pretty much you PM me 2 avis (besides your own) that you like and you can choose a max of two votes for the one avi.
for example: say I choose yours and bsw avis as my votes.
I will send a PM saying, "I choose bsw and Ted D Bear's avis. bsw 1 vote, Ted D 2 votes."

After a couple of extra days the voting is closed. unfortuatly I only recieved one set of votes from a person and so i had to ask a couple of friends (WinglessFairy: and xhogyokux:) to also put their 2 cents in and so we have a winner with 2 very close seconds!
