Alfie grinned at that soft kiss, leaning up to lightly press his own lips against Gian's jaw. "I think it would do Shadow some good to have an assistant on stage. After all...when my act is done, for instance, I go offstage...and I don't go back on. Shadow's up there the whole time. He has to make sure everything is in place himself...it's kind of hard for Hebs to help him out, as he's supposed to only come on when it's his time to shine."

The naga tilted his head, reaching up to cheerfully play with Gian's hair. "I think that might be a good idea. All you would have to do is follow Shadow's direction. Like...if someone needs things set out for their performance, you should set them out."

"Come in!" Shadow's voice was a little muffled. He was currently in that closet of his...it sounded like he was rummaging around in there for a few specific things. He'd set two things aside near the front of the closet--two large, thick books. There was one more thing he was looking for...just one more thing. "I'm in the middle of looking through all of my old things for something. I believe I have a few things in here that might help Blake control his powers...I intend to find them and get them to him before he and Kratos go off to train..."

The fallen angel paused before sighing quietly. "Care to help me? I'm looking for a handheld lantern. It's very old and strange-looking, and it's on the end of a large stick."

Léan purred softly when he was kissed, leaning in slightly but doing nothing more than that to further it along. In response to Kratos' smile, the merman's lips twitched until he also gave a very tiny smile. The moment his tail touched water, the siren dipped down, diving beneath the cool water. He was, true to his word, going to take a nice, long, relaxing nap.

Gian took note of that. "I didn't know it was that hard." The boy frowned but that frown didn't take up of Gian's features too long. With the way the naga was playing with his hair, he found himself relaxing. His eyes had even slid shut as he smiled slightly. "I'll go offer help to Shadow then after taking the tickets." He was, after all, an all around handy man. Whatever he could do to help, he'll do.

Hebs opened the door to Shadow's room and blinked when he'd seen a closet left open and two thick books set aside in front of it. "I don't mind," was all the snake man had said before he'd shut the door behind him to come to where the fallen angel was. The man stopped short, though, when he'd seen what dust had accummulated there and made a face. "You have to let me clean through this closet one of these days. When we get back from the villa."

Putting his hand on the side of the closet door, he was just about to head in when he'd seen something poking out from the back of what looked like a stack of old chests. Must be it, he thought as he excused himself and coughed a little before he'd helped Shadow rummage through his things. He, of course, carefully handled the items inside. "This looks like it fits the description." The snake man was holding the handle as he looked at Shadow and stepped aside so he could see it.

Kratos put his hands on his lap and watched Léan for a few seconds before he'd gotten up himself and decided to go change his pants and his shoes into something much more comfortable. If he was going to train someone, he might as well put on something that should help him... run away.

Alfie grinned widely when he saw the look on Gian's face. It seemed that stroking his hair was a good way to calm him down. Cunningly, Alfie shelved that away in the back of his mind, in 'things to do if I make Gian mad or if I really want something.' "That also means you'd have to stay backstage while each person is performing. I don't know if you think it's possible or not, but Léan has a huge problem with stage fright during shows where the attention is all on him. Sometimes...he can get a little diva-ish. You'll most likely have to help Hebs attend to his every need."

Alfie rolled his eyes. He hated it when the merman got special attention just for acting like a brat.

Shadow peered up at Hebs, frowning. "You clean freak, you. I warn you...you will not like everything you find in here. You need to let me get everything out first. I have a lot of things in here that you do not need to see...unless you're fairly curious..." He had a smug tone to his voice...this closet was where Shadow hid all of his toys, after all--all the way in the back.

When Hebs held out the item he was looking for, Shadow immediately stood to take it from him, examining the other male's hands briefly. "All right. He decided not to harm you." He held the item out for Hebs to see. It was a big, old-style, ornate lantern on the end of a dark, purplish sort of wooden stick. "This is Pepiji. This old thing might not look like much...but a demon lives in this staff. He's sealed away...only a real demon summoner can bring him out. He lives in the lamp at the end of it." Shadow shook the staff, as if he was just trying to rile the demon hiding inside.

He held the staff out, curiously. "...Do you think you could carry those two books for me? We should try to get these out to Kratos and Blake before they leave."

Gian blinked. "This 'diva' term. What exactly do you guys mean by it?" he asked as he continued to stroke Alfie's tail and turned to look at the other. "And, I think I can do that." The boy grinned and kissed the other's jaw, "I'd like to help in any way I can." It was, after all, what got him in with the family in the first place.

"I won't like everything I'll see in here but that doesn't mean I can't clean them, Shadow." He sighed and shook his head, "Even if they're kept tightly shut in chests." All right. So, maybe he was a little curious. Just a little. How little, though, he really wasn't very sure. Raising his eyebrows a little in surprise at the other's words, he looked at the said old thing. "Err... thank you for not harming me, Pepiji." He wasn't sure if he got the other's name right but he thought he'd thank him anyway. Smiling slightly in amusement at Shadow shaking the staff and holding it out, he shook his head. The fallen angel really resembled to that of a kid. He wasn't able to stop himself from leaning in to kiss him lightly on the lips.

"I believe I could. Let's hurry then. I think I saw Kratos heading to his room not very long ago." With that said, the snake man hoisted up the books - with a little difficulty - and tucked each one under his arm. They were really thick books all right.

Kratos was, indeed, headed to his room just when Hebs had finished work in the kitchen and went to Shadow's room. He was thinking of which corpses to bring and he had to take off his glove to bring at least three of them back to life. They had black smokes coming out of them once in a while and their putrid stench was eminent but he paid it no mind. He was pretty used to it. Sliding his hands into the pockets of his pants, he headed off towards where he'd promised to meet with Blake and put into mind what Léan had told him.

"It means when one of us acts like an overly dramatic and whiny old woman. It's a term that Shadow kind of got us stuck using. He uses the strangest words. 'Saucy' is another really strange word he likes." Alfie wrinkled his face ever so slightly. He seemed to like kissing Gian's jaw, though, because he continued to do so. "Mm-hm...I'm sure Shadow would appreciate it. He tries to do everything on his own and rarely asks for help."

Shadow chuckled softly, slinging part of the long staff over his back. A demon wouldn't dare to harm an angel of any kind...even a fallen angel. Demons knew better than to mess with angels. Pepiji was a relatively harmless demon, mostly causing mischief rather than doing evil things. He was a little elemental with a lot of character, but he was indeed bound to that staff and couldn't get free without a summoner's help.

Shadow led the way out toward the front gate, hoping to catch Kratos on the way. And luckily enough, just as Shadow stepped outside, he ran directly into Kratos, almost knocking him over. He grinned, seeming proud of himself. "Kratos. I almost forgot...I have a few things that you and Blake should try to use. One of them..." he held out the staff, "...you should not give to Blake unless you feel he is controlling his powers."

Blake, who was waiting by the gate, perked up. He stepped forward to see what was going on, and upon seeing the books and staff he appeared quite interested. "What are those?" he asked, a bright look on his face. Well...at least he was enthusiastic.

"Oh," was all Gian could bring himself to say before he'd grinned in amusement at Alfie's antics. Was there something on his jaw that the other seemed to like kissing? As if teasing the other to stop him from kissing his jaw, he met those lips with his own and brought up his free hand to stroke Alfie's cheek with his thumb. His lips lingered on Alfie's and he let his eyes slide shut as he enjoyed their little close contact.

Kratos stumbled forward when he was run over and he didn't have to turn and see who it was. Honestly, if Shadow was trying to piss him off, it was working. The life man's jaw seemed to tighten but he'd taken the staff anyway with his bare hand. There was some sort of lingering power he could feel but most of it, he'd noticed, was at the lantern. "This isn't a demon, is it?" he asked with distaste. The dead, he could handle but he'd never really taken a liking to demons nor angels. Including Shadow.

Hebs held out the books to the corpses to whom he'd smiled at and thanked when the burden was lifted off from him. The corpses, though, stumbled a little at the heavy book but with Kratos' power, they were able to carry it like they had their muscles again. "And, what are those?" He was obviously referring to the books.

Alfie cuddled up close to the human at once when their lips met, thoroughly enjoying the gentle, lingering kiss. He, too, closed his eyes. He seemed to be the type that enjoyed a lot of cuddling and close contact and didn't mind having it all the time. This is where he and Shadow differed. Shadow liked his space. Alfie didn't need space. It was as if he needed someone to cling to and love all the time.

Shadow could only give Kratos a guilty sort of smile. "Not a threatening one," he offered, reaching up to scratch at the back of his head. "The books include various different summoning rituals...all from novice to advanced level. I figure you should try some of these out once he becomes more comfortable. I would start, though, with spirits rather than demons. They tend to be easier to control."

Shadow stared pointedly at the staff for a moment, as if he was attempting to intimidate it. "Make sure he doesn't try to run off if Blake summons him out of his lantern. I spent a good amount of time chasing him around and cramming him into it with the help of an associate of mine."

Blake suddenly seemed more fascinated than ever. He didn't seem to like that staff, though, and shied away when Kratos took it. The books seemed to be the main reason for his fascination. He liked to read.

Gian, apparently, didn't seem to mind to give Alfie what he enjoyed doing because he, too, enjoyed it himself. The boy pulled away but only gave their lips a few centimeters apart. "Have you ever thought of settling down and having a family?" Gian was only nineteen and he was still learning about the world. It's no surprise he was asking someone older than he was such a question.

Kratos nodded at that. "He might not want to deal with him either for now." Handing the stick with the lantern on its end back to Shadow, he pointed to the books. "We'll use those for now." Not even giving Hebs a glance, he headed on ahead as his minions went to follow after him. With his gloved hand in his pocket, he didn't bother looking back at the corpses who were curiously running through the book. One of them even went to where Blake was to put his skeleton hands on either of the boy's shoulders to lead him to the troupe.

Hebs smiled softly. "It looked like Léan had said something that made Kratos change his mind," he said before he'd went to stand beside Shadow. "You think Kratos can change Léan's mind about us being a traveling circus?"

Alfie blinked a few times after Gian spoke. ...Why in the world was he bringing that up now, of all times? Alfie really wasn't too much older than Gian--about twenty or twenty-one, at the most--but he was older, sure. "Er...no, actually. Kind of hard to think that way when you're living among a bunch of outcasts," he admitted, sheepishly. "I'm mean, I'm not against it--I've just never really thought about it." Shadow had been living in a freak show environment for years. And though he had had many lovers, both male and female, he had never expressed a want for a family or even a want for marriage...even from Damon.

Shadow frowned, playfully shaking the stick around a little more. "Well, I guess I'll have to put him back in the closet." He paused, one foot raised in the air--he had been about to lead the way back in. He turned toward Hebs, looking curious. After a long moment of just staring at him, he silently nodded to himself. "I just checked your mind. Everything is set up well. By the way...Alfie has convinced Gian that I need an extra pair of hands on stage and he's offered to help."

Shadow looked pouty about this. Like Alfie had said, Shadow didn't like feeling like he needed help.

Blake didn't seem creeped out by the corpses at all. He was a boy fascinated with death, dark things, and demons--it was no wonder he'd been so curious about his power at a young age. After he'd ended up killing a good friend of his, though, he'd never practiced with it again. He quietly trailed after Kratos. Though he really didn't want to show it, he was intimidated by the older male.

Gian hummed thoughtfully and yawned as he stretched his arms out before him. Settling his head onto the naga's chest, he nuzzled his chin and grinned. "Was just asking. I don't think I'd like to settle down and have a family myself, either, when I have you guys around me." Wrapping his arms around Alfie, the boy tightened his hold on him and let out a deep breath before he'd let himself fall asleep.

Hebs snickered at the look Shadow was holding and he leaned in to kiss him lightly on the lips. "You can give him less work," he told him, "If you really don't want Gian's help. Though... you could really use some help." Stroking the fallen angel's smooth cheek with his thumb, he pulled back and went on ahead to lead the way back into their place. "And, won't Pepiji feel dizzy with you doing that all the time?"

Kratos only turned back to look at Blake when they'd arrived at their destination. It was, indeed, an old power plant but it isn't like it isn't usable for other means. "We'll try a few spells. Show me what you know." That was the first thing he needed to know: What Blake can and cannot do. At least, he needs to see it with his own eyes. The life man motioned for two of his corpses to come and stand in front of him, to take anything that should come his way.

Alfie gently ruffled Gian's hair when he settled his head onto his chest. With a full belly and a relaxed, affectionate sort of atmosphere, it didn't take very long for the naga to fall asleep as well, his tail curling absently around Gian like a big and heavy makeshift blanket. To him, his fellow freaks were his family--all people he cherished, even if he didn't get along with some of them all the time.

Shadow quietly followed Hebs, looking amused. "I don't need much help, really...if I had Johnny's ability, things would be much easier for me on stage." He made a face. Shadow very rarely expressed that he wouldn't mind having the powers of his other freaks--he had done so with Kratos when he first found him, and now he said the same about Johnny. As for the comment about Pepiji, the fallen angel chuckled and gave the staff another firm shake. "I don't mind shaking him around a little. I spent months chasing him down...besides, he's probably bored to death in there."

Blake shuffled his feet a little, looking nervous. But, with the corpses in front of Kratos...he was hoping he couldn't do any harm. He knelt a little and placed his hands on the ground, closing his eyes and concentrating. At once, a bunch of wispy, white trails of smoke began dancing around him. In a few of those clouds of smoke, clear figures and faces could be seen--people that had passed on. He seemed to be very comfortable with spirits. But...what about demons?

Blake didn't bother getting that far. He stood up at once and slid his arms behind his back, looking nervous. "I'm okay with spirits. But...even when I'm just looking for them, I sometimes attract unwanted attention. Demons are really hard to deal with."

"I'm sure they are," he said as he made a face, "Much like angels." He was obviously talking about Shadow but he didn't say any names. Kratos only let the corpses stand aside and crossed his arms over his chest. "How do you feel when that surge of energy passes through every nerves in your body?" The life man brought up his bare hand and let a couple of black wisps of smoke emanate from the tips of his fingers.

"Do you believe you can control them or do you let the death of the man you killed surround you with fear?" It was perhaps, the most basic questions of self-esteem. He needed to know so he could try and help him sharpen up.

Hebs shook his head. "Sometimes, I doubt your age." The snake man opened the door to Shadow's room and held it open for him before he'd smiled. "Do you want me to stay or do you want me to leave?"

"Honestly, I don't see the problem with angels. I don't encounter them much, but they're generally well-behaved when I do. If not a little snobbish." Blake wrinkled his nose. He didn't know that Shadow was a fallen angel, after all. He hadn't been told that.

He paused at Kratos' barrage of questions and looked puzzled. "I don't...really feel anything? It's just like second nature to me. I've been able to summon stuff since I was little. I just have a problem with demons. I don't know how to summon them properly and it's cost me a lot in the past. They're very destructive." Blake's shoulders slowly rose up to meet his chin--obviously, his out-of-control powers had been driving him nuts for years...demons seemed to be the problem. "I can control spirits. I can't control demons. I've tried. They don't listen." He sounded very defensive...

Shadow made a disinterested humming noise when Hebs commented about his age, but that was quickly followed with a cheeky grin. He bustled into his room, immediately heading for the closet to put Pepiji away. "You can stay, if you want. I don't know if I'm going to nap or if I'm going to do something else yet, though."

Hebs gave Shadow a nod to that and he shut the door behind him. He still had to set up for the show tomorrow but it isn't like he didn't already know what to do. "How's Kratos and Blake doing?" It isn't surprising that Hebs was already worried even though only a few minutes had passed.

Kratos knew then where to start. He snickered at the other trying to sound defensive and shook his head. "Toughen up." That was all he'd told him before he'd uncrossed his arms and slid his gloved hand back into his pocket. Putting his hand on the back of one of the corpses, the black aura about it darkened and no more than sooner, the corpse had begun to take form. These were one of the many things he was able to do but he never delved into it as it, well, deals with black magic.

That, and he was sure that if he ever summoned any demons walking in a corpse's body, Shadow wouldn't be very happy.

"Welcome back, Hades." The god of death grunted as he turned his red eyes towards Blake. "So, this is the new one?" Kratos shrugged. "Though, I can sense he has a much more powerful power than you do. Hah. You sure you want him to perfect his sense of control?" The life man only moved off to sit on one of the rails.

"All right then. Try summoning a demon. Get one of those weak-willed ones. They're a lot easier to control."

((You can have him do that, sure. If he has some kind of power over death, then he should be able to communicate with the creatures that control life and death. :3))

After returning the demonic staff and lantern back to his closet, Shadow slowly sank down onto the bed, closing his eyes and placing his head in his hands for a moment before sitting back up. "All right. Kratos has not lost his temper yet. Rest assured that I will stop them should things get out of hand..." He glanced up at Hebs, suddenly looking curious. "What do you want to do while they train? I assume that since I may be needed at any point, napping is out of the question."

Blake seemed very intimidated, and he backed off at once at the sight of the corpse's new form. It was clear that whatever tragedy his powers had caused, it had been very traumatic for him. He'd probably caused his parents a lot of problems with his powers. They hadn't been fond of him...his mother and father had both hit him, hurt him emotionally as well as physically. He was a damaged young man.

"...Um...I...don't know how to aim for weak-willed ones?" he admitted, looking...embarrassed, maybe. Whenever he attempted to summon demons, he just went for it, summoning whatever one was closest or wanted to answer to his call. He had absolutely no control over it.

[[ Yessss. Btw, go on AIM. Haha. For no reason, really. x3 ]]

"Your past isn't as different as Kratos here," the demon told him as the corpses went off to stand by Kratos' side. "So, there's no reason for you to not be able to do it." Looking thoroughly amused, though, when he'd heard his question, he waved his hand nonchalantly. "Know how to choose, boy. Ignore the calls and get the one who doesn't want to be called. Come on. Try it." Hades moved close to Blake and tapped his chest.

"Believe in your powers, as Kratos have."

Hebs shook his head. "I'm really not too sure myself either." He rubbed his hands on his pants and slid his hands into his pants' back pockets. "I could only think of you being there as I prepare for tomorrow's show."

((I will, but I'll be invisible. :3 I don't use AIM much anymore...right now, I just use miracharma as my AIM name, if you don't know it already.))

Blake shook his head a few times, backing away pointedly when the stranger, who seemed to be intimidating him to a great extent, touched him. "Oh, no. I'm not doing that. The last time I tried I looked hard trying to find the 'right' one to summon. And now a really good friend of mine is dead." His voice broke on the last word and he frowned, looking away. "Isn't there something in one of those books that can help me?"

He appeared to have absolutely no backbone when it came to dealing with demons. The demon that had taken his friend from him was always on his mind...he was terrified of making another mistake. Maybe they needed to draw a proper circle just in case to contain the demon?

Shadow chuckled lowly, reaching out to usher Hebs in for a cuddle. Usually, Shadow preferred his space, but it seemed like he was open for a cuddle or two. "Really?"

Hades sighed and turned to look at Kratos who was leaning against one of his corpses and keeping himself from falling asleep. Honestly, the god of death hated it when his summoner gets to rest while he does his job. "Then, let me do something to help you." Putting his hands down, facing the floor, the demon formed what looked like a symbol to keep all the demons Blake was going to summon contained. "This way, the demons won't hurt anyone. I'll help you keep them down, which is why Kratos brought me out here in the first place."

"Go on, boy. Try it again."

Hebs gave a little shrug and felt his cheeks color a little. Was it that strange? Moving to where Shadow was and standing in front of him, he pulled out his hand from his back pocket to stroke the other's cheek with his thumb. "I meant the place, actually." The snake man made a little face and leaned in to rest his forehead against the fallen angel's own.

Blake didn't seem too eager about this. He wasn't the best with summoning demons, and he tended to summon bad ones no matter how hard he tried to weed out the bad from the good. He sighed and placed his hands together, closing his eyes. He grew too intimidated at times and jumped, immediately pulling himself out of his summoning. When he did finally concentrate enough to summon a demon, it was a fairly powerful imp that spoke in angry Russian and didn't seem to want to stop ranting at them.

Blake rolled his eyes. At the very least, could he have summoned one that spoke English? Sheesh...

Shadow leaned forward a bit to close the distance between their faces, pressing his lips against Hebs' for a moment. When he tugged back, he looked quite content. "Mm-hm." He didn't say anything more. He appeared to be pondering something, possibly very deeply. That, and he just liked being close to Hebs.

Hades looked very much amused. "Well, that's a start," he said before he'd turned to look at the imp and smiled. That oddly shut the imp up. When Hades had started to speak in Russian, the demon seemed to glance back and forth between the god of death and the summoner. "So, that's why," was the imp's reply in a heavy accent. The imp said something in Russian and Hades chuckled.

"He is new to this. Perhaps, you could be a little more gentle." Hades touched the imp and the imp dissipated into thin air, only leaving a trail of black smoke. "Again." He was going to have Blake do this again and again until he'd get the hang of it. It didn't matter which kind of demon he was going to be summoning.

Hades will just have to touch them to bring them back to Hell.

Hebs smiled slightly at the light kiss and shifted to sit by the bed, in between Shadow's legs. He leaned back to have the back of his head rest on the other's stomach. Letting his eyes slide shut, he decided to simply listen to the fallen angel's breathing while he rested his elbows on his knees.

Blake frowned, obviously not liking the idea of trying again. And just, possibly, in an effort to make things go more quickly, he just grabbed the first demon he sensed. This time, it turned out to be a more powerful one--an old poltergeist that immediately, upon being summoned, began to sniff out the symbol on the floor and see if there was any way to get out of it.

Blake sighed slightly--his fingers were starting to ache. Accidentally summoning more powerful demons was exhausting for a novice like him. He really needed to learn his boundaries. But years of fickle summoning and great inexperience made him very weak to summoning. He would need to work at it again and again in order to get it right. If he perhaps had a specific summoning spell for one particular kind of demon to work with, he could slowly graduate to more powerful ones. He could start with imps, or possibly even dark spirits--malevolent spirits that had little to no power, but looked creepy.

Shadow slid one of his hands through Hebs' hair, smiling as he closed his eyes. He seemed perfectly content to have a gentle warmth against his stomach...cuddling was something he wanted to do right now.

Hades was surprised Blake had summoned stronger ones every time. It seemed like his power had no pattern nor did Blake really have any control over what he had. Perhaps, indeed, he needed a summoning spell. Hades will need to come back for that and go ask for a little help from the greek good of life. "Now I see why your powers are out of hand," the god of death started as he hummed thoughtfully. A quick touch to the old poltergeist made him return back to where he had come from. There was, of course, a shrill cry from the demon. His not wanting to get back was the cause of it.

"You may stop. We'll need to continue this another day." The symbol was gone with a wave of Hades' hand. "Try scanning the books from Shadow to see if you can get anything useful. I'll come back another day while you rest." Kratos awoke to the nudge by his corpses and he frowned a little at them before he'd yawned again. "I'll call you again some other time." Hades turned to look at the life man and smiled in amusement. "You do realize you owe me quite a lot now." Rolling his eyes, Kratos brought up his bare hand to bring the god of death back to where he belonged. The corpse lay on the ground, some of his bones spreading out on the feet of Blake.

"Help him walk," it was all he'd said to the other two corpses. One of them gave the thick book to the other and took Blake's shoulders again to turn him around and went on after Kratos as the latter led the way back.

Hebs relaxed even further at those fingers running through his hair. Bringing up his hand, he took Shadow's in his own and pressed a light kiss onto his palm. "I really do love you, Shadow." He knew that it probably wasn't the right place and time to say it but he did anyway and didn't wait for Shadow's reply. Hebs knew better than to demand one from Shadow not when he hadn't talked to his lover who had died so suddenly. "How are Kratos and Blake doing now?"

"Yeah, I suck," Blake declared, without a problem at all. "I'm terrible. I have no idea what the hell I'm doing. Which is why I don't use it unless I have to." He wrinkled his nose a little, and then he frowned. That friend that he had accidentally killed...he'd been curious about seeing Blake's power. And like an idiot, Blake had shown him. He quickly sidestepped away from the pile of bones and sighed, looking tired. He didn't mind being led back...he didn't know the way back by heart, yet.

Shadow knew better than to give a response. His features remained perfectly smooth...but...his eyes were filled with a sort of ancient grief for a moment. He'd had people seriously fall for him before, but he'd paid them little mind. It was very confusing when his own feelings were conflicting with the walls he'd purposely set up for himself. "They are coming home," he revealed, simply, continuing to thread his fingers through Hebs' hair. "Blake is tired, so...he will probably rest. I don't know what Kratos will do. His dear merman isn't asleep yet...so if he goes to fetch him, he'll be willing to go with him to his room."

The fallen angel closed his eyes, looking very relaxed. He then shifted, momentarily tugging himself away from Hebs, and moved to settle down in a curled up position on the bed, beckoning to him. He still wanted to cuddle, it seemed.

Should things not work out between them, Hebs knew at least that it was only him who was going to get hurt. At least, that was the way the snake man seemed to want it. "He will probably to him. After all, it didn't seem like Kratos wanted to leave at all." Hebs blinked for a few seconds before he'd gotten up to his feet to get on the bed and join the other. Pulling him close, he pressed a long, lingering, soft kiss onto the fallen angel's forehead and let out a quiet sigh.

"You don't." Kratos said firmly as he shook his head. "You just need a way to control it. Not knowing and sucking, that's two different things."

Shadow immediately wrapped his arms around Hebs, contently burying his face in the crook of the other male's neck once he finished kissing his forehead. He obviously had a problem showing any kind of real love toward Hebs. Even if he did feel it...it was awfully hard to tell with him. After all, Shadow was the only one who really knew...he could read minds, and no one else could really tell what he was feeling. He was hard to read.

"I guess..." Blake seemed to have no confidence at all in his power. That would have to change at some point. Perhaps getting more friendly with the freaks would help to boost his confidence?
