You know those Announcements that show up at the top of the page? I'm calling them Banner Announcements, though I don't know what their official name is. Is there a way you can set an expiration date for them? I just signed into this account and there's a banner annoucement that says, Hello Allan, Don't forget that November's Contribution Items will be going soon, so grab some while you can. *smiles*" Those stopped being available a week ago.

I know it's easy enough to just dismiss them, but it seems a bit silly.

That's still there simply because I forgot to delete, nothing more :)
