He smiled softly too. "Yes, I do think you are." his blush deepened.

"Well... thank you I think you're rather good looken yourself." Koinu blushed brightly then looked down and away some. She had never felt this way before.... it felt like she was going to be sick.... but not in a bad way... almost in a good way, it didn't bother her at all. She liked him and she knew it.... she already knew she had liked him.... for awhile actually, but hearing that he thought she was pretty really made her happy. "um... Cali? Do... do you like me?" she asked softly not looking at him too embarrassed to really.

He blushed when he heard that she thought he was good looking. "I ...do-do like you." he said stuutering. His hand had moved on it's own and held one of hers. He didn't realize this if he had he'd have gone so red it wouldn't be funny. Angel watched this fro a window in the house and smiled. "Ah young love, they make such a cute couple." he said out loud to Kitsune.

"Heh yeah... the only time you could ever get my face to go that red was for a... different reason." Ketsune grinned a little as she came up and wrapped her arms around Angel lovingly watching their daughter and Cali.

Koinu blushed a bit more then looked down at their hands and her face seemed to get even redder though she did smile some and curled her hand softly in his.

Angel smiled and understood what she meant." He wrapped an arm around her pulling her closer smiling. He didn't think he ever saw Koinu so happy.

Cali smiled and slid a little closer and felt a wonderful warmth. He was quite content here and didn't want to move.

"How about we retreat to our room? I'm sure nothing big will happen... Koinu's not like that." Ketsune whispered softly with a devilish smile as she tugged on Angel's hands softly. It had been a little bit since they had alone time and Ketsune really missed that... recently they had both been worried about the hunters and once they were in bed they were too tired to do anything.

Koinu smiled and leaned against Cali softly as he scooted closer to her and she seemed really happy right now and didn't want to move in the least.

Angel smiled and nodded. "Lets, I miss having our alone time." he said as he followed her to there room. He laid down on there bed and smiled as he hit the soft bed and pillow. "Care to join me and some relaxing cuddling?" he whispered devilishly.

Cali smiled at her. "What is it about your family?" he asked laughing softly. "You seem to nuetralize any threat from hunters, and turn them into friends." he said hoping he didn't offend her. "Your lucky to have such a great family though. He was almost a man and his father didn't even want him, at a young age he was forced to become a hunter and train, and no matter how good he got it was never good enough for his father. She had a good, loving family.

"Hm and maybe a little more." Ketsune grinned as she moved over and laid down with Angel kissing him deeply and lovingly

"Huh... I don't know... but I think you're maybe only the second or third hunter turned friend... Uncle Thomass was a hunter too... but he knew Momma as a child so they had already been friends... Poppa was a hunter for a really long time until he met Momma... and Aunty Trish was kinda a hunter until she met Uncle Thomass... but out of all of us that live here me and Momma were the only ones ever on a hunters list... it is kinda odd though you're right about that." Koinu laughed some before smiling easily to Cali. "But Poppa must like you... see something good in you... most hunters that even got close to me he would have killed in an instant, but he hasn't even really hurt you before... and I think you can look at this as your family too... I don't think Momma or Poppa want you to leave now that they know you won't hurt any of us." she smiled some and stayed close to Cali before looking up at the sky.

Angel smirked then kissed her deeply and lovingly back.

Cali smiled, a tear slipping past his control. "I will stay as long as your here." he said. "And I wouldn't hurt any of you, I wouldn't want to hurt you, I know we just met, but I don't want to lose you." he said shyly, looking down a little and to the side a little.

"Are you okay Cali? are you crying?" Koinu asked softly blushing a little from what he said though wondered still if he was okay or if something was wrong.

Cali smiled. "I'm fine, I am crying but they are tears of joy." he said. "For once since I was 5 I'm happy, my dad killed her saying that I had to toughen up and i couldn't with her there then." he Hugged her. "I know happiness once again."

"Oh my gosh.. Cali I'm so sorry." Koinu said as she hugged Cali tightly when she heard that his father had killed his mother, that was awful how could a parent do that to their child? It was a miracle that he was still so kind and caring.

"I don't know why I still wanted that monster to be proud of me, though we don't have to worry, he won't be armed, anymore." he said though hugged her back. "Would you mind if I cuddled with you tonight. I just want to fall asleep in your arms, I'm not going to force anything on you, I've always wanted to fall asleep in someone's arms and to listening to their heartbeat.' he said blushing.

"Um... sure I don't mind... but we keep the door cracked so my parents don't think anything's going on... my dad is very protective after all." Koinu said softly though really didn't mind so long as nothing happened.

"That's perfectly fine with me." he said. He was happy that she was okay with that. He knew how her father felt about her.

"Okay... I think it's about time we went inside anyway... Uncle Thomass'll be locking the doors soon I think." Koinu said softly with a smile and kept their hands together as she stood and looked at him smiling softly.

He smiled softly and got up as well. "Lead the way my lady." he said

Koinu smiled softly as she lead Cali inside and to her room. She left the door open slightly though before crawling in bed she grabbed her night clothes and went to the bathroom to change then came back and crawled into bed.

He took his top off and climbed in with her. He smiled and cuddled up to her. He fell asleep and smiled in his sleep in her arms, his around her.

(heh XD I don't see this going over well with Angel)

Koinu yawned softly before cuddling closely to Cali and was soon fast asleep in his arms. She had never slept so wonderfully, she felt happy and safe in her sleep in Cali's arms and close to him.

The next morning Angel got up before anyone else and cleaned up anything that had to be done then made sure everyone was safe. He checked in Koinu's room and saw Cali, he eted him suspiociously.He went in quietly and lifted the covers they were dressed for bed to sleep. And theyt were cuddled but he didn't see how they would have done anything. He knew how his daughter was and didn't see her doing anymore then what she was right now. He then smiled at how morally right Cali was and left the room and started cleaning his now small collection of swords, they were starting to get dusty and rusty.

Cali awoke and laid there listening to her breathe and heartbeat and smiled. He got out of the bed carefully and left the room quietly. He saw angel up and smiled. "Good morning." he said. "Morning Angel responded. "Did you sleep well, I see that you slept with my daughter." he said. "Yes, I did, and we did only cuddle, believe me, even if she would I wouldn't and I will tell you she wouldn't." he said. "Oh I know that she wouldn't I suppose you know how to take care of these, mind helping?' Angel asked Cali nodded and smiled going to help him.

Koinu moved in her sleep a bit though just curled to the warm spot that Cali had left in the bed still being quite tired. Though after awhile she ended up waking up and looking around. She yawned a bit and sat up before going and getting dressed still in her room since Cali wasn't in there. "Morning Poppa, morning Cali." she said with a bit of a yawn as she walked into the living room and saw Cali and Angel in there cleaning Angel's swords.

(they shouldn't be too dusty should they? Him and Ketsune work at the army base so they train regularly don't they?)

"Morning love." Cali said slipping. Angel laughed softly being reminded of himself. "Morning sleepy head." Angel said. "I bet Cali kept you nice and comfortable." he said jokingly and lovingly. Cali did feel at home like this was his home and his family, though not quite like that. Cali finished the sword he was working on and hugged Koinu. "I don't know about you, but I slpet great." he said.

((Angel is a more understanding and knowing father than most, though trish, hmmmmm, i don't thinkm she will be.))

Koinu blushed as she listened to Angel then felt Cali pull her close and call her 'love'. "I slept very well... best I have in awhile really." she blushed a little more as she stayed close to Cali.

Cali smiled and held her hand with one of his keeping her close to him. Angel smiled happily. "I thought that I'd never see this day, the day my daughter has found someone and i approve of him, Welcome Cali, your stuck with us." he said laughing kindly. Cali laughed. "I'm just glad that i wasen't skinned for even last night when me and her were outside, you are protective and do want what's best." he said. Angel chuckled. "You've earned some trust for helping us with your 'father'" he said putting that into question. Cali nodded. "You got that right." he said. "And thank you for welcoming me so warmly."
