The Beatles were and are amazing.
People who don't like them make me react like a robot with a technical difficulty. Or something. I just don't get it.
I was listening to Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band with my dad when I was like two.

That song is amazing.

Explodey:: That is a very pretty lullaby. I like hearing German singing.
I have no clue what the words mean though. The only song in German that I can translate is Silent Night because I sang it in a choir concert.

Millennium was the first CD I ever owned. I was eleven, but yeah.
I still know all the songs.
I get teased for it a LOT so my love for them is a bit closeted. :ninja:

(I also still have a cover of The Rolling Stone with them on it, in a pink frame. My mom bought it for me when I was like 12. I think they have their pants down...)

Edit// They do. :XD

I think maybe I was younger than twelve...I dunno I lose track.
Yeah there are two versions of that cover. That picture was actually my signature here sometime within the last two years up till last summer. There's also a version with their pants up.

That.So much so. People who don't like the Beatles just do not compute.

Yeah, I'm going to have to find someone who can translate German by listening to it, as I can only translate a little of it, and that only when I see it written down.

My stepdad is German, He said the first words were 'softly softly'. But i don't think he could keep up just by hearing either.

My brother doesn't like the Beatles. :stare:

And really, I thought the first words meant "sleep sleep".
When I did Silent Night that word was the "sleep" in "Sleep in Heavenly peace".

Joan Jetts' "I love rockn' roll". I saw the video just last night and it's totally dated but the song rocks.

Maybe you're right. I know he always tried to put on an air of knowing things, but I'm not beyond the possibility of considering my stepdad to be full of beans.
