Yeah, and there should be some effects for non-attack moves. Like for Growth (raise attack), you're allowed to roll a larger die for that turn and for Tail Whip (lowers foe's defense), the opponent is forced to roll a lower die for that turn. But those moves should only be allowed to be used every 3-5 turns so that it's fair. o:
