Bisexuality means you only like two genders strictly. Pansexuality is more about like the person for who they are. I think it also includes third genders.

Bisexuals have moods for a gender. Pansexual just cares for who you are.

I think pansexuals tend to be more loyal and monogamous.

Personally, I would think 1,000 times before dating a bisexual, but I would give a pansexual a chance.
