Naill was exhausted. It seemed like all he got to do lately was sit in on political discussions with the council. He knew it was important but he just needed a day off. He never got to see Rose anymore during the day and it was driving him mad. He had promised to show her the wonders of his kingdom but lately it seemed like he never had time.

He didn't have anything planned for the rest of the afternoon-for once- and he decided to go see Rose. Before he had reached the room he could hear yelling. He stopped one of the maids and asked her what was going on. She told him it was Rose and that she had refused to come out of her room at all today. He quickly went to the room and opened the door, a pillow just missing him as it flew through the door as he opened it.

"Rose? Love what's wrong?" He could see that she was very upset. He went over to her quickly, wanting to sooth her in some way.

"Oh my Naill Dear I'm sorry I'd did not know you. would be back so soon crud I even all most hit you with that pillow." Princess Rose says wile blushing just seeing her husband calmed her down a little. as she lands on the floor form flying around the room so much. yet covers her stomach with her hands as much as she could.


"I can't stand that we hardly ever see each other anymore. I get so lonely not being able to be with you. heck I am even starting heat both are schedule's there insane. they really need to give us a break maybe just one day. sometime around the weekend to spend time with each other. if they don't I'll go back to my father's kingdom for a few months." Rose says to her lover as she started to cry do to the fact. too much work with hardly no breaks in the day time to be. with the man she loves was making her so mad and upset. her voice was a bit shaky,upset and sad mostly.


Rose had all ways been a sweet fairy how seemed to be happy enough. to not ask for to much back home are around here. she moves her hands away form her belly so she could hugs her lover. "Love I know I have been acting out of control today. maybe now we should see a doctor?,look down at my belly it's starting to grow out." she says in a really soft voice letting Naill to be able to look down. at her stomach so he could take a look for him self. at the small round bump that is sticking out a bit form her abdomen. a soft smile on her face that grace her face for the first time in weeks. other then them being in bed with each other every night.

"I feel the same my love. Don't worry I'm going to talk to my father and this weekend will be for just us." He smiled at her as she started to calm back down. It was nice to spend time alone with her. His eyes widened as he saw her belly and he hesitantly reached a hand out to splay on her stomach. He looked up at her, wonder in his eyes.

"Yes, I think we should." He spoke softly as he a smile lit up his face. He grabbed her hand and gently pulled her to the door, intent on seeing one as soon as possible. "Come on love, I think the physician has some free time right now. Let's go find out."

Rose kiss's Naill on the lips first before giggling softly. "Clam down Dear I get the hint that you. want me to see a doctor right now." Rose says to her husband as she flows him out of there bedroom. so they could go see if she really was with child are not?

They walked down to part of the castle that rose hadn't seen before and went to a white door. He knocked and was greeted by a woman wearing a white dress. "Is the doctor in? I think my wife may be pregnant and we want to make sure." He smiled at her as she nodded and let them in.

Rose smiles at the lady in the white dress yet stays close to her lover. keeping quit she never did like being in the hospital wing. well back in her home kingdom that is her father only made his princess. go in there when she was really sick like the time she had a stomach flu. "Love I think the smell's in here are going to make me sick." she says covering her mouth with her free hand. to not get sick on the clean floors that had the smell of bleach on them.

The nurse looked up in alarm as she heard Rose. "This way please. This room doesn't smell as bad my lady." She led them to a pleasantly furnished room that only had the scent of vanilla in the room. There was a couple of chairs and of course the regular bed for patients. Naill led her over to the bed and sat down beside her. "This better love?"

"Thank you this room smell's so much nicer. I forget that bleach smell's make me sick and sometimes faint." Princess Rose says to the nurse as well to Naill at the same time. she try's to lay her head down on the beds pillow to not faint. moving her free hand away form her mouth on to her stomach. smiling at her lover the scent of vanilla clams her stomach down.

They didn't have to wait very long for the doctor. He walked in and smiled, his kind blue eyes looking over the two of them. "Ah this must be Princess Rose. What can I help you with today your highness?" Naill looked over to the doctor. "We think she may be pregnant and wanted to make sure." The doctor nodded and had Rose lay back on the table to be examined.

He didn't have to look for very long. He smiled at the couple. "Yes it appears you are pregnant Princess. Congratulations." He went over some of the basic care a pregnant woman should recieve and bid them goodbye as they left. As soon as they had went back out into the hallway, Naill hugged Rose tightly and swung her around, being careful not to swing her too hard. "Oh Rose, this is wonderful news!" He smiled at her, giddy with delight.

"Naill! don't hug me so tight you mighty hurt are baby! come on lets go tell your parents first this is wonderful news. tonight I'll write a letter to my father to let him know he is going to be a grand father." Roses voice was excited sounding yet once fuss at her husband. she was so delighted about becoming a mother her lover was going to be a father. the fairy female could not get out of her husbands grip as he swings her around. her hair was held up in it's normal hair style to keep it form getting in her eyes.


She giggled at just wondering what everyone would say about them. having a baby in other words a child of there very own? hopefully Landon would be happy for them since they were frineds. waiting to be put down back on the floor on to her feet. okay it was fun being swing around a tiny bit. as long her stomach did not get upset form so much move meant.

"Yes that sounds like an excellent idea!" He grabbed ahold of her hand as they made their way to his mothers solar. That was where she usually spent her afternoons. He had a sobering thought. What would Landon think of all this? He still cared for him and hoped this wouldn't strain their friendship more than it already was. He banished the thoughts from his mind as they told his mother. She was thrilled. Next they went to find his father.
He was relaxing in his study and was also thrilled. When Naill had mentioned that they hadn't really had any time to spend with each other his father warmly told them to take the weekend for themselves. Naill grinned at Rose with excitement. Finally, they could do some things together. He had been itching to show her the pool of tears.

Rose smiles at Naill she had some excitement in her eyes as well. "Can we tell Landon about the good news too? please he is the only friend I got so far around this castle." Princess Rose ask her lover and husband batting her eye lash's at him. hoping this weekend he would show her around his kingdom. maybe let her buy some new cloths so if her old clothes. started get to small for her wile carrying there baby.

He hesitated only a moment before answering her. "Yes of course my love. Let's go tell him now." He had a sinking feeling in the bottom of his stomach. Of course he might be worrying for nothing. Landon was after all friends with Rose and he thought they had become quite fond of each other. He gave Rose a winning smile as they headed up to the old library where Landon was bound to be.

Rose wonder if her husband would be okay seeing Landon? not knowing how the too would react around each other. Rose was barely ever around when they talk with each other. the fairy female would admit sooner are later she would need some female friends. "Um Love if it would be okay with your parents and your self. can I have a little pet of my own to play with? that mighty keep me form getting so upset at times." she asks in a really soft,quite and low voice not sure how he. himself or his parents would respond about a pet for his wife. okay so Rose never had a pet before mostly cause fairy pets all ways fly away a lot.

They had almost reached the old library and Naill felt himself grow tense. "Hmm a pet? I'm sure that can be arranged." He smiled at her not wanting her to know how tense he was. He opened the door for her, "After you love."

Rose walks in to the old library and looks around for Landon. she could tell he was tense right now yet she was happy. maybe the guy's could get a long with each other enough. she thought about making Landon the god father to there first child. knowing she would have talk to them both about it big time. "Hey Landon are you here? Nail is with me we got some news to tell you about." Princess Rose says while walking in to the back were he normally work at.

Landon heard the door open and raised his head. More books for him to decypher? No, it was Rose and...Naill. He felt a spasm of guilt as he thought about what Naill would say if he told him he was slowly falling for his wife? No, he could never tell either one of them that. What a horrendous love triangle that would be. He got up from his desk and brushed the dust off his clothes. "Here I am Rose." He walked out to where they stood and gave them both a smile. "What news do you bring me?"

Naill followed Rose as she went further back into the library. He had only seen Landon in passing and hadn't really spoken to him since the day he had come up here to apologize and had broken down instead. He still loved the man deeply. It wasn't something he would change, he had cherished their time together. As Landon walked out he had to remind himself to breath. He was still gorgeous and could still set his heart to racing. He managed to hide his feelings and smiled warmly at him. "Hello Landon."

"Well Naill and my self just found out that were going to. have a baby I'm so happy about it." she says with a huge smile was on her face to Landon then walks over to Naill. as she give him a hug yet notice something was different this time. like her husband was acting a little different even so. Landon really had changed the most since she spends so much time with him.

Rose was worried that he mighty be falling in love with her wile her husband. was still in love with Landon she would not dare. talk about this to the guy's to the fairy woman it fleet really odd. like she was cheating on her husband with her new en only guy friend in his own kingdom. she only had feeling for Naill ever since the day she met him back. in her home kingdom hoping there marriage would last.

He smiled back at Rose. "That's wonderful!" All the while his mind was in shock. Of course he knew this would happen sooner or later but he had hoped-later, much later. He kept his face smiling, not wanting to betray his emotions in any way. He knew she had wanted a baby but it still came as a shock. He turned towards Naill, tension coiling in his belly and smiled at him. "I'm so happy for you both. I'm sure you'll make a wonderful father." Their eyes locked and he had to force himself to look away before he found himself drowning in the others eyes.

Naill relaxed for a moment as he heard Landon speak and then he looked into his eyes and the world came to a crashing halt. He saw no one but Landon for a brief moment and for a moment it was as though nothing had changed. He was brought back to reality as Landon tore his eyes away. He had thought for a moment that he had saw anguish in the other man's eyes. Was it because of their closeness to each other or the fact that Rose was pregnant? He knew Landon had not limited himself to men. Could it be possible he had fallen for his wife? He dismissed the thought as soon as it surfaced in his mind.

Rose keeps quite noticing tension between both men. "Um Naill can we go horse back riding?" Rose's voice was soft like all ways around her husband. but had a feeling she should stop coming to visit Landon so much in here. the fairy woman had not been on her horse in a long time. so some fresh air are just being away form the castle would help out. her soft pink eye's had moved to her husbands away form Landon pretty quickly.

He smiled sweetly at Rose. "Of course we can. We can do anything you like." He knew that she could probably sense the tension in the room and he felt remorse for letting it come to this. Landon was after all the only friend she had in the kingdom so far. He made his voice neutrel. "Landon? Would you like to join us? I'm sure you could use some fresh air."

Landon looked up surprised. "Oh. Well...maybe another time. I'm sure you and your wife would like some time to yourselves to celebrate. Looks like I'll have to start coming down to visit you soon. You won't be able to make it all the way up here." He teased her with his last comments.

"I don't even know how many months I'm at yet. but if I ever need any books form the library. so see you around Landon it was nice seeing you." Princess Rose says as she starts walk to the front of the old library. she wonder why it was like it look like. to her that Landon was falling out of love with Naill? could he really be falling in love with him if so. she would have to reject him before are after the baby is born. so nothing would happen between them are seem she was cheating on her husband.

Landon watched her walk away and knew that he needed to kill these feelings he had for her. He would never want to stop being his friend and he wanted to be in both their lives when the baby was born. "It was nice seeing you as well Rose." He tried not to focus his attention onto Naill other than giving him a small smile as he headed after Rose.

Naill looked at Landon and somehow knew that he was falling in love with Rose. He could tell by his body language. "Rose, love I'll meet you down at the stables and we'll go for our ride. I need to speak with Landon." He kissed her softly and all but shoved her out the door without making it seem that he was trying to get her to leave.

Rose sighs out and starts to walk off go to stables hopefully blossom. would like go out for a ride it had been a long time. since she rode blossom any ware maybe if it was not to much. for her to carry the baby on her own she mighty go for a few rides on her horse more often. trying to think of what they could do wile ridding? maybe go out to eat with each other? go look around in the pet shops so she could find a pet she like? so many questions were in the young fairy woman's mind.

After Rose had left, Naill spun around to face Landon. He could feel the pull of attraction to him but tried his best to ignore it. Softly but with force he looked the man in the eyes and said, "Your falling for her aren't you." Landon tried to hide his shock but failed miserably.

"I-i...Yes. I'm sorry, it wasn't something I had planned. Don't worry I don't plan on letting her know or perusing it. I actually hope it will die on it's own. She loves you so much. I couldn't bare to hurt either one of you. I would like to remain her friend...if you'll allow it." He looked back into Naill's eyes and he could feel the sparks between them.

Naill felt it as well and tried to ignore it. It was so hard. He still loved this man, yet he loved Rose as well and would not be unfaithful to her. He grinned ruefully. "Yes I know you wouldn't attempt to sway her. I know you too well after all. I just...wanted to know. Please continue to be her friend, I know she thinks highly of you." They smiled at each other, having come to a silent understanding. Naill turned to leave and as he was at the door he felt himself grabbed by Landon. He turned, suprised and found the others mouth on his own. He could't help himself and he responded, kissing the other back. Landon broke it off suddenly and just stared at Naill. "We never got to say goodbye properly to each other. I-just...wanted one last kiss."

Naill just stared at Landon for a moment and then smiled. "I suppose I can't hold that against you. I must go, Rose is waiting on me." He knew that Landon wouldn't do anything like that again unless Naill himself started it. He needed to say goodbye as much as Landon had. He headed down to the stables to meet Rose, strangely feeling free from the tension that had grown between him and Landon. It was gone now and he was glad.
