Kratos was quick to catch Léan when he'd fallen and he held him protectively. As much as he wanted to keep having Léan hold onto him, those legs of his would be rendered useless if he wasn't taught how to use them. The life man supposed it was time for him to stop playing the overprotective lover, just like how Shadow was overprotective of Damon. "You almost was there," he said encouragingly in a whisper into Léan's ear and gave him a small smile that only he could see. Hebs was well aware of what was happening between the both of them, though, but didn't comment onto it.
Hebs, instead, turned to look at Damon and nodded. "A full day?" he asked before he'd frowned, "Somehow, that tells me it's a really small place." The snake man sighed and brought up a hand to have it run through his hair. He was planning on leaving a few days free for Shadow before he went after him to retrieve him. "It's not a hot place either, is it?" Hot places did bad on his skin. He always needed to nourish them by wetting himself with water or soaking in it. It's the reason why he'd usually spend most of his time in his bathroom during hot, sunny days.
Jae chuckled at Alfie's antics. "You're used to having everything done for you, Alfie?" the beautiful man asked as he turned to look at Gian who'd snickered. "He is. He's like a baby." Gian was balancing quite a number of plates. He was slow and careful not to break any of them by tripping or something like it.

"I was not almost there," Léan grumbled, face flooding with a hot blush out of embarrassment. His resolve to learn how to walk properly was only strengthened by Kratos' words. He attempted to steady himself again, but failed once more and clung onto Kratos' arm. "...Ugh..." The merman closed his eyes, resting his head on the side of Kratos' neck. "I want to rest," he said suddenly, obviously just wanting to get back to their room and settle down for a while.
"It is a really small place...and it can get very hot there. But, I'd rather not talk about it around anyone else. Could we go to Shadow's room? He has a map there...I can point it out to you," Damon revealed simply, folding his hands slowly in his lap. He, like Léan, wanted to get some rest. But he figured he'd better tell Hebs all of this before it slipped his mind.
Alfie huffed, puffing out his chest in an attempt to look bigger than he really was. But it only made him look silly. "I am not a baby!" he declared at once, looking offended. "I'm just lazy as hell!"

Kratos nodded at that. "I'll bring you back," he whispered into the siren's ear before he'd put his arm around his waist. Bending his knees down a bit, the life man tucked his arm behind his knees and picked him up to carry him. "I'll just put him to bed," was what he'd told Hebs who nodded in return. Hebs moved behind Damon just as Kratos made his way to their room. He set Léan down and brushed off the strands of hair away from his face before he'd pulled the blankets up to tuck him in. "I'll come back." Snuggling with the siren was something he did often when they slept. It was a hard habit to break. Once that was done, he pressed a light kiss onto those luscious lips and straightened up before leaving the other in the room. He turned off the lights and left the door a little open.
Hebs brought Damon to Shadow's room and left the door open. "Is it a place that neither of the freaks know about?" he asked him as he raised his eyebrows a little. It seemed it was so to him. With the way Damon insisted that they talk alone. It looked like Kratos will have to wait a bit.
Gian laughed, Jae chuckled. "You're really funny, Mr. Alfie." Gian grinned and nipped at Alfie's chin before he'd put the plates into the sink. Jae was making motions of rolling his sleeves up. Gian blinked. "You don't have to wash the dishes, really-" He was curtly stopped by the sight of Jae already starting with the dishes. "It's the least I could do."

Léan squeaked rather girlishly when Kratos so suddenly scooped him up--his face was already red from feeling the other's breath on his ear. He clung to the human as he was carried, not wanting to be dropped. He was really looking forward to settling down and cuddling up with Kratos...but he was surprised when the other just slipped him into bed and start tucking him in. He didn't like that Kratos wasn't immediately going to snuggle with him--his expression was enough to say that. He pouted ever so slightly before closing his eyes at the offered kiss. He was thankful for the darkness after Kratos turned off the lights, as it made it easier for him to curl up tightly and settle down.
"It is. Shadow owns property there, but I doubt he's ever taken any of you there." Damon peered up at Hebs and then pointed across the room to the large world map hanging on the wall. It was an old, old map, and several new islands and the like had been drawn on more recently by Shadow. Once there, he pointed up near Greece, pretty close to where they were in Austria actually. Not very far traveling by plane.
"It's this Greek Island. Mykonos. It is his favorite place on Earth, and a place he often retreats to when he's upset and needs to think. It's a semi-tropical island with lots of beaches and nightclubs. It's a favorite tourist destination for same-sex couples." Damon sighed quietly and continued on with the address of Shadow's property, hoping Hebs would write it down somewhere while he prepared to leave in the next few days.
Alfie snickered when Gian nipped at his chin before promptly wrapping his arms around him. He watched as Jae cleaned the dishes absently. "...I wonder when Shadow will come back..." he piped up all of a sudden.

Kratos wasn't liking it one bit either. He wanted to curl up with Léan, spend time with him before they both fell asleep. But, he needed to take care of things and from the looks of things, Hebs was going to leave and go after Shadow. To where, he didn't know and honestly didn't care. Shadow could be such a big baby. Glancing at Alfie and Gian who were openly showing their love to each other, he grunted and flopped down the couch. He crossed his arms and crossed one leg over the other. He hoped Hebs and Damon wouldn't be long. He wanted to get this over with.
Hebs moved Damon to the big map. It was quite surprising to see such a thing in Shadow's room but he supposed it was to be expected. Shadow had lived long enough. He must've had traveled to a lot of places, too. "No, he hasn't," he said as he looked around for any notepads and pen. When he saw one, he scribbled down the address and tucked it into his back pocket. He was going to keep it as he packed away tonight. After their talk with Kratos. "Same-sex couples, huh." It's not that Hebs didn't trust Shadow. In such a place, wouldn't temptation be rampant? Add up the fact, too, that Shadow was angry. He could put that anger into something he wouldn't want to mention and honestly, it made him jealous. Stepping back from the map to get back behind Damon, he started wheeling him out of the room. "Kratos wants to talk right now. Is that all right?"
Gian leaned against Alfie. "He will... he's the one leading us. Without him, we're not complete." The boy tilted his head back a bit to look up at the naga and he grinned. "I didn't know it's funny seeing you upside down." The boy reached up to poke the underside of his chin.

"It is most certainly all right. I am tired, after all..." Damon revealed, allowing Hebs to wheel him out of the room. He wasn't sure if Shadow would find someone to take his frustrations out on for the next few nights. It was a fifty-fifty chance...he would or he wouldn't. The longer he was there without anyone else, the higher the chance grew that he would be directly unfaithful to Hebs. He would probably go out dancing and get totally smashed during the night, and might bring someone back with him. During the day, he would probably relax...
"Yeah...but how long will it take him to get over this?" Alfie rephrased, snuggling close against Gian. He was getting tired, too, and he was looking forward to a long, warm night snuggled against Gian. "...I hope it isn't too long. It already doesn't feel right without him here. It feels wrong...it feels like this place is...empty, somehow."
Shadow was pretty much the fabric holding the family together. Without him there, Alfie felt things were unsteady...unstable.

Shadow was already promiscuous to start with and though it might be out of his goodness that he's decided to just see Shadow as he is now, Hebs knew it was he who was going to get hurt in the end if he took the things Shadow did seriously in his past. After all, Shadow had lived longer than he had. That, and the fallen angel was still recovering, still trying to let go of Damon. It had been a long time for him to hold onto the man even until his death. He had to commend him for that. The only difference this time is that he wasn't dead and he most certainly hated his partner not being loyal. Being in a relationship, after all, isn't one-sided.
Hebs had pursued Shadow and had succeeded taking him from Damon. That spoke volumes. He's given quite a lot to their current relationship. Now, if anything were to happen between them, he wasn't going to be the one to do the chasing anymore.
Putting Damon by the couch, he stood by his side and slid his hands into the confines of his pockets. "I thought I'd talk to you regarding the 'day' we'll be putting this into action." Kratos didn't reply. He'd only pointed at Damon's legs. "It's positive. She's doing something. I had Hades talk to her. She isn't the friendliest of beings." Smirking, the life man added. "She killed Hades." Luckily for him, she didn't reach him because the sun had prevented her from doing so. Spirits were a lot stronger around three in the morning and beyond that time. Only when the hour hand strike six would they lose all power to hurt a live human being.
Gian messed up Alfie's hair a little. "You could always go ahead to bed. I could follow." The boy kissed the naga's chin and turned to look at Jae who'd blinked when he'd caught his gaze. Jae smiled and turned away, looking rather embarrassed. They were publicly showing their affection, weren't they? Was it making Jae uncomfortable?

Damon knew that Shadow probably wouldn't mean any harm if he decided to occupy himself for the night. Shadow was used to having open relationships, where both he and his main partner would mutually agree that as long as they cared for each other, they could have tons of sexual relations with anyone they pleased and still remain together. The only closed, one-on-one relationship that Shadow had ever had was with Damon. As such, he wasn't used to closed relationships, and if Hebs wanted one, he was going to have to lay the hammer, so to speak, down on Shadow and try his best to curb his behavior. Shadow, after all, was very stubborn and selfish...he needed to be controlled in more ways than one.
Damon shifted uncomfortably in his chair once Kratos started speaking about Kain. "She is a handful," he hummed absently, not seeming too intimidated for some reason. He didn't like Kain, but there was no way that he was afraid of her. "You may need to employ the help of someone who can do something to control her or weaken her resolve. It may make it easier to get her under control."
Kain, after all, was a fairly powerful freak even after death.
Alfie frowned--he hadn't paid Jae any attention, as he didn't have to look if he didn't want to. "No, no. I want you to come to bed with me. I don't wanna go on ahead to an empty bed." He paused suddenly, though, and then shifted uncomfortably. "While Hebs and Shadow are gone...who's going to step up as leader?" he asked, genuinely curious. Even while they weren't doing shows, someone had to lead the freaks and take care of all of their financial needs. When Shadow was away, in the past, he typically had Hebs in charge. But now that Shadow and Hebs would both be gone...
...who would be best suited for temporarily leading them?

Kratos grunted. "Tell me about it." Being told off by Hades himself and hearing him whine for almost half the day was really annoying, especially when the siren was just behind the door. Add up the fact, too, that Hades would usually bother him when he'd go to pee, brush his teeth or try and relax in the bath. If he could throw him a punch, he would've had done so a long, long time ago. Talk about patience.
"Hades will be bringing another angel friend of Elysium's. Elysium's... busy." Frowning a little at what he'd just said, he uncrossed his arms and slowly got up to his feet. Apparently, the conversation was done. Finished. "I'll start tomorrow. In about three days..." The life man stopped and felt that cold chill at the back of his neck. He had to be careful around the villa. Honestly. When he slept, he had to be half-awake to protect himself and Léan. Not that he minded the latter. He found it actually pleasing that he could do such a thing and be useful for the siren.
Gian smiled in amusement. Alfie was just too sweet but it made the boy's heart grow even fonder towards the naga. "Okay then. Just let me go help Jae so he could finish up and maybe head home. It's starting to get late." The question the other stated, though, caught him by surprise and he blinked for a second or two. Indeed, who was going to step up as a leader? The boy frowned though when he'd realized something about Alfie's question. "Wait, you mean Hebs is going to leave, too?" The boy looked worried now and Jae, who seemed to have overheard their conversation, raised his eyebrows a bit. "Will Hebs be chasing after Mr. Shadow?" He assumed so. The two seemed to share quite an unusual bond. It made him wonder if things were really serious between the two of them.

Damon didn't say anything--he only nodded glumly in response to Kratos' words. Apparently, he was finished talking, as well. It was clear that the musician was tired. Having to deal with Shadow's temper like that wasn't very pleasant. Something seemed to occur to him when he thought about Shadow, though, and he turned in Hebs' direction. "You should check the closet floor of Shadow's room later, once you've gotten some rest. I heard some terrible snapping and tearing sounds from outside...he probably retreated to his closet to bring out his wings. He might have bled terribly all over the floor."
Shadow did have wings--dark black angelic wings. But he rarely brought them out, and because of this, whenever he did they viciously tore open the skin on his back. If he brought them out more often, this wouldn't be a problem...
Alfie blinked, seeming surprised by Gian's...well, surprise. "Of course Hebs is going to go!" he declared, arching a crimson eyebrow. "You think he won't chase after Shadow? Sure he will! And if he does, they probably won't be back for a while...so someone has to step up while he's gone..." The naga paused, chewing on his bottom lip. "Léan's been here the longest besides Shadow, but...he won't do it. And then...there's me. But I'm not cut out to be in charge of everything. So...you...or Kratos, maybe?"

Jae turned to look past Gian's shoulder and tilted his head. It seemed that the talk between Hebs, Damon and Kratos was done. The life man seemed to be uninterested in the talk between Hebs and Damon because he took his leave without another word. Once Kratos had reached his and his siren's room, he shut the door behind him and moved to slide under the covers. He pulled Léan close to him before he'd finally relaxed and welcome the arms of sleep. Of course, not after setting something around them so as to keep the evil spirits - like Kain - away from them.
Away from hurting his most beloved.
Hebs blinked a bit in surprise. He'd forgotten about Shadow and his wings. Nodding and bringing up a hand to rub the side of his neck, he gave a little sigh - mostly out of exhaustion. One thought, though, crossed his mind: Why did Shadow not bring out his wings often? Black wings weren't shameful at all. It symbolizes Shadow's independence, at least to Hebs. When he'd moved his gaze to where Gian and Alfie were, he caught Jae's eyes and smiled slightly. It was a silent indication that he could come now and that they were done talking. "Thanks for helping in the kitchen. I did notice Gian and Alfie were mostly... bystanders. Alfie especially." Jae gave a little chuckle at that.
"I don't mind. Your family is really nice." Jae, of course, didn't mention anything about Shadow and Hebs reached out to pat his shoulder and grip it lightly. "You don't have to be so kind. And, I will bring Shadow back for all of us, for him to accept you as well." There was that slightest hint that Hebs will talk to Shadow about bringing Jae in. Jae, though, didn't catch it and he'd only nodded and moved to stand behind Damon's wheelchair. He really looked tired. The boy unconsciously reached out to brush what looked like a leaf that had caught in Damon's hair. When he'd realized what he'd done, he quickly raised it up. "Ah, sorry. There was a leaf stuck in your hair..." The male stopped and flushed before he'd tucked the said leaf into his pocket and started wheeling Damon off without even asking where he stayed at.
Gian let out a short, "Oh," when he'd realized what Alfie was saying. Grinning, he was just about to say something that would not be probably a smart thing to say in front of Hebs and Shadow when the other had continued on. Hearing him say something about him being in charge of everything made him lose his grin. "Oh no, no, no. I'm never good at that." The boy managed to get out of Alfie's hold to take his hand and literally tug him off to their room. "Maybe it'd be Damon."
Hebs, on the other hand, decided to do what Damon had suggested he'd do. Peering into Shadow's room, he looked about the dark place before he'd reached out to feel for the switch so he could turn on the lights.

Léan had been half-asleep when suddenly the bedroom door opened. He raised his head slightly, straining his neck, and caught a good glimpse of Kratos. He cooed to him invitingly, opening his arms beneath the blankets and then clinging to him affectionately once he was underneath the covers and relaxed by his side. The siren was so much more affectionate, now. He was still uncomfortable having legs, though--it was often harder for him to settle down at night and the two limbs often got tangled with one another.
He would need serious lessons from Kratos on how to properly manage and use his legs...
Damon knew that Shadow didn't like his wings. Shadow was a very prideful man deep down, and even though he had willingly left his home of Babylon and had accepted his fate of becoming a fallen angel, he felt shame whenever he saw his dark, abysmal wings. It was as if he'd failed as a member of his species. Fallen angels were usually looked down on by both angels and demons as being failures. Shadow was a slightly different case, as he hadn't made any sort of mistake...he'd just left home on his own. But still, that didn't stop Shadow from feeling that overwhelming sense of shame.
Alfie made a face at Hebs, huffing and puffing his chest out again. "I'm lazy! You know this!" he complained, as if that explained everything and he didn't have to say anything else.
Damon chuckled softly at Alfie's words. A moment later, of course, Jae was lightly brushing his fingers through his hair to get rid of that leaf. Damon did not react to the touch at all--he only nodded solemnly when Jae commented about having to get the stuck leaf out of his hair. This was both positive and negative. It was positive because Damon had not fought his touch and didn't politely ask him not to touch him ever again. But it was negative, as well, because he didn't show any emotion toward it. He did hum and speak up when Jae started wheeling him toward the hallway. "It's all the way near the end of the hall. The green door is my room..."
Alfie snickered, taking the time to actually picture Gian being in charge. He then shook that thought off, listening to Gian's prediction about Damon. "...I don't know if Damon wants that kind of responsibility. But we could ask him, maybe...ouchie! Don't pull so hard," he added in a low, whiny voice when Gian tugged at his hand to take them back to their room. "Maybe we should call Johnny and see how he's doing with Blake," he offered out of the blue. He wasn't quite ready to settle down and sleep just yet.
Once the dim lights were on in the closet, the floor shimmered near the back of the closet. As Damon had predicted, there was a good amount of blood splattered out onto the floor. There were small droplets leading from that big spot toward the window and even a few on the sill. They would need to be thoroughly cleaned, or there would be awful stains.

Hebs was well aware of Alfie's laziness. It was just fun to make fun of him, though. Gian seemed to understand this because he'd snickered himself. Pulling the other close to him as he led the way to their room, he stopped for a moment to open the door and listened to the naga speak. "Now?" he asked with a little frown, "I'm pretty tired but if you like... I guess?" The boy stopped again when he was standing at the foot of the bed. He suddenly turned to Alfie and raised his eyebrows a little. "You want to take a bath with me? I just really want to soak in the water... maybe we can talk to Johnny while we're at it."
The snake man's eyes widened just a bit when he'd seen the amount of blood on the floor. Had Shadow ignored the pain in lieu of his anger? Was he this angry to have someone show romantic interest to Damon? There was that pang of jealousy in Hebs' heart but he paid it no attention as he went about to cleaning the fallen angel's mess. Idly, he wondered. Would Shadow ever show jealousy if he was the one involved? It was a random thought but it was a thought that made him think and imagine. At least, it occupied him.
Jae gave a nod at Damon's instructions and was - like Hebs - in awe of what he'd seen inside. There were a lot of instruments and they, to Jae, made him smile. Was the other a lover of music or... did he produce them? It had him thinking. Looking down at Damon, he realized that he'd stopped in his tracks and he felt his cheeks darken in embarrassment. The boy quickly brought Damon by the bed and looked at him from where he was to the bed. What was he supposed to do next? Will Damon be okay going to bed himself? "Do you... need help changing?" he asked as he raised his eyebrows a little, "I can help you with what you need." The male smiled.

"Oh..." Gian was tired? Alfie hadn't noticed...and now he felt rather guilty, too. "I mean, if you're tired we can just go right to bed. I didn't know you were so tired...I was just curious. I want to make sure they haven't strangled each other yet." After all, it seemed like Blake and Johnny didn't get along--at least, their initial introductions had not gone as well as everyone had hoped. They seemed too alike, yet too different.
Damon's instruments were his pride and joy. Music was a big, big part of his life. He had loved music for such a long time, and now it was an integral, important part of his life. He could not live without it. Damon turned his emerald head in Jae's direction when he looked at him and his cheeks turned red. He didn't mind being picked up--he was very light...lighter than any healthy male his age should have been...
"Oh...I will be fine in these clothes," Damon replied quietly, suddenly not looking so comfortable. Having someone who was potentially romantically interested in him changing his clothes for him...he did not want that. That could turn out to be unpleasant. He curled up more in his bed, smiling as he closed his eyes. Having to deal with Shadow had tired him out.

Gian smiled and stepped closer to Alfie so he could let go of his hand and bring him in for a tight hug. "I really don't mind soaking in the tub with you," he mumbled as he nuzzled his chin and kissed it with a little grin on his lips. "Maybe you could help me, too, with a little problem of mine right after we talk with Johnny and see how they're doing."
Jae's eyes widened when he'd seen Damon's cheeks turn red. He looked embarrassed himself now. "I insist that you change your top, at least." The beautiful male stepped closer to the chair to hold it in place with his foot while he scooped Damon up easily into his arms. He made sure he was holding him properly and in that moment, he just wanted to hold him and not let go. Jae had to remind himself that that wouldn't be right at all so he slowly set Damon down on the bed and tucked him in. Looking around, he was able to locate the closet and he searched in it for a fresh shirt. Moving back to the bed, he held it out to him. "I'll turn my back and take your dirty shirt with me to put in the laundry basket." The boy smiled quite a gentle smile that made him all the more beautiful.

Alfie's face was now about as red as the scales on his tail. He coughed and then buried his face in Gian's neck. "I thought you were tired," he accused at once, scowling with embarrassment. He hadn't been expecting the human to do that. Alfie always reacted much more strongly when he was caught off guard and by surprise. He liked being surprised, though he was often totally embarrassed...
Damon sat up slowly once Jae set him on the bed. He still looked a little embarrassed--strangely enough, feeling his own cheeks heat up only made him more embarrassed and made him blush more--but the redness was starting to fade. He shifted uncomfortably in bed once Jae held out the shirt to him. He sighed, then, and self-consciously disappeared underneath the blankets, where he promptly changed shirts. He emerged, then, with the fresh shirt on and held the other one out to Jae.
Damon was extremely self-conscious about his looks. It didn't seem like he was that way, but he was around most people. He had struggled with a serious case of bulimia when he had been alive and now that he was alive again...if he wasn't helped, he might revert back to that behavior.

Gian looked amused at Alfie's features and he laughed. If he'd seen Alfie's face now back in the past, he would be confused and probably curious. "I am but I want to stay awake for a bit more and spend it with you." Intimately or not, it honestly didn't matter to him. Gian was joined to the hip with Alfie and the more he spent time with Alfie, the more he's finding himself falling further into, well, the pit. Was this what it meant to 'love' someone?
Jae wasn't sure why but he had to hold himself back from simply leaning in to kiss Damon. He just looked so cute. It was unbearable and causing a twist in his heart. He wanted him. He wanted him bad. The boy ducked his head and cast his gaze down on the floor when the other had changed under the sheets. By the time he'd gone back up, he looked up to see the shirt held out to him and smiled again. "I'll come back again, maybe after work... is that okay?" He honestly just want to get to know Damon more. If he got something more out of his one-sided love, then that was a sign for him to push through. If not, the boy might just have to give up completely... though it would hurt.

"Okay. That's okay with me, then." Alfie suddenly perked up, a smile on his face, and then grabbed onto Gian's hand. "Come on, then. Let's go and take that bath...call Johnny...and then we'll go to bed." The naga was, after all, tired. Not tired enough to want to collapse, but he was getting there. Maybe a warm bath was just what he needed to truly calm his nerves after tonight's fiasco.
Damon was not ready for any kind of relationship. Not yet, anyway. He did feel pain from losing Shadow and giving him up for good, and it had been a deep love they shared. There was a scar there, a fresh one, on his heart...and it wasn't going away anytime soon.
"That's all right. Come whenever you wish." Damon didn't mind getting to know Jae a little more. But...he still wasn't interested. It was going to take a lot of show and wooing on Jae's part to get through to Damon. Damon, after all, had resisted Shadow's charm for years before finally giving in. And he was still hurting, after all.

Gian grinned at Alfie's enthusiasm. That was all he'd needed before he'd taken the initiative to go to the bathroom that was connected to their room. He only let go of Alfie's hand to turn on the shower and check the temperature. "This good enough?" he asked him as he took off his shirt and tossed it off to the side. The rest of his clothes followed suit until the boy was completely naked. He wasn't at all embarrassed, just like his first time taking a bath with Alfie.
Jae didn't know that, apparently. If he was told that, he was definitely going to take things slow. "I will!" the boy said happily. There was hope written all over his face and he smiled brightly before he'd waved with his free hand. "Sleep tight, Mr. Barrow!" When he was just about to leave, he remembered the wheel chair and put it aside, by the wall, before he'd finally left. He shut the door behind him, rested on it for a moment and felt rather giggly. There was a little skip in his steps as he made his way out the villa, not after handing Damon's shirt to Hebs who had just come out with what looked like a bucket of water, a scrubber, and a wash cloth.

Alfie peered in at the shwer and then stuck his hand into the water to test it. He tugged his hand back at once, frowning. "Too coooold...wait a little bit." Alfie very rarely took showers, but when he did, he liked the water very hot. Not enough to scald, but enough to feel very, very hot. Once Gian had shed his clothes, Alfie clung to one of his arms, cuddling him as closely as he possibly could. He didn't know what love really meant, either--he'd felt love for no one but his mother, and that was a different kind of love for sure...
"I will..." Damon curled up in bed into a little ball, closing his eyes and snuggling up against his pillow. Damon didn't like sleeping alone most of the time--when he was younger and alive, he had always shared a room with one of the other freaks. It wasn't clear why he didn't like sleeping alone. It may have had something to do with the awful way Shadow had found him--alone one cold winter night wrapped in nothing but thin blankets and almost completely covered by snow. Damon didn't like the cold. Winter was a terrible time for him...

Gian chuckled and he leaned in to nuzzle the other's jawline. At least, Alfie was able to get love from his mother. It'd be nice if Gian had learned that different kind of love so he wouldn't confused them. Whiel the other clung onto him, he had brought up his hand to stroke the other's arm a bit while he leaned into him. Alfie was oddly comforting. Smoke started to come out from the tub, a silent indication that the shower is now very hot. When Gian put his hand underneath it, he let out a little groan. Damn. That felt good. Moving ahead into the tub and taking one of Alfie's hand into his own, he smiled his way. "Let me rub your back."

Alfie grinned, following Gian into the tub at once. He turned so that his back was bared for Gian, relaxing under the hot stream of water. He really did need to unwind after witnessing Shadow's bad behavior at dinner. He was like a child that needed his mother to discipline him before he got too out of control. Well...he WAS out of control already. He needed someone to bend him back into line.
Alfie just hoped that Hebs was up for the job. Shadow, after all, wasn't fond of change, and he did not like to change himself or his ways.

Gian took the soap and started to lather up his hands first before he'd run them all over Alfie's back. Before he'd covered his skin with soap, though, he'd press a gentle kiss onto it and gave it a little nuzzle. Once he'd finished with his back, he started lathering up his arms and then his chest. "Wash my back too," he said as he tilted his head a bit and grinned at the other.
Next Morning~
The next day had come by so quickly. Gian was still snuggled up against his naga after their rigorous evening exercise. He was positively sure, too, that the other was hurting. After all, they did try out something new. Kratos was already up and about, surfing through books on the bed with Hades on a chair he'd pulled up. The stench of rotten skin was apparent in the room but Kratos didn't seem to mind it at all. He'd put a mask on his siren just in case he didn't like such a smell.
Hebs, on the other hand, was preparing breakfast. He was still worried about Shadow but he can't exactly prevent him from sleeping with anyone else if he wasn't there to stop it. As much as he wanted to just go and be by his side, time, distance and, well, his presence wouldn't be enough to calm the man down. It was he who had initiated and brought Jae to the villa; it was he, too, who had thought that he'd be a good start to move on with Damon. Surely, Damon was still recovering.

Alfie was dead to the world. He was so deeply asleep that he wasn't even moving at all, all curled up around Gian and snoring softly. He would be hurting once he woke, but for now he was completely dead to the world. Léan was bothered by the smell, and even though he had a mask on, he had immediately woken up once he'd smelled that smell and was now watching Kratos and Hades work silently. He did not like Hades at all. But then again, the siren didn't like any strangers to begin with, and he was very choosy with who he did decide to tolerate in the end.
Damon was up, as well. He had just woken up, shifting himself into his wheelchair, and was now headed out toward the kitchen. Laying in his lap was a beautiful dark mahogany-colored violin, which he paid careful attention to as he wheeled himself along. Once he was at the table, he delicately lifted the violin up and began to tune it. Even small, brief notes that he played had some sort of...feeling in them.

Kratos gave his lover, Léan, a small smile of apology. He'd seen him stir at the corner of his eye and Hades seemed to have caught this smile because he'd grunted. Apparently, he didn't like this side of Kratos who was getting all soft and smushy with this siren. Beautiful as the siren was, he really didn't understand how Kratos could've had fallen in love with such a selfish creature. He did care about Kratos. After all, he was the only other man who was powerful enough to contain him and bring him back to the afterlife if he'd done something that Kratos didn't like. Kratos has gained some of Hades' respect, at least. The talk was done in about fifteen minutes and Kratos and Hades exchanged words of farewell before Kratos waved the other away. There was still that lingering stench of the dead in the room but all Kratos could think of doing was give his siren a morning kiss and snuggle with him.
Hebs had noticed those brief notes and he couldn't keep himself from smiling slightly. "Would you want coffee or water?" he asked Damon as he prepared the coffee beans to brew while he continued working on breakfast.
"They sure are taking their time," Kenichi mumbled as he randomly threw little rocks to the lake. It was a fine morning and since he wasn't hungry, he'd decided to skip breakfast. He'd woken up two hours ago and had coffee, which would probably explain his lack of hunger and sleepy state. Well, he was sleepy but he couldn't exactly bring himself back to sleep. It was like something was preventing him from doing so. He wasn't sure what. Raising his hand a bit, the male formed a ball of water and let it fly towards his hand. Stroking it made him smile as he relaxed and let his defenses fall.
