"That's better." he adjusts his glasses and wipes off the dirt from his front. "I have to get home now since I've discovered something massively important."

Zephi, since you weren't here from the beginning of the event I'll let you know that one person found a pen that doesn't seem to actually write. And it has strange glyphs on the side, that happen to match the giant tablet/mural that is the bottom of the pond. It depicts a moltres and a zapdos, and underneath them a glowing egg. Someone else went through the mailboxes and found out that someone had discovered something else incredibly important.

"uh, important? What kind of important thing? Let me walk you to your house to make sure that you are ok, to make up for before" *smiles and walks beside the man*

Archeologists, alsways excited to discuss what they've found, pours into a discussion of the tablet he's found. And he had come home to clean it off and work on it away from the other archeology students so they wouldn't steal it and claim it as their work. it is all in some strange glyph that he hasn't finished translating. But it mentions some far off island.

*walks quickly beside the man, nodding the whole way* "So, you have the tablet with you? That's so cool! Do you think I'd be able to take a look at it?"

"Well sure..." He gives you a pointed look. "But don't steal it!"

He pulls it out and lets you see. It really is as he described. There is a bunch of text in the same strange glyph, and a picture at the bottom of a mountain island with some small shapes that are undepictable flying around it, they look like birds.

So much for having translated the glyphs to find out it was about an island.

*holds up hands* "I wouldn't know what to do with that information anyway. No stealing." *crosses heart and looks at the glyph*

"So that down there is the island you were talking about? And that... some kind of bird... like, big birds?"

"At first I was thinking it was talking about... What is it Cinnabar island?.. Seafoam islands? "He seemed to be lost in thought as he tried to remember the correct island. "The one with the really giant pokemon. But the landscape is wrong. And What I've translated here in the first line" he pointed to a couple glyphs. "It would seem that their is another island even further out. It says."

'Away from land that we all know. The island calls to those we call legendary.' Some stuff I haven't quite translated yet, and than 'Their birthplace.'

This has to be a huge discovery!" He said excitedly.

Dragon noticed the trainer and guy who looked like an archeologist walking. Thinking he would probably be the one to ask about the glyphs on the pen, she started towards them. As she got closer, she heard him mention something about islands, which brought the glyphs she had seen in the pond back to memory. Once she was within speaking distance, she said, "What is this about some islands?"

The poor guy looks startled by another person joining in. "My discovery. Do not steal it." Than clearing his throat he explained once again about his discovery. "It seems to be an island about the birthplace of legendary pokemon. "

Feeling a little out of place Zephi begins to think outloud. "Legendary. I wonder if that means something like legendary pokemon. Or a legend about a pokemon that was so cool. Maybe people used ot worship pokemon as gods or something. Or maybe..." her voice trails off and she laughs nervously looking around.

The English man has returned to the park. :insane:

"huh?" Zephi notices that someone else is walking up from the distance. She blinks and tries to see who it is but she doesn't really recognise--oh! It was the guy she saw fishing a little while ago!

Me? Fishing? o.o

"hey! weren't you trying to fish out a dialga?" Smiles, "How did that go?"

Oh yeah. *Chuckles and looks to the pond.* Turns out, Dialga never swim.

"Oh that's too bad. I caught a magikarp there" Smiles. Better than nothing :D

Well I caught a angry person after pushing them in. *Grins evily* Stoopid fishing guy.

"Ah, do you mean this archeologist right here?" Sweats a little. "Yeah, he wasn't too happy that we had pushed him down and kicked him and everything." Scratches back of head. "But he found this really cool thing, and maybe if you apologize, he'll show it to you? As long as you promise not to steal his work, that is."

"yes, no stealing my work." he agrees. "And i was thinking it was about legendary pokemon."

"Hmm, legendary Pokemon birth place." She mumbles aloud as she goes deep in thought. Island, what island was that...from that book...Could it be the Orange Islands?
She remains silent, unsure of whether or not she should share her thoughts with the others.

"Wait! Did someone say legendary pokemon!?" Looks around with a ball ready.

Laughs, "Easy tiger. They're talking about the glyphs. Look at em. They do look like huge birds or something."

Looks at the glyphs. "Hrmmmmmmm... Could be lugi, ho-oh or the three legendary bird." :P

Blinks. "I have no idea what you're talking about. I never heard of any legendary birds before!" Takes out pokedex and looks up information about legendary bird pokemon.

The boy/man has taken out a notebook and is scribbling everyones comments down furiously to make sure he gets them all. "yes the three legendary birds, Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. That is why I'm sure this is about legendary pokemon. I just need to translate the rest."
