I'm actually feeling a little feverish today so I texted my colleague/junior at work to help me put it in my company diary and my email 'out of office' message that I will be on sick leave today.

The 'I'll tell mom' part actually refers to my teamleader. We have nicknamed her mom because she gets kind of naggy at times. LOL! I actually have already texted mom that I'm not going to be at work but another reminder never hurts :)
