Chimera flew out of his playpen. He landed on Kiana's shoulder, intrigued by the mark.

Kiana smiles softly and pets Chimera on his head "Hi sweetie"

Chimera pawed at the mark. "Pop-pop!" Kane was surprised. " That's what he called your father"

Kiana smiled softly "Yes Pop-pop" she says laying her head against her son's.

Kane held Kiana close. "It has been a long day for all of us. I think we deserve a family vacation"

Kiana would hold Chimera in her arms "Where?"

"There is a special lake retreat in the mountains. It is protected by a magic barrier, but once you enter you're stuck in your true form until you leave. It's meant to to let others be themselves and not stuck in human disguise"

"Well I haven't been in my wolf form in awhile" Kiana says rocking Chimera slowly.

"And I could stretch my wings. So it's settled. Let's leave tomorrow morning"

Kiana nods with a smile "Would Chimera stay the same?"

"Of course he would. He doesn't have a human disguise"

"Not yet" Kiana says throwing up him into the air and then catches him.

Chimera smiled and giggled. The next morning, Kane flew with Kiana and Chimera towards the lake. Sheild guarding it was clearly visible. "Ok, hang on" Kane dove and flew through the sheild.

Kiana held Chimera as he slept in her arms, they left early and he was still sleeping.

Kane landed on the lake shore. He was in full dragon form. "I trust the flight wasn't to bumpy?"

Kiana was in full wolf form "It was fine love" she says with a smile. Chimera was asleep on her back.

Kane helped Kiana down. "Even in wolf form, you still look breathtaking" he said as he gently nuzzled her.

Kiana smiled, nuzzling him back "Thank you love" she says licking his cheek.

Chimera woke up and saw the lake. He happily jumped from Kiana and ran to the water, splashing in the waves.

Kiana would smile softly watching him "Aww look at him, he's so happy"

"He is just too cute" Kane walked out into the water with Chimera. They started splashing each other.

Kiana laid on the shore, laying in the sun.

A grin came over Kane's face. He and Chimera double teamed Kiana with splashes.

Kiana looks at them both "Oh thats it"tackles Kane in the water.

Kane rolled around laughing as Chimera kept splashing.
