haha I'm debating getting some sort of cherry blossom branch/tree somewhere. I'm not sure though.

Lawl. Well as long as you're happy with the tattoos that's all that matters. :)
My first tattoo I wanted for a while, my second one though, I only wanted for maybe at most, a month. It was kind of "on a whim" type thing. But I'm happy with it.

I have a not-equal-to sign on the middle of my upper back (below the neckline) and the kanji for sugar on my right ribcage.
I do plan to get more.
The signs for "therefore" and "eternal" underneath the not-equal-to sign, and "はアメリカの中毒です"(is the American addiction/poison) as a line of text going down my left shoulder blade.
There you go. :B

That's awesome- my friend has life-sized wolf paw prints on her hips in sort of a tribal style. I had a friend who got a tattoo of the virgin of guadalupe on her side over the course of almost two months- it was so painful the artist could barely do more than an inch without her fainting.

@Quarander: That's awesome. Do you wear a lot of steampunk clothing?

@Redrabbit: That sounds extremely painful! Luckily the ones I'm getting are pretty small, or thin at least.

@tgk_13: Yep. I'm at college, and I'm working at the nursery school. Come spring semester, my hours are going to be crazy, if I even have time to work. >.<

I do really want a tattoo, but I have no idea what I would get if I did somehow scrap up the courage to go through with it. I suppose that I want to save getting a tattoo for a point in my life where everything seems to have come together. I don't want to get something only to see it lose its meaning with time. So, I suppose this is a decision to be made at another time for me.

Oh, I love tattoos, but am deathly afraid of needles. xD; You don't think they make tattoo pills, do they?

But, wow are you all rather cool people. :')

Hm. You know someone once came up to me and asked me to draw what had been painted on her stool on a piece of paper so she could get it tattoo'ed.. Odd, that. Came up out of nowhere. Have no idea who she was.

Do you ever regret getting the images you get..? I mean, they do pretty much last forever. (Even if they are incredibly cool.) How .. long would it take to decide? I once thought for days about getting a wolf-print tattoo. But I wanted something uniquely me - and the needle thing.

My dad has them all up and down his arms, and a massive one on his back. XD Once, mom woke up in the middle of the night, and she said one of them scared her with it's gruesome face.

My uncle has a tattoo on his arm, but he's so old and it's so worn, I can't tell if it's a mermaid or a dolphin.. I wonder if years later, someone might ask about the tattoo, and the tattoo'ed would say, "Oh, that was when I was young.."

(I.. talk a lot, sorry.)
