The elders look at Kiana "Her wounds are very serious"

"Please, she must be healed" Kane pleaded. Chimera walked over to Kiana. He nuzzled her cheek. "Mommy? Wake up mommy"

"Bring her this way" The elders get up and walk into a room.

Kane picked up Kiana and followed the elders into the room. Chimera followed.

"Lay her down" The elders were all standing around a table.

Kane layed Kiana on the table.

The elders started to heal her.

Chimera wimperd. Kane picked him up and cuddled him. "Shh, mommy's going to be alright"

The elders finish healing her after awhile "She's going to need a lot of rest, shes in a slight coma"

Kane took a seat next to the table. Chimera had fallen asleep in his arms. "I can wait"

The newest leader of the pack pats his shoulder and walks out with the others.

Kane reached out and held Kiana's hand. "No matter what, I will always be here for you. Always"

Days passed and Kiana still hasn't woken up.

Kane never left Kiana's side. Others would bring him food and water, but he refused to leave her side. Jake looked after Chimera, whom had taken to calling Jake "Jake-Jake"

Jake looks down at Chimera "Yea little man?"

"When will mommy wake up, Jake-jake?" Chimera asked.

Jake pets his head "I'm not sure Chimera"

"Daddy won't leave her side. I'm scared" Chimera said with a whimper.

"Thats because your daddy loves your mommy champ. Theres no need to be scared. Everything is going to be fine"

"I just want my family back" Chimera coverd his eyes with his wings so that Jake could not see him cry.

"I know Chimera" Jake says picking him up "Do you want to see your mommy?"

Chimera nodded his head, wipeing away his tears. "Uh huh"

Jake wipes his tears away and goes to where Kiana and Kane were.

Kane looked up when Jake brought Chimera into the room. "Hey there, bud. we've missed you" Kane took him in his arms. Chimera touched Kiana with his paw. "Mommy?"

Kiana would stay still but her fingers slightly moved.
