*was away for far too long* I just had to get my computer fixed. Ugh.. Apparently one of the cats jumped on the screen and shattered it.

I got some nicer trail running type shoes earlier last year but I'd like to get some road shoes too.

OK! New goal then! Wake up early (I can't believe I just said that >.<) And go for a jog! I could use a little more pep in my step during the start of a day  wait what? 3AM?! Are you serious?! :o What time did you go to bed?? I mean I was up till 3 am over the weekend! :o hahaha!
Stacker? What's Stacker?

Oh my! I think you are worse at getting out of bed than me  But when it comes to actually waking up I think I've got you licked! I had to get an alarm with a super loud piercing siren + a vibrating bed shaker just to wake me up :XD I'm so bad
Oh P90X I think I've heard of those! Those are those crazy tough work out videos right?

Ok so... If I don't come in here to say good morning at 7 tomorrow (PST ) Then you can leave a very rude message on my profile!
Run buddies definitely keep you motivated. But make sure you find someone who likes to run so that they can rub their good motivation off on you instead of you having to pulll someone along all the time. :( It'll end with just you running by yourself again. Maybe.

I used to go to bed at 11pm or so. *shrugs* Stackers are a "dietary supplement" I just like them cause they have tons of caffeine in them. I can't take them late in the day or they will have me up all night though :(

I never do like getting up. Maybe if I actually got up to work out. Ok, if you get up to jog in the morning, I'll get up to work out in the morning! And have a protien milkshake afterwards :boogie:

P90x can be a little intense. Sometimes. Yoga is really hard. Don't blow it off as JUST YOGA... that stuff is insane man!

Zephi - Definitely has to be someone enthusiastic about running  I tried to get someone I knew to go jogging with me, who wanted to get in better shape but that also hated running :XD lol so yeah it never happened!

Bed at 11 and wake up at 3??? But that's like 4 hours of sleep! :o HOW?!
AH! I see! Stackers! Well I'll try a cup of coffee when I wake up and if that doesn't work I'll give those a shot :P

Ooo! Yummy! That sounds good! K, I'll keep posting a bothersome "I"M AWAKE! :gonk:" every morning  I'm really thinking about trying to train up for that warrior dash cause I have a friend in town that is gonna try and do it so... I might be able to get her to partner up!

 So I've heard! I've only ever tried the easy yoga stuff myself

Also, my legs need a massage

Sensia - Hehe! I didn't really have an idea  I put a pinapple top on my head and matched the hair and then turned it into a jungle type man :P
AND You're the second person to get that connection to The Wheel of Time books today! :o I have Car'a'Carn etched into my license plate holders on my car and a guy in a parking lot today started talking to me about Robert Jordan

Carnie is awake at the wee hours of the morning. I hope that your snow is quick to leave and your spring is quick on it's heels ^^ Oh yeah, motivated runners can make you want ot run more. It gets competitive then :D Much much much more fun with someone else. You can do it alone and be fine, but running with just one other person is good fun, and safe. Just incase something happens, ya know? :S

When you are deployed, you don't need much sleep I guess. It's just a thing. Sleep seems irrelevant, there's other things to be done. I have caffeine to power me :XD It's a necessity. That and waking up to make some fresh bread in the bread maker each day ^^ It would be ready by lunch time and gone 5 minutes after it was done XD

run run run, senora, run your body round. run run run senora, run it to the ground... :XD

Hey hummy! Snooze buttons ARE evil. I mean, whoever thought of them must have been the devil or something. -___- They used to almost get me in trouble, and I hate rushing in the mornings >.<

*stumbles into thread like a zombie grumbling about how she is not a morning person*

only too me half an hour to get out of bed. *sigh* Time to work out.

I'm only doing this cause Carnie is getting up to run now. :XD (that means if you stop I stop working out in the morninrg :P )

----------

Oh yeah, one more thing Car'a'Carn: This is for everyone though. Reward yourself when you work out. This gives you something else to look forward to. If you don't work out, you don't get that positive reward. It might get you going too.

After I work out, I get a protien milkshake, not just a shake :ninja:

Zephi - Definitely safer! Especially with me and my klutzyness :XD
And the snow is not going very quickly >.< hasn't been getting over 40 yet but maybe this weekend. Then the mud running can begin :XD

Whoa! Sounds like some yummy bread!! And everyone needs sleep! At least I do :XD I probably would have problems if I entered any military service

Hummy - Hey! :P Agreed! They are evil!! :gonk:

Zephi - I should just disconnect my snooze button

WHAT?!?! :o You're making me responsible for your fitness??! No fair!! :gonk:

Hmm... A reward eh? Gonna have to think about that one... Ooo! A box of doughnuts! :P hahahaha! No not really! that's just too silly :XD

 Not just a plain old boring milkshake!

LOL... 13 Carnie. 13! That's how many emoticon faces you used in that post :XD And there was one that wasn't an emoticon too. Hmm. But anyway. Safety is a good thing, there's crazy people out there too. Safer with another. And if a bear attacks, all you have to do is be the faster runner! Ahahah. Just kidding :P

I wish we could disconnect snooze buttons. And yes, you are sompletely responsible for my fitness now. It's all on you. I'm kidding about that as well. I'll just steal motivation from you being motivated. We can motivate eachother :D

Yes a reward, within moderation you!

Who decided to make it so cold out???

----------

Lol! I love my emoticons! What can I say? I'll see if I can get through this whole post without using one!
Hahaha! I can see the personals ad now "single white male, looking for jogging partner/bear food." That'll get a lot of replies!

Now you're stealing from me?!? Dang you! Lol ok, as long as I get some motivation too!

Ok so, I think I'm gonna give myself an extra bit of time with a favorite video game then cause I already eat plenty, lol!

(see what I did there? I had to replace my emoticons with exclimations )

----------

Wait! I didn't mean to use...! Dang it...

I didn't say that you didn't need to use so many emoticons! XD I just thought it was funny how they all just keep making their little face over and over and over again. Forever doomed to be rolling on the floor, laughing. HA!

That might not be the best personal ad. maybe if you blurred the end part like... Running partner and animal conservationist if necessary or.... running partner and internal wildlife inspector. LOL

I'm not stealing. Think of it like you're the shark and I'm that annoying little creature following you around, hitching a ride off your wake and eating all your scraps... nom nom nom... lol

Extra time on a game is good if you only allow yourself a certain amount. Sure, it could be the more you run, the more time you get. Or something like that. Maybe buy yourself a schweet new cardio album off amazon.com or something. rofl....

ok.. I must say.. it's better with emoticons!

 I know! But I wanted to see if I could do it! haha! That would be terrible to be stuck in an infinite loop :(

It won't? :( Oh! those are much better! Vague so as not to raise suspicions but still exact enough to be effective!

lol Those little guys are cool :P Ok ok.. Fine if you really hafta..

Hmm.. I might need to rework that reward then >.>... OH! That's a good idea! A new song/album every 20 or 30 miles!

It :) totally :O is  isn't it??? :squee:

Also... I totally didn't wake up on time this morning  BUT! I did make up for it with a 3.25 mile jog in 36 minutes!

I know how you feel. :( I have been getting up at the very very very last possible minute to be able to get dressed, grab breakfast, brush teeth and scrape off car in time to get to work JUST as I am supposed to be there. :( Sleep is just too nice, and the bed is too warm. It's hard. I think tomorrow I have a cardio work out so if I don't get up in the AM to do it, I'll have to do it at lunch. Since I don't want to do that, I'm going to try really hard to get up. Really really hard... :S

I took pictures of myself to document my progress but then I deleted them because a) I saw my fat areas and it made me angry :XD b) I kind of just looked like I was posing. So, I wouldn't want pictures like that on the interwebz. And I was in my bathing suit as well, so I don't want them up there. I already had creepy old guys asking to be friends with me on bodybuilding.com with just my profile picture up :( I wouldn't want hubby to be jealous

Well at least you get there on time! Wake up early!! Tomorrows my B-Day but I'll try and wake up before 7 to start my jog! No promises

Hahaha! lol Don't worry cause when I was around 19 or twenty, I weighed like 263, my waist size was 42 and I was wearing XL shirts, and my sister had this electrician friend that was joking with me one time about I don't remember what, but it involved "Sexy Electrician Poses" and so as a joke, I got on my electricians belt, unbuttoned my shirt all the way open, and did some hilarious poses, then sent them to him. He and his now wife thought they were so funny that they put it up on their screen as a background. Annnnddd then their place was broken into and their labtop was promptly stolen. SOO... Somewhere out there is a very embarrassing photo of me posing as a sexy electrician! :XD So yes! I wouldn't worry if you did
Yeah... There's always those creepers out there aren't there?

Happy Birthday to you!! Happy Birthday to youuuuuu! happy Birthday dear, CARNIE :D Happity Hoppity happy birthday to you! Did you wake up? It's like 6 AM east coast time now :P

Yes they do kind of come off as creepers cause they are like... older guys who are kind out of shape and say things like "Beatiful good luck" with no punctuation makes it able to take that any way. And like, "You should post some before and after pictures so we can track your progress" I'm like... creepy old man, I don't need you to track my progress! :gonk: I just want to be able to track my OWN progress. Mind your own beeswax you!

And that's hilarious, yet sad. Your picture is out there. I wonder if I could do a google search for it and find it  I'm so going to do that. >.>

hahaha! Oh man! That's funny! :XD "Hey baby! You sure are pretty! *wink wink!!*" I'm jealous though, I never get creepy old women giving me lines like that :( I don't get carded anymore, people thing I'm 30 somethng... TURNING 25 SUCKS! :gonk:

HAHAHA! Do that! let me know if you find it! I would laugh so hard if you did :XD

Ooooh, I like that show ^^ :D I love ghosties and monsters and stuff :D

OMG, no cougars? I think it might be better for you. I don't like creepy old guys cause there's no way to be an old guy and not be creepy if they say something like that. Wow... they don't card you anymore? Not even as a joke? D: I'm sorry! That sucks. i used to card people if I just wanted to know how old they were or if they are really old just to make them feel better. Haha.

I tried looking for it, I think people can't tell the difference between electricians and plummers... Plumbers. Plumbers, yea. So.. there was a lot of butt cracks and stuff. >.>
