Poet I'm sorry your wife has been sick. I hope she gets better soon.
I think it is trying to go around our office, one lady left sick yesterday & today 2 more people were starting to feel ill.

I have just been carrying around hand sanitizer with me all the time lately. One of the other ladies went around with the lysol yesterday after the sick lady left.

I have a strong immune system so im good lol. Im rarely sick for over a day and its rarely bad.

My wife uses airborne a TON. Its just a ton of vitamin C mostly i think.

Airborne is mostly vitamin C. It's 1667% of your daily value in each tablet, actually. O 3O

We decided to go with orange juice instead. Airborne is expensive wow...

Hi all sorry for being on so little. Trying to fix that but working on a new book is time consuming and tiring o.o

You can buy a three pack of Airborne for $19-20USD and it'll last you a month (which I think is pretty reasonable). What people need to know about it, however, is that your body isn't going to use all of the vitamins that's in it. In fact, your body will just get rid of whatever it doesn't use through your urine (which is why your urine turns a bright yellow color after taking Airborne).

If all you want is the Vitamin C, then you are better off drinking an 8oz glass of orange juice since it should give you 100% of your daily value. The other vitamins in Airborne are Vitamin E, Vitamin A and Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). It also contains zinc, magnesium, selenium and a little bit of potassium and sodium.

There's a lot of unnecessary hype surrounding Airborne, but all it is doing is boosting your immune system and giving you a little energy jolt that'll end before you have to visit the restroom. XD (It also doesn't cure your sickness...which is something that my grandmother seems to blindly believe in.)

:U A proper diet will give you everything you need, and if you need a little extra there is a reason we have vitamin supplements.

Yeah i always hated things that gave way over the needed.

XDmy wife drinks it causd it tastes good whenever she gets sick lol. It is a lot better tasting than a sugary juice though.

Orange Chicken w/Orange Pecan Sauce

You marinate boneless chicken breast in orange juice for thirty minutes then broil until done.

For the sauce, you boil thawed frozen orange juice from concentrate, teriyaki sauce and margarine until well blended. Then add brown sugar. Stir well. Remove from heat and add chopped pecans!

I always let people pour the sauce on the chicken for themselves because it is a sweet sauce, and you never know what someone may prefer. c: (I drown my chicken in it. LOL.)

It goes well with fresh green beans, garlic mashed potatoes or rice pilaf. ♥ (Also, it's only a little over 350 calories per serving!)

Lol no problem.

Sounds like a recipe my wife would make. I never think of clever food combos like that. Sounds yummy minus the pecans

I'm actually not a fan of pecans, but they're surprising delicious with the tangy orange! o:

I'd be happy to post it, Damia.

Ugh, I had a spat with hubby today. Rare, and it was over pretty quickly, but I feel pretty awful about it anyway.

Also my medication is all screwed up (my fault... I keep forgetting to take it ) so now my hormones are whacked out and I have baby on the brain. I told hubby and he looked absolutely terrified... we don't even want to start trying for kids for like five more years xD

But now he's playing XBox and I'm just making everything worse by watching funny baby videos >3>;;
