The way they smell. I am a very scent-oriented person, so I base what I think of the person off of how they smell. I tend to hang out with people who I think smell nice and try to avoid those who smell bad. I really can't stand B.O. I adore the way guys smell, especially.
And my boyfriend when he's sweaty... Oh. My. God. I just wish I could bottle that smell up.

Always the eyes. With girls it's the first thing to attract me, and with other males it's a way of telling when they're lying. Also they give you a really easy way of telling what someone is feeling.

The first thing i notice is skin color, hair, and smell. I can usually tell when I meet another Filipino. I usually talk to people with awesome hair more. And if somebody smells like they haven't showered in years then I make up an excuse and walk the complete opposite direction.

His overall look - if he's clean/neat or dirty. Then his eyes and smile if they are attractive. :)

Hmm, probably their hair and the shape of their face. I'm terrible with looking directly at people I don't know very well, so it takes a bit for me to notice any specific facial attributes they might have. Then of course their voice... Obviously.

The first things I notice when I meet/see someone new is their body language.

Demeanor -- do they seem shy or guarded? Outgoing? Are they sizing me up or wanting to get to know me because they are interested in getting to know people without an agenda...

I usually never notice anything in particular about a person I've just met other than the fact that they can speak.

I prefer to get people talking as much as I can...its easier to gage what sort of person someone is when they speak, because while they're off on some tangant, they're not paying attention to their body language and you can really glean a lot more about them...in the mean time you also learn about their interests, so its really effective...

First thing I notice is their dress-up. If their taste in fashion matches mine then I tend to think that they're people with whom I can have a good conversation.

I notice pretty quickly if they are a bold person. I like bold people because I seem to respect that a lot about people. I like when someone talks clearly and confidently. I want them to have their own opinion, not just try to be agreeable. It's ok with me if you have a very strong personality as long as you are not rude or pushy. I don't really like or get along well with passive people. They are too confusing and I feel like they can't stand up for themselves or make decisions which I find tiring. It's not to say that you can't be gentle but I don't like pushovers. They just turn me off and I find that I am not as interested in their company. I love people that think for themselves and aren't afraid to disagree with me. I guess I just really like a challenge. xD
