Jace smiled as they continued to walk and when they finally go here it was better then he couldn't of wished for. There were more flowers here then he jad seen before and the look on destinys face was perfect. He knew that this was the one thig she loved and he was glad he could find it with her. "come on." he said as he tugged her curbed I to he feild.0

Destiny smiled widely as she fallowed Jace and loved looking around at all of the flowers and smelling their sweet aroma. Though soon she felt something odd... something cold like cruel eyes on her or something... something just didn't feel right here though she couldn't figure out what.

Jace smiled but slowly it started to fade when he felt eyes on him and out of the corner of the eyes he saw something. Quickly he moved and pulled Destiny close to him just as a net came down over them. "we got them, hurry before they try anything." one yelled and soon peopel were running towards them. Before either of them could do anything they were shot with tranquilizeer. Jace growled as he started to fall asleep and pulled Destiny closer, trying to keep her safe.

Destiny was confused though on high alert and worried as Jace pulled her closer then felt the net over them. She then whimpered when the dart hit her neck and she went down first then leaned against Jace feeling weak now and something kinda hurt though she wasn't sure what. She felt them being moved... maybe dragged though never once felt Jace's arms leave her though she was still scared... where were they going to take them? Would they hurt them? Would they kill them? She prayed that they wouldn't though she had a feeling she was wrong.

Jace never once let go of her as they were dragged and worried was coursing threw him. He wasn't sure what was going on but he knew that if they tried to hurt destiny he would kill them. No one was going to hurt her on his watch, she was to important to him for her to get hurt. The men mummbled about what they were going to do with them but no finally desition was set since they wanted to get to there leader first. When they got to the village they had to be very carefull since if the village leader saw them they could get in trouble. THey were suppose to not harm any of the protectors but they didn't like them. They were to powerfull and to many, so they had to kill a few off. When they got to one of the houses they quickly pulled them inside. Inside it was just a regular house but you could tell by the feel there was more to it then meets the eye. They headed over to the one room and looked inside, "sir, we have them." they said as they waited for hte leader to respond.

"Good, bring them in." the leaders heavy voice said in the room and Destiny started to stir a bit. She pressed her face into Jace and whimpered some feeling pain flowing through her from both the drugs that weren't meant for people and also from being drug along. She felt Jace still there and did feel more safe with his arms around her even though neither of them were safe at all.

((yeah I know, this is going to be interesting))

They brought them in and layed them down on the floor for there boss to see, "what do you want us to do with them? skin them? gut them?" the one guy asked as he looked down at them. Jace let out a small growl when he heard them and pulled Destiny closer to him. But the one guy kicked him when he heard him growl but it only made Jace growl more.

(lol yeah XD you might need to take over though soon since I'm not AS twisted at you are XD )

The boss thought some looking at the two though was indecisive with what to do. "Do as you wish with them I don't really care... though whatever you do do it downstairs where no one will hear them and Kazu nor Doku will get any idea they're here... that won't be good since he'll have us all hung by our tows." the leader said as he watched the two then stood and walked over to kick Jace hard enough in the head to knock him out then walked back and sat down to read and work on something. "Next time use something stronger... he's not like the others so there might be others that are as strong if not stronger then him." he muttered idly before turning his attention back to his work

Jace continued to growl when he heard the guy but when he kicked him he quieted down. Yet his arms tightened around destiny, clearly showing he wasn't going to let go of her. The guys then nodded and they smiled as they looked down at the two. The one guy then nodded, "okay, should we kill one and keep the other to lure the others to us? Or kill both? And do t worry, we will give the others a higher amount to keep them under." he said as he looekd at him.

"No... don't kill them, not yet anyway, we might be able to use them if we work the right way and do everything correct... we'll get what we want. These two are just kids, there's four adults and... four kids I think though I think there's also a surpant that guards the others like a hawk. Normally it fallows these two though I don't suppose you saw it?" the leader asked eying the two teenagers warily.

The one guy shook his head, "we saw no serpent when we were there but none of us looked for it. So it might of seen us and might be telling the others. We dont know." he said as he looked at him. He then looked down at the two and hoped that the serpent hadn't seen them. It would only cause problems for them.

The leader nodded then made the 'go away' sign with his hand boredly. "Do as you wish with them though don't kill them... yet." he muttered going back to what he had been doing before. Destiny started to stir a bit and whimpered some curling against Jace a bit more feeling helpless and hopeless here without Konran or her parents or anyone that she knew other then Jace whom was in the same boat as her.

They nodded and slowly started to drag tem away. When they came to a wall they tapped on it gently before it moved to reveal a stair case. They dragged them down the stairs and the way the net hit the stairs was enough to wake up Jace a little bit. He paniced that he had lost destiny for a second but when he felt her in his arms he pulled her closer to him. Gently he kissed her head and whispered to her ears only, "we will be okay."

Destiny started to whimper and cry some with each stair that hit her side or bark or head. She was scared horribly until she heard Jace's soft whisper and she looked up at him some leaning her head up a bit and with one bump kissed him on the lips softly then pulled away some and leaned into his chest. "I'm scared." she whispered into his ear before placing her head on his chest some and tears started to come to her eyes as she thought of their family, her parents, their friends that they had grown so close to, they would all be gone to them... her and Jace would be gone and they would be worried and the two would never be home... she just had that feeling so bad it made her stomach turn.

Jace frowned when he heard her and kissed her gently, "don't worry, everything is going to be okay. I promise to protect you." he said as be looked down at her. He could tell thr steps where hurting her so when the next step hit her he quickly shifted so that she was laying ontop of him andhe wad the one getting hurt. Hethen getly stroked her head and hummed softly to her to try and calm her down. He ones she was scared and so was he but he had to be strong for her sake. If he wasn't she might lose hope of survivng and that wasn't a option. They had to have hope of living threw this. Soon the steps stopped and they landed on the ground. The men drug them across the floor and Jace hoped that they wouldn't hurt them too badly.

Destiny was grateful when Jace moved her though she didn't like that he was getting hurt now. She laid her head on his chest as he hummed and closed her eyes. She couldn't help but smile slightly at the sound. Even though this was not the time for even a small smile like hers she couldn't help it when she heard him hum. Like all the times in the forest when they had been traveling and her had hummed so soothingly that it put her to sleep even when she wasn't fully sleepy. It didn't matter what was going on now as long as he was by her side to comfort her like she would him then she would be at least somewhat happy. She felt the bumping stop though they were still being moved, she prayed they didn't hurt them too bad also though was still calmed by his humming that might or might not have stopped she wasn't sure.

Jace held her close to him and continued to humm to her softly. He knew that this was the one thing that would be able to keep her calm and he wouldn't stop. Even if they kicked him, beat him, or anything else he wouldn't stop. He would humm to her for as long as he could. He kissed her head as they came to a stop and Jace knew that they were going to beat them now. "okay, you two, no funny business." he said as he pulled thr net away from them. Jace didn't love and just held destiny close to him. When one of the guys moved towards him he let out a slight growl before humming to her again. "you know you may be a dragon but you don't scare me." he said as he got out what looked to be a sword. Jace just glared at him and pulled destiny closer. If they only attacked him the. Destiny would be safe, that was all that mattered.

Destiny stayed slightly calmed though clung to Jace for dear life then they stopped. She was starting to get tired like she always did when he hummed to her though the flash of metal caught her eye and she whimpered stuffing her face into Jace's chest and now wrapped her arms around his torso starting to silently shake and slightly cry though his humming kept her from too much. Something about it soothed her so much that she couldn't even fully fear for her life, it was almost like it put her into a trance that only Jace could control.

Jace held her closer to him and knew that she was going to get even more scared as things went on. The sword he knew was going to hurt him. But as long as Destiny was okay that was all that mattered. he slowly started to mutter to her that everything was going to be okay and that she wasn't going to get hurt. But when the men heard him they all got a evil smile on there face, "seperate the two." he said and after a little difficulty and some growling on Jaces part they had the two seperated. Jace struggled and struggled and growled but the drug was still in him. "now then you two I can tell are very close, so I wonder how one will take it when the other is hurt." he said and the one guy then grabbed jaces hair and yanked it. "let your dragon wings out. " jace growled and yelled, "never." but then started to kick him and punch him to the point where his wings seemed to come out on there own. The man then smiled, "good." he said and held out a hand. The one guy placed a sword in it and looked over at Destiny, "watch girly, as your little dragon loses his wings." he said and slowly started to cut the wings off. Jace screamed in pain for a second but when he saw Destiny he clamed up and said horsely, trying to hold back screams, "it is okay, e-everything is okay." even though you could tell nothing was okay. After a few minutes two wings layed on the floor and blood ran down his back.

"JACE!" Destiny cried and tried to grab at his hands when the men pulled her away though she couldn't touch him. She started to sob and struggle when she saw the sword and understood right away before they even said anything about his wings. "NO! NO! Let him go!" she cried as she saw his wings appear then heard his scream and saw that they were slowly carving the wings out of his back. She cried and struggled trying to go over to him though the men were stronger then her and kept her still then looked to see what the main torture guy wanted them to do with her. She was a shifter there for all of her forms were different and she didn't have a pair of permanent wings so that wouldn't work for her.

Once they were done with jace they dropped him on the floor and you could see he was only half concous. They then looked at his wings and smiled, "I am sure we can make some money off of these. It isn't every day you get a pair of real dragon wings." he said and then kicked Jace. he only groaned softly but slowly his eyes focused slightly on Destiny. "I wonder what else we can make off of him. But first lets work on the girl." he said and moved towards Destiny. The men had there swords ready and looked to want to carve something off of her. But before he could take another step towards her Jace grabbed his foot, "d-dont.." he managed to say and the man growled and kicked him. "get off." he said but jace didn't let go of him. "h-hit me instead..." he said softly and the man smirked, "fine." he said and grabbed ahold of Jaces head and lifted it so that he could see Destiny better. "girly do you want us to hurt him more or you?" he asked and Jace looked at her, telling her not to say herself. He didn't want to see her get hurt. He just wanted her to be safe.

Destiny started to cry more and move though then went silent with fear as the male turned to go towards Jace. She whimpered and shook her head. She saw the look in Jace's eyes though shut hers and shook her head. "D-don't hurt him p-please" she whimpered knowing Jace wouldn't like this though she couldn't let him get hurt anymore, if she did then he would die soon and she knew that.

"destiny... dont." he said softly and that was all he could say before they slammed his face into the ground. Jace groaned slightly but just laied there and found himself muttering her name and telling her not to do it. Blood continued to come out of his back and nothing seemed to show that it was going to stop soon. The guys smiled as they got to her and smirked, "now then what should we do with you now." he said as he moved closer to her. He then smiled evily, "how about if we slowly drag the tip of our sword across your body. Or maybe we could hurt your face a little bit or better yet both." he said as the guys brought out a new sword.
