Jake shook his head "not a single memory"

Nick shook his head. "It is said that the prince was kidnap when he was six." He said. "do you remeber anthing after that?"

Jake shook his head "nope, i don't remember that"

Nick shook his head. "It makes no sence." He said.


"What makes no sence?" Aine asked sleeply, "That jake remeberes little to nothing? or that im awake again."

Jake was confused "yeah, what makes no sence"

"The fact you cant remeber anything." He said and ate his soup.

Jake shrugged "bad memory i guese" he said as he finished his soup and kissed Aine

Aine smiled and grabbed jakes hand and held it. "Jake I rememeber when you first came the village." Aine said smiling.

Jake smiled "really? what was i like? a little rebel or nerd?"

Aine laughed. "No you where more scared than anything." She said looking at him.

Jake looked into her eyes and felt bad "really?"

Aine smiled at him. "Yes you where, the other kids started to pick on you," She said with a frown. "I didnt like that, so i decied to make friends with you and defend you. It felt right."

Jake nodded "thats why i was afraid to leave with out you... i never talked to anyone but you"

Aine smiled and winced. "I knows, and that is what made me love you jake." She whispered

Jake looked confused "what... the fact i was weak and whimpy?"

Aine shook her head. "No you never left me like the others did." She said with tears in her eyes.

Jake kissed her head and huggled her "its because i knew you better then them"

Aine winced. "Ow, jake careful please." She wimpered

Jake sniffed a bit "im sorry" he slowly put her back and sniffled

Aine smiled and placed a hand on his cheek. "Its okay Jakey, i for give you."

Jake laid next to her and started inflating himself "i will make sure your safe"

Aine smiled. "Okays." She sighed. "nick we got a porblem."

"Whats that?" He asked calmly.

"my body wants to change." She said as she saw her self slowly change into a cat.

Nick looked at her. "No you have to stay human."

Jake strait away turned normal and got up and knelt beside her "no please... please fight it and stay human" he sobbed

Aine closed her eyes and consitrated on staying human. Pain shot threw her as she fought with all her will. She opened her eyes with tears in them. "I cant, it hurts too much." She wimpered as she kept on fighting.

Jake cried as he held onto Aine's hands "Nick! what should i do?"
