no its the icy blue. you can use the snowy blue stockings and then golden tube socks and then red ankle socks. and then the icy gumball necklace.

@star: the butterfly you have on and the earings you have on are too dark. it has to be the icy blue or the snowy blue. the other blues dont work

no its really not. you need to fix the colouring on your computer. its off. i think its probably that your reds are too high in your settings.

so yeah, the Icy items from the most recent event are the right colour that your looking for. all you really need are the wrist thingies and the gumball necklace and it will be fine.
