I usually try my best not to do such things as I do find it rude which is why I actually make it a point to try and sit in the first two rows in class so I pay attention to whatever that is being taught. I mean, we do attend classes to learn :) Perhaps the most I would do is scribble on my notes when I get distracted or play with my cellular phone and send random messages to random people ^^" But I would play games or have my mp3 player on. Well, I don't attend classes anymore since I am already working but I know I never did such things back when I was in school. Besides, in my old primary and secondary school, we were not allowed to bring such things. They would get confiscicated.

But I remember in high school during ever free class I had, I'd get on Gaia and mene. I'd always get kicked out of the library though.
Until I started writing a paper on the power of social networking sites for my senior research paper, and then I totally got a pass for being on them. It totally pissed the librarian off. :lol:

But it's oh so sneaky!

I sit in the first rows too...mostly because I'm visually impaired but it does help me pay attention although I do draw in my notebook and still sometimes fall asleep. My MOM sent me a text message in class one day...WTF Mom...SHE was the one in class, not me!

@AlicesCheshire: Yep XD They still call it Heart no Kuni no Alice where I read it, but the story is in english (online manga is win) I ran out of chapters though.

Yeah, anyway, I read manga online in class as well.

The teacher didn't really care if we listened to music and such in class so long as we got our work done (and that class was pretty fun, so I had no problems with it.)


At my new school they have EVERYTHING blocked.
You can't go on GOOGLE IMAGES, much less youtube.
No idea what idiot screwed us all over so badly, and I'm not really sure I want to know what they tried to get onto online in order to have that much blocked.

Youtube's blocked, Google images is blocked, some of the educational websites we're SUPPOSED to be using are blocked, etc *sigh*
It's really hard getting pictures for projects when we aren't even allowed to see them -___-;;

That sucks. Youtube is blocked at my school too (which I can understand why, considering all the stupid kids at my school). And Google images is too (although it isn't really hard to find pics through google at my school as long as you type "images" or "pictures" at the end of your search.) It usually finds unblocked websites with pics that relate to what you're looking for.
And if you can't use google, then Photobucket is always a good option. :3 Well, if your school hasn't blocked that too anyway.

XD I got into it before it was even a manga *points at picture of the second game I saw about 2 years ago and had no idea what it was, I just knew it was Alice XD*,
and now I have all 5 published ones so far.

uuugghh My schools blocks stuff off too. But it's not normal stuff. We can't go to Deviantart, wikipedia, or yahoo for example but we CAN go to Miniclip, youtube and Facebook.

Go Figure...


But to answer the question yeah I do play games in class, usually after I do a certain amount of work (maybe about half of it) and I'd say music helps me fouces, but that's not really the truth. Once I start REALLY focusing I can't hear the music So when I stop I'm like "Where'd the music go D:" onlt to realize it's been several hours since the playlist ended

Computers in our school is connected to the main office's computers so we cannot use social networking sites/download games/play online games or else it will be detected. Geezz. D:<
