"Thats fine with me." She said, kissing his cheek. "Well i'm full..." She said, figuring her motherwould make her run around in the dress for about an hour. "Make up an excuse to leave soon.." She whispered, looking at him pleadingly as her mother dragged her away.
Kenny stood up and was already done with his plate, rolling his eyes at Wendy. "Well come on blondie, haven't got all day now have we?" He joked, chuckling a little.
Wendy brought Katie into the other room and took out a nice looking wedding dress that Katie would probably wear because it was more her style. "Its lovely mother.." She said, then sighed as her mother pushed her into the bathroom to try it on.

Ace smiled. "Thank you.." He chuckled at the day he died remark. "I'll love her even after i'm dead." He replied with a small grin.

The blonde nodded and smiled at Katie. It was astounding to think he would be married before he knew it. He wondered if maybe he were sleeping. Alejandro had also cleared his plate. At Katie's comment about leaving soon he smiled and winked. Of course he could think up something. "I suppose not," he answered with a smile. Alejandro stood up from his chair and pushed it in. Grinning he stood beside his future father-in-law. "What year is your car? I'm excited to see it," he answered with a smile.

Rosalie smiled widely at her mother's blessing and held Ace's hands tightly. "Thank you so much mother," she said softly. Lightly her mother raised a hand and grinned. "I knew the day would come when I needed to let you go. I am pleased with you choice... My only other wish is that you invite your dear mother to the wedding," she said with a smile. Rosalie looked towards Ace and nodded. "Of course mother, and I may need your assistance with the dress portion," she answered slightly embarrassed. The blonde woman smiled and chuckled. "Of course dearie," she smiled. There was a knock on the back door and her mother looked towards it then to her two guests. Standing from her seat she held up one finger to the figure at the door. "I'm sorry to keep our meeting so short, but I have another guest," she said softly. Lightly she bent down and wrapped her arms around Ace. "Make her happy," she whispered so only he could hear. Then she hugged her daughter. "I'm sorry," she murmured. Then she stood from them and walked away. The blue eyed girl watched her mother walk off unsure of why she said sorry. Nodding she stood from the couch with Ace's hand in her's. "Well I guess we should be going then... Mum! I just need to get my things!" she called. There was no answer her mother and her guest had went out into another room. "Would you like to come help me?" she asked softly.

Kenny grinned. "Its a 1980 black corvette." He said, patting Alejandros shoulder in a manly gesture and leading him out the back door and into the garage/ barn where he worked on his cars. "I also have one from 1953. Its pretty old , a young man like yourself would probably find it a bit out of style." He led him to the back of the Garage and took the cover off the new corvette, then the old one next to it. "What do ya think?"

Katie looked in the mirror at herself in the dress. "Its absolutely perfect Mom." She said, twirling a little.
Wendy nodded. "And you look very beautiful in it.."

Ace nodded slightly to her mothers comment. "I will..." He said, then looked to Rosalie. "Of course i'll help." He said, standing up and putting out a hand for Rosalie. "We can put it all in the back seat and in the trunk. Then i'll help you unpack once we get home."

Alejandro smiled and nodded at the mention of the cars. "I love look at old antique cars. We sold all of ours when we decided to move here, but I really love going to car shows and looking at them," he replied. As the man patted him on the shoulder he already felt rather accepted by him. Once he pulled the covers off of them he was rather astounded. "They're both in such great condition... How did you keep them so healthy... And they're both very beautiful... I must say I really like the 1953. It's very classy," he answered with a smile, "We used to have a 1970 Chevelle SS in Candy Apple Red, now she was my favorite," he answered with a smile.

At the secret conversation between her mother and Ace she was curious what it was about, but decided now was not the time to pry. At his offer she took his hand and stood up smiling. "That sounds perfect," she replied with a smile. Lightly she led him upstairs and opened the door to her bedroom. "This was my room," she answered with a small sigh. Small pictures lined the walls ranging from family members to friends. A few paintings on the walls drawn by other artists. Picking off all the photos she placed them into a book and slipped it into a bag. Quickly she gathered up all her belongings and had them packed in no time. Picking up a small necklace she hooked it around her neck. It was a heart shape with a knob on the front. Five bags sat on the floor when she was done. "Sorry if that's a lot," she said with a small laugh. Then she stepped close to him and hugged him softly. "I'm so happy she said yes... and I am so happy she was in rare form today. We didn't even have to use the code word," she answered with a smile. Then she realized she hadn't even seen her housemaid at all. Had mother honestly given them a day off?

Kenny nodded. "Thats a car.." He commented towards the car they sold. "So about Katie.. don't make her cry okay? If she comes running home in tears one day with three kids trailing behind her then your dead." He said, giving him a look. "But I do approve of you, as long as you make her happy." He said, leaning back against the car for a second. "You want a drink?" He asked, walking over to the minifridge in the corner and pulling out a coke for himself, waiting for a response before getting Alejandro one.

Katie slipped out of the dress and hung it up in her mothers closet. "I'll get it before the wedding. I don't want Alejandro to see it." She said, smiling a little since her mother was helping her pack her things. Once she was done paking everything she needed she had 6 suitcases full of clothes and little items she couldn't part without. She would've changed out of Alejandros shirt, but she loved the way it smelled. And she felt that by wearing this, it made him her's.

Ace shook his head. "Hardly. I expected a lot more bags since theres so many items in a room.." He said, picking up three of the bags. "I think she likes me a lot." He said with a small grin. "So what ring shop do you wanna go to? Theres at least three in town." He said, running his hand threw his hair.

Alejandro smiled and nodded. He really did miss that car. It was one of the few his parents had bought, and he loved it. The blonde tilted his head at his father's statement and nodded. "I would never dream of doing that, sir, never in a million years," he answered seriously. Of course even in a million years he still wouldn't do it. At the question of a drink he shook his head. "I think I should be going with Katie. We have some appointments at the a few jewelers in town, and I would hate to be late for them," he answered kindly, "But next time I come visit, I'll bring a different car.' He patted her father on the back with a wide smile and went back into the house. "Katie, are you almost packed? We need to get off to Jeweler number one," he called up the stairs. Alejandro really liked his father-in-law, and was excited to be apart of the family.

She smiled at him, and giggled. "I'm a very good packer," she replied softly. Looking up at him she nodded. "I think she thinks you're just as hansom as I think you are... that's why she was so happy,"Rosalie teased. She let him go and picked up the last two bags. "I'm not sure... I've never been to any of them. Surprise me?" she said slightly unsure. Standing on her tippytoes she kissed him softly. Turning she started moving down the stairs. "Bye mother thank you for having us!" she called before heading out the door and to the car.

Katie nodded. "Yeah but its gonna be a bit hard to get my luggage downstairs." She smiled, grabbing three of the bags and going over the stairs. She tossed him the three duffelbags that were full of clothes. Then she carried the three bags with breakables by herself. "Thanks for having us come over Mom." She called, leading Alejandro to the front where the car was. "So where should I put these?" She asked. She noticed Kenny and her mom waving goodbye and the door and grinned at Alejandro. "Seem's you and my stepfather hit it off." She said with a small smile.

Ace opened the trunk for her and since it was pretty big he put everything inside the trunk, then shut it and opened Rosalie's door for her. "Will do." He said with a small grin. "I'll just pick one at random." He said, waiting for her to get in the car. (I do too <3 lol and okay ^^))

At the throwing of the bags he caught them in his arms. Shaking his head he laughed. "You coulda warned me a little," he teased. The blonde nodded to Wendy and smiled. "Thanks so much" he answered with a smile. Hitting a button for the car he popped the trunk. "Why don't you place the special things in the back seat, and I'll put these in the trunk?" he suggested. Tucking the bags on one arm he raised the trunk. Lightly he set the bags in the back and smiled. Opening the door he let her put the bags in the back. Alejandro waved back to them then smiled at Katie. "Yeah we both like cars, it's easy to get along when you have an interest," he nodded. Once she put the bags in he picked her up in his arms and carried to the passenger side. Opening the door with his knee he softly set her in the seat kissing her cheek. Then he climbed into the passenger side. "So how was the time with your mum? And where should I go to?" he questioned.


The blonde walked over and slid into her seat. She looked up at him and smiled. "That sounds rather fine to me," Rosalie answered with a smile. She waited for him to get into the car before asking her next question. Softly she brushed a few hairs back and smiled at him. "I-I know you just met my mum today... But I was wondering if we could go meet my dad. It won't take long, I promise. Grannie would love to meet you too I'm sure," she asked quickly, slightly embarrassed. Rosalie felt bad asking him, but she knew her father would really like to see him, though she was sure he would love him.

Katie blushed when he picked her up and then leaned over, kissing him softly on the lips. "Thats good to hear. And I had a really nice time with my mom. The dress looked really good on me so i'm going to just wear that." She said, looking at him for a second and thinking. "Ring store? I've never been to any of them so you pick." She said, putting the things in the back and waving goodbye to her mother and stepfather. "Sorry my mom asked all those questions... but I warned you." She laughed.

Ace smiled. "Sure.. whats the address?" He asked, looking at her and leaning in and giving her a kiss. "Then we'll go and get you a ring."

The golden eyed male smiled and nodded. "Good to hear. Otherwise I was going to buy you a brand new beautiful most expensive on the market one," he grinned. Turning the key he turned on the engine and revved it a little. Grinning he waved again to her parents. "Alright, to Valentine's it is," he grinned softly. Pulling out of her parents house he started onto the road. "No worries. I was nervous, but it turned out okay. She doesn't seem to hate me... She just wants grandchildren,"Alejandro grinned. Turning onto a few roads he pulled in front of it. "Here we are," he smiled. Leaning over he kissed her softly on the lips.


Rosalie smiled back at him and nodded. "Thank you, I promise no more than ten minutes... It's 3240 Rosemary hill," she said quietly. She nodded a wide smile on her face. "That sounds perfect," she said softly. The blonde was a little nervous. She was worried that he would be confused when they ended up at the cemetery, but she wanted to show him at least. She knew her dad would see him then.

"Well i'd rather have you save the money for our honeymoon." She said, kissing back with a small grin. "Unless you wanna stay home for that?" She asked, looking out the window at the small jewlery shop. "It's lovely.." She said as she looked at the decorations on the outside of the store.

Ace smiled." Okay.. lets go." He said, driving in the direction of her fathers house and then arriving there."Here." He said softly.

Alejandro chuckle and nodded. "Very, very true. So where would you like to go for this honeymoon? Anywhere at all, it is your choice," he answered with grin. Softly he ran a hand threw his hair then got out of the car. Going to her side he opened the door and smiled. "After you mademoiselle," the blonde replied.

At arriving at a house she looked to see the graveyard after it. "Actually he's there," she said softly pointing at it. Giving Ace directions she pointed him to where his brother, father, and grandmother were all buried. There were the three graves beside a giant evergreen. "It seems a little strange... but I feel like if I bring you here... They'll see you," she said softly. Getting out of the car she walked over to the graves. Rosalie looked towards him motioning for him to come stand beside her.

Katie got out with a blush. "Hmmm...... I don't know. Somewhere warm and nice?" She said, looking at him and taking his free hand.


Ace got out of the car, with a small frown and went over by her. He took her hand gently. "I feel the same way about girls meeting my mother... even though she's dead. I just didn't wanna take you back to her garden until we were married."

Alejandro closed her door and smiled. He led her inside the shop and nodded. "Bermuda? Virgin Islands? Aruba? Bahamas? Hawaii? Anywhere really, I'll take you anywhere. I'm not picky," he answered with a small chuckle. The blonde led her up to the counter and smiled. "Good Afternoon Sir, I was wondering if you could help us find rings," he suggested softly looking to Katie. "Of course Mr. Firenze. Miss if you could just tell me what sort of things you are looking for a in a ring I would surely help you," the old man answered with a smile. He was a slightly chubby man with small glasses and a sweater vest. He was a short man, but pleasant.


Rosalie smiled as she realized he understood. "I really wanted my father to see you before... I feel like if I tell him now... He'll somehow tell me that it's okay," she answered with a small smile. Then she nodded. "Father, Nana, and Christoff... I wanted you to meet Ace Drake... I came so I could show you him before we got married... And I do plan on marrying him. Mother even said it was alright... I just really wanted you to see him before we got married. And I hope you love him as much as I do," she said softly talking to the air. Reaching over she lightly took his hand and held it.

"Well actually my last names Vladimir... but I go by Ace Drake." He said, wanting to be honest. He bowed his head and listened to her speak.

"Well I'd like a silver ring... with maybe a small diamond?" She said, looking at the man with a small smile.

The old man nodded and smiled. "How much are you willing to spend sir?" he questioned. Alejandro waved his hand. The man chuckled then headed into the back. "Well, since we are getting married so soon, would you like to pick out our wedding bands as well?" he asked softly. The blonde leaned over and kissed her cheek. They could hear the man riffling threw things in the back.

At the mention of his real last name she blushed. Of course she should have said that. Standing on her toes she lightly kissed him on the cheek. "I wish you were here to meet him in person... He's such a nice person. And I truly love him," she said softly. Then she looked up at him. "Would you like to say anything?"Rosalie questioned. Of course she would come back and visit again. As they stood there a soft wind began to blow. Blowing there way came a bunch of leaves and they fell at her feet. She tilted her head not sure what it meant.

Katie blushed. "You don't have to spend a lot of money.." She said, kissing his cheek. "And sure. That'd be nice. It would save us a trip or two." She said, taking his hand and lacing their fingers. As she heard him ruffling threw things she laid her head on his shoulders. "Bahamas?" She grinned. "Or Hawaii..." She said, dreaming of being on the beach in Hawaii.

Ace looked at the gravestones. "I promise to take good care of your daughter sir.." He said softly, giving her a kiss on the cheek as well.

Alejandro eyed her with a smile and laughed. [b]"I'll spend whatever you want. And if you see one you like and ask how much it is don't you dare tell me that you don't want to get it because it's too expensive,"[b] he chuckled,"It would indeed. So we'll find the engagement first... But do we want exact matching or like a his and her's type?" He squeezed her hand as she laced their fingers and rested her head on his shoulder. Softly he rested his head ontop of her's. "Whichever you would rather... In Bermuda the sand turns pinkish when the water rolls over it. But Hawaii has black beaches... But it's up to you, my future bride," he said softly. The old man can in carrying several small boxes and a padded tray of rings. "Have a looksee Dearie, and see what you liek," the old man beamed


Rosalie smiled at Ace's comment and nodded. Looking to the graves then she looked back up at Ace. "Thanks Papa," she said softly. "Shall we be off? I know we need to find some rings," she giggled. She wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tightly he head resting on his chest.

Katie looked at Alejandro. "Will you pick out the ring for me? I want it to be a surprise... i'm going to pick your out if thats okay?" She asked, looking at him with a small smile. "Well which is cheaper. Bermuda or Hawaii?" She asked, raising an eyebrow at him.

Ace nodded. "Yeah, lets go." He said,taking her hand and leading her towards the car. "I hope he approves of me."

The blonde nodded and smiled. "sure I can... and did you want me to pick out your wedding band too? Or will we do that one together?" he asked softly. The old man nodded and went into the back and returned with more rings and placed them on another counter. "Here miss you can look threw these for the young man," he answered with a grin. Alejandro looked over at her and grinned. "They're both relatively the same, but I believe Bermuda may be a bit cheaper," the blonde replied. Lightly he picked up a ring and began looking threw them.

Rosalie smiled and nodded. The soft breeze blew again as they walked to the car and she giggled. "I'm sure he will," she answered softly. When they got to the car she opened the door and got inside.

"Together?" She smiled. She started to look threw the boxes. "Bermuda it is." She said, giving him a quick kiss. She looked at the man. "Oh thank you, your making this fairly easy." She said, giving the man a small smile. She finally picked one out. It was a plain silver ring. "If you want we can engrave it or something.. I just like silver." She laughed. She put it by his hands to see how it would work.

Ace opened the car door for her. "So to the ring shop now or somewhere else?" He asked.

Alejandro smiled as she said together. "Together sounds perfect, and so does Bermuda," he replied. The old man nodded and smiled. As Katie came over to show the ring he picked up the one he liked. He held it up in his one hand as she put the one ring in his other. "This is white gold... but I really like this one. It still looks silver and it's pretty," he answered with a laugh. Gently he put the ring in her hand with a smile. The blonde held the ring that she had given him in his hand and smiled. "I really like it... and engraving would look really cool," he answered with a smile.


She softly sat down in the seat and looked up at him. Rosalie shook her head and smiled. "No, just the ring store now. But thank you for taking this side trip with me... It really meant a lot to me," she said softly. Rosalie wanted him to know that she was very thankful for him doing this for her.

"Okay, and I can pay for it. When my mother heard we were coming here she gave me some money.." She blushed. "What would you like engraved on it?" She asked softly. When she saw the ring he picked her eyes grew wide. "Its beautiful!"She said, slipping it on to see if it fit. It was the perfect size so he took it off. "But how much is it? Remember... you don't have to pay a lot." She said, giving him a kiss on the cheek. "And Bermuda does sound very nice." She laughed.


Ace drove her to the closest ring store only to see his brothers car parked in front of it. "hmm... This should be interesting." He chuckled, getting out and opening the door for her. "So... i've been thinking. About where were going to live. Our choices could be to stay here or get another house somewhere else secluded. Anywhere you'd like."

Alejandro shook his head and chuckled. "Alright, alright I'll allow that," he answered with a smile. Running hand threw his hair he thought about what it should say. "Katie.... Katie's actually... Meaning I'm only your's," he replied. As her eyes grew wide he could not help, but smile. He nodded to the old man as she took it back off. "Darling price does not matter, honestly. We have all the money to fulfill out wildest dreams," he grinned. When she kissed him on the cheek he returned it with a kiss on her head. "Perfect... I'll start looking into travel arrangements, and dates,"Alejandro said softly.

At the sight of the other Vladimir car she giggled. "It should indeed be very interesting," she replied. As he opened the door she softly stepped out. Rosalie tapped her chin as she thought. "Would we be able to stay really close, but maybe go into the woods a bit?" she asked quietly, "It is also up to you I don't want to pull you away from your family," she said softly.

Katie nodded at what he wanted. "That's cute." She said with a small blush. She would've liked hers engraved with something about her being Alejandros but this ring already looked very costly. But other than that, the ring was perfect. She looked at the man behind the counter. "Do you engrave rings here?" She asked softly. She then grinned at Alejandros remark. "Good, then I'll call the wedding planner up while your doing that." She said, brushing her bangs out of her eyes and looking at his eyes for a moment. She couldn't believe she was getting married, and to someone so amazing. "But money can't buy happiness my dear. So please don't go all out on it? Simple and cheap is my families motto." She laughed. "And I'd feel bad if you spent a lot." She said, giving him a quick kiss.

"Well if you'd like.. theres a small workshop in the back gardens where my mother used to work and keep her plants. Its only three rooms but I can show you once we get back.. and I can always add more rooms to it." He said, kissing her forehead and leading her in.
