I've never tried Yoga, so I don't even know what to do there. Lol.

But I think I can manage fifteen to thirty minutes three or four days a week. I might start with fifteen minutes, since I haven't really been working out for a long while.

I get the women's health magazine and they show all kind of ways to work out each month or whatever
You can also go online and find ways to work out on parts of your body you wanna fix... Just make sure its for women and take it slow... And breathe... and if its the tummy your working on suck it in! Keep it tight! same goes for the bum *Pets her bum* I got a big bum always have to work on it

oh my pants size is always going up and down. :P mostly up. haha.

Yeah, it's mostly my tummy I want to work on and my inner thighs. Those are my biggest problems.
My bum is actually nice and firm for some reason. :lol:

Yoga is a lot harder than I had imagined it to be. I mean, you hear yoga and you think... pah! YO-ga. Ha. Easy stuff. OMGosh it is so not easy. I was covered in sweat in less than 15 minutes into it and my arms were shaking and stuff. It's really quite a work out. Full body work out. Really good for you. I'd reccomend it to anyone... even though it still sounds a little bit lame <.< Maybe they should just change the name and make it.... Extreme Body Balance and manipulation.... lol

I want to take yoga. We have a yoga club at school, but I'm going to be WAY too busy for that this year. /:
