He took the extra pay and walked off, happily, he ran back to the inn once out of sight of his employeer. He got there and discovered that she was still safe, he made it so the traps wouldn't go off, yet and opened the closet. "It's done." he says, he remembered to close the room door as well.

By this time Ketsune was fully asleep and curled comfurtably in one of the jackets with it parcially on top of her like a branket. Even when Angel opened the door and started speeking she wasn't quite awake and only opened her eyes for a moment then yawned and went back to sleep too tired to start a conversation with him... it's not like she was being rude... just that she was exhosted and needing sleep... especially since she wasn't healling too quickly and now wasn't just healling from the wounds of him chasing after her and his arows but also from him cutting off her paw to save her life... how irronic... first he was aiming to kill her then he was aiming to keep her from being killed...such an odd relationship.

He notices and doesn't mind her using his clothes like that, he walked to his bed and laid down, he knew that she must be tired, he knew he was, but he would sleep lightly tonight. He rested at least, it felt nice, he fell quickly asleep, in a light rested sleep. he wakes up after a couple of hours and goes to check his weapons, see if they need to be taken care of. he gets deep into that and doesn't even know where he is anymore. He then heard knocking at the door, it and answered it, it was the employeer and his lackys. He knew they weren't tricked, one of the lacky's pushed him in, just right to knock him down, he jummkped back up, two one handed swords in hand and fought them, slicing one with an instant death hit, and grazing two others.

(hm... has any ideas?)

((well, you could have the employeer find out it's a trick, or, have a different assassin hired by a different employeer come after her, or maybe just a common criminal break in?))

As his two lankies fought the boss walked around the room seeing where Ketsune was and found her asleep still in the closet. He quickly picked her up and jumped out the window running into the forest. "You dirty little rat!" he growled as he got at a fair distance away knowing his goons would keep Angel buisy as he fineshed the job. Ketsune immedeatly shot up and tried to get away though couldn't move near as fast as normal so the man grabbed her and drug her back to him. He swiftly cut a deap place in her stomach and soon had the sword to her neck as she tried to get away.

ANgel finishes the lackys and runs out of the window, weapons on him, it took a couple seconds to get them all securely on him. He ran after him, but oon had to fast walk for some reason, he caught the trail and followed it as quickly as possible, worrying he wouldn't get them in time, he did know where to go if he didn't.

Ketsune continued to struggle so the boss guy cut her throat some to get her to stop... not enough to kill her right off but enough to let her bread a die slowly and painfully.

He notices blood and hurries now that he could, he found them and shot an arrow in mid run, but missed the arrow going through a cuple of trees a couple inches off. He shot another one at less power and got the employeer in the back with a normal arrow. He put the bow back and took out one of his swords, and ran faster still after them.

(you do know that they're not running anymore right?)

The guy coughed some and turned his head. His eyes became wide and he shot up running in appempt to get away with his life just leaving Ketsune knowing she wouldn't survive long now... he didn't know, however, that he nor anyone else could remove the arow other then Angel... his loss, his problem, no one elses.

He caught up to him and stopped him, not afraid of him, knowing he could dodge his attacks. "Drop the shapeshifter now." he said glaring at the emplyoeer. "Before I give you a hole in your stomach to breath through." he saw that he didn;t have her, he sliced his stomach anyway, and ran to her side. "Hey, Ketsune, listen to me, you'll make it, I know who can help you." he says picking her up, not caring if the employeer died at this point. "I'm not going to lose a friend, my only friend, I can save you as impossible as that seems. He ran carryng her, not noticing the extra weight. He brought her to a trusted allies house and told her what happend, she knew how he felt and let him in. He placed her on the bed and sat out of the way letting his friend do what she did best.

(he didn't have ahold of her anymore :sweat: I meant to fix that though he had just dropped her and left her there since she was already bleading so much that he figured she would die either way XP sorries :sweat: )

Ketsune yelped and whimpered as the man had slit her throat some and now she was bleading not just from two but three wounds... and one couldn't be healed... it had to heal on it's own thanks to the bones in her hand and paw. "A... An... Angel?" she whimpered though was pretty much completely blind now. She didn't whimper so much when she felt Angel pick her up and she knew it was him... though she did when he laid her back down. When her eyes were open it seemed that they were shaded over... not like she wasn't there or wasn't completely consious... more like she was blind and couldn't see at all.

Angel looked at her. "Yes, I've taken you to help, I believe that she can help you, the paw wound reopend but it's closing again, and you were cut up pretty badly, but you'll survive, I'm sure of it." he says moving a chair a bit closer.

"I... I can't see at all..." Kitsune whimpered getting very worried about this... why couldn't she see anymore? This worried and scared her... it wasn't normal... yeah after the arow hit her... though not now... now it wasn't normal and that worried her tramendesly, what if she wasn't able to see again?

He sensed her tension. "You'll be able to see again, don't worry." he says taking her front paw in both of his hands. "I'm confident you will." but he really wasen't completely confident in that.

The woman looked at Angel worriedly and put her hand on his shoulder and gestured for him to come with her for a second... she had to tell him... she just had to she had to warn him that the girl may never be able to see again...

He went over to his ally and heard that there was a chance that she coud be blind. He didn't believe this, he knew that there was a way to have her see again, there had to be, maybe she was going blind, but he'd find a way to stop that, even if he didn't he'd help her as much as he can, as much as she would let him. He had to get fresh air. He walked over to Ketsune. "Ketsune, I'l be right back, I have to finish something, you'll be in good hands while I'm gone." he says then he went to find the employeer, he found him bleeding, but stil alive, he cut his throat and cut him to pieces, he had blood all over him by the time he burned those piece and walked away, he looked like he murdered a man, well techniucally he did. He cleaned up and went bck to the house, hesitating at the door, what would Ketsune think of him now?

(Okay... wait... I'm confused the woman didn't even talk to him yet... yeah... kinda neede3d the woman to talk to him and you kinda blew her off and now I don't know what to say XP )
