grocery stores have the crappy stuff that is the store brand "organic" and then the Co op in town has all the fruits and veggies and different brands other then just the one or two at the grocery store

I'm sorry sarofset. Try having some warm milk before you go to bed? I find the heat soothes and the milk has something in it that makes you sleepy, according to my Mother's wisdom. I can't remember what it is right now.
