"That is not something a kid should worry about, especially when this will be there home, if they want it to be in the end that is." He paused willing to let that sink in before he headed into the kitchen, finding an old pad of paper in one of the drawers and pulling out the pen next to it.

"Only rules are that no one else comes here without approval and you take care of yourself properly. We'll go shopping for everything in just a second so that you will have anything you could possibly want or need for now. You will get a weekly allowance and I will check-up on you once a week to make sure I'm not paying for uninhabited home for someone else. We'll also pick up a couple spare keys while we're out. Noise is no problem, walls are soundproof... Now, any questions?"

As odd as it sounded, once the words had sunk in, Reno felt this overwhelming urge to run up and kiss this man.

"You mean...I get this place all to myself? Like, my own house?" He seemed excited, because it meant he didn't have to live off the streets anymore. It was a tough place for a child to live, and he wasn't a fan of the tough life like that. Particularly when he slept outside in rain or snow; that just wasn't fun at all.

"That's okay, I'd rather go home with other people, anyway. This place is mine and yours, and I don't drag people home very often..." He paused, "You mean get a bed and couch and stuff?" Oh, this was getting better and better the more into this idea he got. He'd even get allowance and a weekly visit from this guy. Oh, man, this was going to be awesome. "Just one. Am I gonna owe you for all this later?"

Understanding the need for clarification on if anything was owed for the gift that was being given, Genesis merely sighed. "No, I have a lot of money and this will give it something to do... Especially when I just keep accumulating more wealth as the days go one."

Having scribbled out a list of groceries on four sheets of paper, he picked up the pad, heading for the doorway to pause and look back. "Now, beds first. The floor is to hard for sleeping on and most places around here know me. Hurry up."

This made the redhead all the happier, though. "Thanks so much, Gen." He was used to nicknames with people, and didn't even think if that would be insulting. Nope, he still had the mind of a child, even if he had his moments where he was awfully grown up. You couldn't always win at such a young age, after all.

"Alright, I'm comin'." He followed the other out into the hallway, out of the house, so excited for things to come. After all, it would be awesome having a house to himself. He just couldn't wait.

A nickname... A NICKNAME? That was not his name at all, would never be his real name, ever. "My name is Genesis, not Gen. Genesis Rhapsodos." His eyes were piercing as the walked, obviously not enjoying getting that name in the least bit, if it wasn't already obvious by the temperature rise that was occurring around him.

"Anyway," He opened a door to the furniture store that was just down the block from the house, "Find the bed you like. Any one of them at all and ignore the price tag. Only rule is it must match how the apartment already is."

"You're kinda stuffy, don'tcha think? Nicknames aren't a bad thing, it proves you have a personality." Rambling off the words simply as he looked around at their surroundings again, the smaller redhead didn't seem to see what the big problem was. He was tempted to do something mean, but he figured Genesis was doing a lot for him that he didn't really need to, and he was kind of in need of it.

"Alright, thanks." He made his way around the store, searching out the bed he wanted. He found a large, "tacky" red leather bed with the softest suede mattress that spun and was shaped like a circle. He wanted it so badly, he'd always wanted one like that. "I found it!"
