The beast sighed and nodded, "yes, they tried when they found out about me but I managed to kepenthem away." he said as he looked at her

Her eyes widened in awe, "Really? You managed to fight them all off? You must've been very good at battling!" She had the energy of a young child.

The beast nodded, "yes I was, but I have forgotten some over time." he said as he smiled at her.

Alexis nodded slowly, then she resumed looking over the documents. The sun shone through the window and the way it hit her, it almost looked like she glowed with beauty... Her skin and hair were so soft and healthy... She really was a rare sight to behold... Caring and beautiful.

The beast's jaw was about to drop when he saw her and t hought she looked like a goddess. She was absolutly beautiful and it made him wonder why she was here with a beat like him.

Alexi read each document carefully, she wanted to know everything she could about his home, "This is so fascinating." She said after she was finished reading, she turned to looked at him, "Thank you so much for showing me these."

The beast smiled when he heard her, "I am happy to show you, I am glad that you like them." he said as he looked at her and found he was happy. The first time in a very log time.

She gave a bright smile, she looked around the library and noticed that some of the books were badly damaged, she walked over to one and gently stroked the spine, "I could fix these books for you... If you wanted."

The beast smiled at her, "I would like taht a lot but I dont know how I would repay you." he said as he looked at her.

She gave him a soft smile, "You don't need to repay me... I'm doing it because I want to." Her kindness was certainly something that he had not come across in a while

The beast was surprised but just smiled and nodded, 'well i truely appriciate it." he said as he looked at her.

Alexis pretended to brush something off her dress, she was unsure of what to say now but she did not wish to leave. She enjoyed her visits with Adam, or the Beast... As he seemed to be called as well.

The beast smiled at her, "would you like to see more of my castle? There are more tapestries around tha you could look at." he said as he looked at her and smiled.

She looked up at him and nodded, "I would like that very much!" She said with a smile

The beast smiled, "this way, I hope that you like everything." he said as he started to lead her up stairs.

Alexi followed closely behind him, her heels made a small echoing sound. This part of the castle had a bit more dust in it and Alexi would sneeze on occasion, for she was allergic to dust

The beast turned to her for a second when she sneezed, "are you okay?" he asked as he came to one of the bedrooms he had. It still had everything in it from when he was little. It was simple and was a guest room. A closet was filled with a few old dresses and a tapestry was on the wall.

Alexi nodded, giving a small sniffle, "I'm alright." Of course she wasn't going to tell him that the dust was bothering her, that would be rude. It was just him in this big castle, dust was too be expected, and he was already being very kind by allowing her to enter his home and give her a tour.

She looked into the room and gasped lightly, "Oh wow, it's so beautiful." She looked back at him, "May I look around the room?" Again, she didn't want to be rude. Funny... She was in the presence of a giant beast that could rip her to shreds if he wanted to... And she was worried about being rude

The beast nodded but knew that something was bothering her. He then saw the dust landing on her and guessed it was the dust. He would dust the place when she left and made sure that she didn't get like this the next time she came here. He wanted her to be comfortable in his castle.

He smiled when he heard her gasp and was glad she liked it, "of course you can look around. It is why I am giving you a tour." he said as he smiled at her. She could look around all she wanted, he wanted to share all of this with her.

She walked into the room and looked at the tapestries first, this was all so wonderful! She gently touched the tapestries, they felt like some sort of animal skin. Being in this castle with this Beast was like being in a whole other world, and she didn't want to ever leave this world...

Alexi then went over to the dresses, she gave another sneeze and then started to look through all the dresses, "Oh these are so beautiful." She glanced at him, "Did you have a wife?"

The beast smiled when he saw her looking at the tapestrie. It was better preserved then the other ones since he didn't come into this room alot. It still reminded him of the girl that came to him all those years ago.l But now he had Alexei and he was happy now.

He then shook his head, "no, I didn't have a wife. This is from a girl that use to stay here for a little whiel. But I was to much for her and she ended up running from me." he said as he looked at her and smiled, "if you wish you can have them."

Alexi scoffed when he mentioned the girl, how could she run away from him? As far as she could tell he was one of the nicest people she had ever met... And he several chances to hurt her if he wanted to..

Her jaw dropped when he offered the dresses, "What? Oh no, I couldn't do that!" The gowns were beautiful, but she would have no where to where them... If she could she would wear them everyday, but then people would ask questions and get suspicious

The beast chuckled when he saw her face, "yes od course you can, it's nit like I am going to be wearing them any time soon. So you can go ahead and wear them." he said and hoped that she did. He had a feeling thar she would look amazing in them and he wished to see her in them.

Her face turned into a deep shade of red, "Oh my God, you aren't joking." She looked back at the gowns, "Thank you so much Adam..." She said, using his real name...
