It's true; I'm not new to this site! Actually, I saw the advertisement for this on another site and I looked around but I did not sign up. I somehow I found this site again and so I'm giving a shot to see what it's like as an actual member, and so far I think it's pretty neat! I never role played before as well and so I’d like to try that out on here too.
I guess some things about me;
Well, I'm a girl I’m seventeen though the age I registered is wrong (21) I don’t know how I messed that up, but I did... You can call me Gwee! I like any color of the rainbow, and I have a cat (Female). I love art and I love to make art (DRAW)! My favorite number is four and six. I am dyslexic so I may type something backwards or read something backwards, so I’m sorry if my dyslexicness gets in the way of our conversation.
I’d like some tips on what to do and what not to do on Menewsha too, if that’s ok.

Edit: hmm, I thing I change my mind on having a male avatar because I found out about the bloomers...And I love me some bloomers!

Don't spam, don't be a meanie-butt, and it's always a good idea to take a peek at the rules of threads/forums before posting, as well as looking to see if the are any threads already made for stuff you want to talk about. :D A lot of newbies tend to make repeat threads. :rofl: It's so silly and adorable and newby-ish.
Oh! And a lot of people end up asking this: How do I make gold?!
Well, there are two primary ways: Posting (you get like .03 gold per character, and 50 gold for making a new thread) and playing the games up to 250 gold a day. :D
You can also make gold by submitting reports, but submitting repetitive reports (like 10 reports for the same thread/person) or reports that are inaccurate (like reporting someone for "spamming" who isn't spamming) will lead your gold into being decreased and you might even get a warning. D:!

That said (I know it's a lot, but you did ask for tips, so...xD), menewsha is a really friendly and lovely community most of the time. :D So don't be afraid, and if you have questions, ask!!!!

It seems that Monstahh has covered a lot already. If you like to draw, I'd recommend starting an art shop. Art shops and roleplaying are great ways for making gold on here. :yes:

I'm glad that you like it here so far. I'd also recommend visiting different forums and subforums. You're bound to find people who you can relate to and be friends with. :D

I get so jealous though when I see amazing drawings around the net.

I used to have a cat also but my mom became to allergic so we had to give him to a shelter.

And I have a dyslexic RL friend so no worries here. :)

It's actually not that hard. I have a link to my shop in my siggy. If you'd like, you can check out how I have it set up or you can go to the art section and check out other peoples' shops for inspiration. There isn't just one way to make a shop. Just give it a title, a little introduction on what you draw, give prices for the different kinds of drawings you'll make, give examples of your art, etc.

You are doing very well, much better actually than my friend with dyslexia. She misspells pretty much all the time but I have learned to still understand her...well except over the phone that's hard to do hehe.

Flink is the wrong person to ask that sort of thing. She's horrible at that stuff, hell she couldn't even give her pixel art or her actual art away when she tried. XD
