How about the new black and white 2 coming out soon!!! Yay! I'm happy. Though I might not get it. I do like the older pokemon games better for some reason so I can play pokemon yellow (the original :boogie:) and pokemon gold for gameboy and gameboy color. Then Ihave pokemon fire red and leaf green I can play in my DS lite. I have soul silver and gold and the black and white as well. I think of all of them, I like soul siver the best. Definitely so cool how they went back to having pokemon follow you around. :)

Yesh. Usually they go like silver and soul silver to illustrate the change but this one is called version 2. Interesting, eh? Oooh, I got my daughter platinum. I thought it would be a good one as far as story lines go for a first pokemon game, but I wonder if I shouldn't have just gotten one of the newer ones. Though she has a 3ds, that's why I couldn't really go old school.

Soul silver is where any pokemon that you put first in your team will be following behind you ^.^ That set, soul silver and heart gold, also come with a pokewalker. Like a pedometer that measures the steps you take because you clip it to your belt and walk around, but when you walk, the little pokemon walks too. And when you take a certain number of steps you get watts for it and more watts equals more places your pokemon can walk to. When there is a pokemon in it, you can also battle pokemon (so you can catch ones that don't show up in the game) and find items as well. It's pretty nifty and fun cause you can just clip it to your belt or put it in your pocket (i'd reccomend the belt though because the pocket sometimes pushes buttons then it doesn't register the steps you take) and catch and find extra pokemon. Really fun series.

One thing though, the pokewalker is not water proof X.x so don't accidentally wash it with your clothes D:

It's really pretty simple, but it's fun. I mean... it's a little pedometer with the picture of a pokemon walking around on it, whichever one you put in it.

So you could have a pikachu follow your steps!? :squee:
