The Rose and Clover Doll Shoppe

Once upon a time, two sister dolls were made by the same doll maker. One was named Rose; she had long trailing golden curls to her feet and a rich red velvety gown. The other was named Clover: She had a soft satiny green frock under a creamy apron and little wispy pale curls.

When the doll maker passed away, she left the beautiful house she lived in to the dolls she made, as she had no children. So Rose and Clover took over, and decided to make a sort of combination club and shop out of the old home - as they were the only two of the dolls who had ever come to life. So they set some of the other dolls in the window and settled themselves in two big comfy chairs before the fire, to wait and see if anyone else would arrive.

After a while, a little pink-and-white doll came climbing up the front steps and knocked shyly at the front door. Rose answered it, and smiled at the newcomer.

"My name is Kitten, I heard dollies can come here and visit with each other, and bring their humans if they like?"

"Yes indeed," Rose answered, "Come right in!"

So yes, come right in and sit awhile before the fire! Bring yourselves if your avvies are dolls, or talk about any dolls you have IRL or want to have, or any anime/manga featuring dolls or... well... anything you'd like, really!

yuay natsuki loves this house and brennna just wants to run around the yard all day! i'll havet show themn around.

Heee! I'm glad they love it here! There's a tiny dollhouse out back for Brennan to play in, by the rose garden, and a swing by the trees. Clover will show them to it if you'd like!

I'm feeling better, I think my cold is starting to let go with its icky paws. But I still feel kinda like death warmed over. :P

oh fantastic!! brennan is already squeeling with glee and amanda claims the swing XD yuki is like whatev and noah is apparently making out with natsuki so yea they're set

*giggles* There's a tiny tea-set for Brennan in the dollhouse, and Amanda is more than welcome to the swing! If yuki wants to he can stay inside with the big people and the other dolls... and Noah, Natsuki... there's rooms upstairs, darlings, just don't... make a mess, okay?

Pops into the lobby after her long day at work. MAN i am exhausted! Seriousdly today my boy was so good in the morning and then this afternoon just pooped out. he refused to follow any directions thrn tried to run out of the school again. but he didnt get that far this time because he fell and just kind of lay there onthe floor face down crying because he wanted to go home.

musdt later after we finally got him calmed down he told me " ms. c i need to go i'm really tired LOOK at my eyes..." *points" they were red from crying. he';s so cute and yet so frustrating. -sigh- i'm hoping tomorow will be a better day. its always hard coming back after a few extra days off. we had half day friday and no school mondya and when the schedule varies like that it sometmes throws him off and he gets upset easier then normal.

~~ OMG dn't offer them a room kitten! they're bad enough as it is.. at least in public they will only make out....get them alone...egads....

oh right before i forget Brennen demands some crumpets with her tea... real ones she syas none of those frilly plastic things....

Birdie: *elegantly settles into a chair, primly fanning out his hair in the most artistic way possible*

Critter: *tugs* Let me off the leash now! We're here!

Me: >_> No way, Jose. You sit right here and behave.

Critter: :insane: BUT YOU SAID WE COULD COME HERE AND PLAY!

Me: *sighs*

*scurries over to the newcomers*

Heee! Welcome! Er, well, Rose and Clover said I could be the welcoming dollie, so, um, here I am!

Critter, if Bear will let you, there's a swing or two in back and I think Amanda is on one of them, or I suppose you could join Brennan in the dollhouse? No? Ok just a thought!

Birdie you're welcome to tea here with the big'uns, as of course are you, Bear my dearest!

What a frustrating but adorable kidlet, Shiz! <333 And just a moment! *dashes to take some /real/ crumpets to Brennan* Alrightie, now I'm back, she has a plate of tiny, tiny crumpets on the table in the tiny tea-room, and Amanda seems happy on the swing!

actually i thknk she may be a little too happy on the swing...i can here her giggles from here! ^^

*waves to bear before poking her- heyyo!! aw you have critter with you... it's a good thing natsuki found noah.....you remember what she used to be like with critter?...i still have the pic on my phone of her sniffing his hair! it amuses me so i keep it.

Nori* trots over to birdie, climbs up the back of the chair he's sitting it and proceeds to burrow herself into his hair* COZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
