Baindo kicked the snake hard in the throat then stepped on it and it soon let go of Neva and he quickly grabbed it muttering a spell then it fell limp in his hands and he then got the venom out of the snakes fangs. He quickly made up an antidote and went over to Neva with it. "Hey... hey hang in there... here, try and drink this." he instructed softly putting the glace up to her lips and hoped that it wouldn't be too late for this.

Neva curled up on the ground as she tried to get away from the pain that was going threw her. It hurt more then anything else and she wondered if she was going to die here. She felt someone place a glass to her lips and found she had to force her mouth open. Yet even that only cracked her lips open only a litte. Some of the liquid got in and she wasn't sure what it was. By this time Fey had managed to track them down and got to were they where. When he saw Neva a low deep growl came from him, one that told you he wans't happy. "what did you do to my Daughter!" he snarled as he made his way over and could tell he was furious.

Baindo stood up and started to back away when he saw Fey and cursed under his breath. "I didn't do this to her I swear... I just tried to save her from a snake." he said and then accidentally fell backwards when he backed up and ran into the corps of the dead snake that he had saved Neva from.

Fey growled at him and quickly got neva into his arms. Right away Neva curled into him and slowly opened her eyes. "dad.. it is okay... he saved me..." she said softly and you could hear how weak she was. Dustan soon came into the room after fey and looked around. "what happend?" he asked when he saw Fey with neva. Fey glared at hte man, "that is what I would like to know, so you better spill." he growled and you could tell he wasn't happy.

Baindo opened his mouth to speak though no words came out as he was growled at though he was shocked to hear Neva standing up for. "We took her.... Baindo lives off of others... though normally humans... I thought she was a human when I grabbed her. Though things got kinda out of hand... though we didn't do this to her... I don't believe we even hurt her though then that snake came up and attacked her. Baindo saved her from the poison of the snake that he killed also." Konran said softly hoping that Fey and Dustan wouldn't kill her master... she didn't want to loose the only friend she's ever had.

Fey growled and you could tell he wanted to kill the two. They were the ones who dis this to her and yet she defended them. It was probably the poision talking. But before he could attack them dustan placed a hand on his arm, "just worry about your daughter." he said and then walked over to the two. "we are greatful for helping her but you shouldn't of done that. None of us are human here so don't do that again. We may only have a few in number bit we are very strong." he said as he looked atthem, "now then tell me who you are."

"I am sorry... to all three of you..." Baindo said weakly and was still very dizzy and still bleeding from the head a bit and his arm where Neva had bit him. "Well... my name is Konran, I'm a water serpent though originally I was Baindo's pet snake. As I had said before, this is Baindo and he is a sorcerer that pretty much lives off of mostly human aura or some animal aura." Konran said softly as she rubbed her head up against her master some trying to keep him awake though it wasn't working too well.

Dustan could tell they weren't going to get anything else out of them since hte one was bleeding badly so he turned to Fey, "take Neva back to the cave and give her some rest." he said and Fey nodded. Slowly fey made his way out of there but his eyes never left Baindo, he didn't trust him. once he was gone dustna walked over and ripped part of his shirt off. "I will take you back to the house and get you patched up but nothing else. If you try hurting anyone in my family you are dead people." he said as he wrapped the mans head and arms. He then picked he guy up and slung him over is shoulder, "now then lets go." he said as he looked at hte serpent.

Baindo groaned some as he was tossed over Dustan's shoulder though was mostly passed out. Konran nodded a bit at what Dustan said. "Don't worry... I don't do anything and he's too weak to do anything" she said before diving into the water and swimming back to the surface and out of the hole in the tree waiting for Dustan there.

Dustan nodded and then dove into the water after the serpent. Once he was out of the water he started to head home. "good but just to say I think you made enemys with Fey. So watch your friend once he is better, fey is a ugly enemy to have." he said as he walked. After a little bit they got to the cave and he could see Jace at the enterence of the cave. He was a nice boy and was a great look out.

"Okay... it's actually my born duty to protect him..." Konran said softly as she fallowed Dustan closely. Destiny walked up behind Jace and peaked around him some looking to see if it was her father coming or not. "Who's that?" she murmured questioningly as she saw Baindo slung over her fathers shoulder and a serpent close behind.

Dustan nodded, "well don't worry, nothing will happen to him as long as he does nothing to us." he said as he headed towards the cave. "I don't know, but when fey came inside he said somethin about killing someone. Maybe he was the one who hurt Neva." he said softly. Dustan smiled when he saw the kids, "we got company, but him and Neva are hurt so we have to make sure that they are okay." he said as he headed inside. Once he got to a couch he gently layed baindo.

"I wonder why he wants to kill him... maybe he's the one that hurt Neva... if that's right why would poppa bring him here?" Destiny said confusedly as she looked at Jace then looked to Dustan as he came in. "Poppa? What's going on?" she asked as she watched Dustan with the male then the serpent that came in after him. Konran nodded as she curled up right in front of the foot of the couch not knowing what to do other then sit there and guard her master.

Dustan looked at Destiny and sighed, "the mans hurt and we have to help him before he dies." he said simply as he pealed away what he used as bandages. He then shook his head when he saw the bleeding and then headed over to the cabinets. He then pulled out medical supplies and went to work on Baindo. After a few minutes he had the bleeding under control and he would live. He then looked down at hte serpent. "so can you fill us in on some more things. Like how you came to live so close to us and who exactly you are." he said.

Baindo moved a bit and groaned at the feeling of the fabric being moved and could feel that his throat was still bleeding and sore. "Well.... we actually were forced out of our home which was quite a bit away and so I took him down underground and we ended up stumbling upon that little area there. Though when we got there something happened... Baindo suddenly started acting different... mean really... he had never been mean like that though when we got here he started being mean and his abilities started acting up... he started needing more power to stay okay and stable... it worried and still worries me.... I don't think he's quite normal still." Konran said softly and looked up to Baindo who was calmly sleeping on the couch where he had been placed.

Dustan nodded as he listend to the serpent and then saw the neck was still bleeding and went back to bandaging it up. "well maybe he just needs some time in the sun. That cave wasn't right, I could feel it. If he absorbs energy then he probably absorbed what ever bad energy was there. Right now he just needs some time up here." he said and then looked at hte serpent and smiled, "and for now you two can stay here. We have enough room for you." he said.

"I think you might be right." Konran sighed softly though nodded a bit and smiled up to Dustan some kindly. "Thank you... thank you so very much." She said softly and was glad that Dustan wouldn't kill them like she knew Fey wanted to.

Dustan nodded and smiled, "no problem, I like to help were I can." he said and then looked at the man. He was now fine, all the bleeding stopes so he would get better in time. "now then I think you should get some rest. I need to check on Neva. Fey was pretty worried and upset." heaid as he went off to go find fey and wondered if die or ginsei would be with him. Jace slowly crept over and looked at the two, "you know fey might Hirt you two." he said as he loomed at them.

"I know... but I won't let him hurt Baindo... it's my job to protect him and protect him I shall." Konran said softly as she looked up at Jace and knew he was right though she wouldn't let Fey hurt her master and friend. "He can hurt me all he likes though I won't let him hurt Baindo." she said again with a soft frown as she watched Jace quietly though hoped that Fey wouldn't hurt either of them.

Jace nodded but then smiled, "but dont worry, I dont think fey would hurt you. He is nice once you get to talk to him. He was just worried since Neva is his only daughter." he said as he looked at the snake. "they had to warm up to me but now they are my family and I couldn't be happy, by the way I am Jace." he said as he looked at her.

Konran listened some and nodded a bit as she listened to Jace and smiled some. "I'm Konran and this is Baindo, it's nice to meat you. I hope that everything's gonna be okay and maybe we could stay here... I hope Baindo gets better." she said softly and really did hope that they could stay and have a home here.

Jace smiled at her, "dont worry,he will be fine. Dustan knows what to do when it comes to healing, he learned from destiny's grandmother." he said as he looked at her.

"How many people live here anyway? I've seen you... um... Fey... Neva... Destiny... how many more people live here?" Konran asked having not seen Gesei, Diea, or Evelyn. Of course Evelyn was now bed bound and close to death though she was still there... for how long? No one was really sure.

(hm... maybe at some point we could have it that Evelyn dies or something and maybe something happens to Gesei and Diea since Evelyn was like Gesei's mother and she was Diea's? Maybe we could have them invite Kazu before she dies or something since he might want to see her one more time before she dies or something?)

Jace thought for a moment, "well there is me, destiny, Neva, ginsei, dei, Evelyn, dustan and fey." he said as he looked at her and smiled, "we are all we have since no one at the village likes us. But we are happy." he said as he looked at her.

Konran listened some and nodded a bit. "Wow... real small group..." she said softly then looked up as she heard someone new approaching though the sound was coming from outside. "Who's that?" she asked not seeing who it was yet since he hadn't come into sight yet.

As the ten years had passed Kazu had made it a point to come and see the small 'clan' that lived in the cave and enjoyed watching the two kids grow up and see Gesei and Diea so happy with their lovers. As usual before he came too close he tapped his foot a few times so Dustan knew it was him and would come to meat him. He had made the mistake of not doing that once and got taken to the ground by.... he thought maybe Fey. He knew his old friend Evelyn was close to death and he wanted to see her one more time before she passed on.
