the trip)
