When the man spoke she'd stopped immediately.Nodding at his words she backed away from the unicorn."What are their names?",asked the young woman as she slowly made her way towards the pegasus.She was a little disappointed at not having been able to get really close to the unicorn,but then again...Her eyes marveled at the wings of this beautiful being.She hesitated ,when she was nearly close enough to touch the pegasus she looked to Rythen."Would the pegasus mind if I petted him,or her?" Melony could hear the longing in her voice as she spoke. In most of her daydreams she met mythical creatures and befriended them,to actually meet one that hadn't gone mad ..It was just unbelievable.

Rythen waited for her to step back before speaking. "The unicorn is Ash and the pegasus is Day. Day is male and he likes everyone but me. I think he is jelous of mine and Ahanna's relationship. You can pet him but be careful with his feathers."

With a happy smile Melony stepped forward eagerly to pet Day.She crooned sweet nothings in the pegasus's ear as she pet his soft nose and put her face in his mane.Turning a little so she could be heard by Ry,but still with most of her attention on Day,Melony spoke." Do you think I could help take care of them?Well Day at least? She hoped Mellie could see she wasn't interested in Ry,but the pegasus and unicorn. They where so fascinating and wonderful!

Cire nodded, smiling broadly. ''Yes, I know those two~ Well, knew. Lovely people. And excuse the woman, she had an incident with a witch... Wanted to kill her, and looked like a kid to lure other people into believing she wouldn't hurt them. Since Ythael. was young it scarred her for life. And the man was magician in our time, his son is probably teaching the younglings now... Didn't know Ythael and Ryuu travelled together, different kinds barely do. Then again, I've been gone for a while, everry fox demon is an important presence and family.'' She kept on smiling. If people found and stayed together they would survive for a longer while. Which gave Cire a bigger chance of finding them~! Then she looked at the hunters again, nodding still smiling. ''I see, for now putting him in a cage with the lock being frozen and a magical shield should do it. Let's ask Zalia to fix that for us so you can eat something.'' To be honest, the woman felt like jumping and screaming and being happy... But 2000 years of acting gave her the ability to hide all of that. Even if she wanted to be a giddy girl. Not that it mattered...

Casimir realized with a strange feeling in his stomach that he didn't want her to leave.He felt somewhat like he could trust her at least,unlike the others."I swear on the Fremont name,that if you guard me I shall no attempt to escape." This oath was binding to any hunter of family.They thought that if they broke it,it would lead those of their name to disaster.All the while he looked at the white fox woman ,without knowing that his eyes pleaded with her to stay.He had of course,addressed himself to her.To think of how his family would react,if they could see him then...Not even doing a thing to escape,even swearing an oath not to!Putting himself willingly under the guard of one of the fox people,one of the highest prizes a hunter could bring to any clan,without formulating any plan of capture or death.

She stared at him for a moment, reading his aura. Over and over. She managed to hold back a dumb sounding ugh, haah, what? Instead she concluded it was better to state some facts. ''... So your surname is Fremont? I owe you mine then as well. The name is Delindre, Cireminaelle Delindre. I guess you can call me Cire...'' She brushed a hnd through her hair, taking a moment to look at Roe and Rae and show the fact she didn't know what to do with this. Really... In her 2000 years of life this had not happened.
''I guess I'll guard you untill we actually managed anything. If just to allow everyone a dinner... And you better not attempt to escape, I hold pride in my name and allowing a mere human to escape is not a thing I would love having attached to it. You are warned.'' The woman crossed her arms, showing the fact she hadn't lost control and was not weak. Not knowing is weakness, and she wasn't that type of pack member. Looks like a long night for me.. I'll be stuck in this form for another whole day and there's nothing I can do about it untill something's done about him... Fanfuntastic.

Nodding Casimir freed himself from the two holding him without a second glance for them,attempting to look steady on his feet.His dark hair fell into his brown eyes as he walked closer to Cire."Call me Casimir,and to show you my good will.." He proceeded to remove all the weaponry he'd hidden in his hunter clothing.Daggers,ropes,and all manner of other useful things for a hunter to have where now in a small pile in between the two.Casually he went to sit down on a bench far away from the entrance."So Cire,you think humans are bellow you?I find that hard to believe when you perform for them like a trained animal." Silently he cursed at himself,Casimir didn't want to make her hate him! Already he seemed to be forming some strange kind of...Attachment for the fox,Casimir shuddered a little at the thought.

As the hunter freed himself, the woman mouthed Roe and Rae that she'd take care of it, and pointed towrds a direction, obviously the direction being the one of the canteen.
When said hunter showed his good will, Cire laughed, throwing her head back lightly.
''I already knew you had those weapons, human bearing the name of Casimir.'' A grin spread her face, this would work. When Casimir spoke though, she took a moment to look at him... Trying to figure out if he was joking. Serious? Her eyebrows rose, and her smile showed her canine teeth. ''My my, what a foul mouth you have Casimir, I thought you were joking for a second. I perform for the people here, not for the humans~ Well except for the children... Somehow I just love those innocent squealing kids running around. But that's something different. This place, here it is fun. It's just that simple. Killing people is boring. Making creatures enjoy theirselves, be part of a family, and have fun together. No, Casimir, when you're here. You're free. Which is far from a trained animal, far from being normal, far from being low, far from being locked in society as humans want to be.''

A sigh flew from the hunter's mouth.For what reason he wasn't quite sure."Do you like having to hide who you are from nearly everyone?" It was something many of the people,no monsters,that he'd eliminated had said.For a second he'd actually thought of his prey...As people! They were no such things,not one bit.

With a coy grin the young man looked up at her as he leaned back onto his arms on the bench."I wonder what you would do for a real family,blood ties and all.Being something like you must be lonely."He almost felt sympathy for her.That's what he kept telling himself,he was beginning to get attached to her after all.Casimir refused to acknowledge it.

''Not yes nor no, it's become so easy that it's boring. Humans lost their instincts, which means they won't feel it when a creature like me is in their presence. In earlier times, when I entered a room, always a few people would whip their heads because their gut told them something dangerous was near. At least that was fun.''Cire sighed, sitting down on air, floating in the air as if there was a chair under her body.
''What I would do for my family? I'd kill, that's what I've been taught and what I will continue to do. Taking care of your species, protecting your pack and killing the enemy. What I would do is what nature does daily for survival, human. But my family is safe, in the end my parents are stronger than an army of any creature you could name.'' The woman took a moment to think about home, about how magnificently her parents reign the community. About how magnificently their new cub is going to become their next victim. She turned to the hunter again, pursing her lips. ''Indeed, it's lonely. Nothing more, nothing less, something to be overlooked and ignored.''

Casimir looked at the floating fox speculatively.How would he have treated her ,if she'd been human?Maybe there lay a way out of his predicament."How can you ignore loneliness? He stood with a plan now in mind,he shuddered a little at what he wanted to do slowly but surely.Casimir walked to face Cire,his sneakers not making a sound.Slowly he reached out to touch her hand."Maybe you could try reforming me,it'd be interesting don't you think?"A devilish smile was on his face,and a gleam in his eyes as he looked at the fox.She wasn't really that bad,mused the young man.

Cire laughed softly. ''Make new friends and don't think about home. Ignore the desire of going home and live on knowing you want to miss your family, knowing that missing your previous life is useless and a waste of time. Live your life because buying one on eBay doesn't mean happiness is included.'' She sighed, almost reciting what her teacher told her. Then again, she took over what her teacher said quite fast. It scared her when she realised she did.
Sure enough, the fox wondered what the man planned on doing, but without weapons he stood no chance so she let him approach. Her eyes widened slightly, now... This guy was full of surprises. Though, cire couldn't mind, this was very very interesting. And the fox was all in for fun. ''Interesting indeed, but to be reformed by a 2000 year old demoness won't be a change for the better. Especially when said demoness isn't happy with how she turned out herself. Now tell me, human, why do you want to be reformed?''

For some reason Cire's words made a genuine smile appear on his face.Deep in his heart,very deep down,there was that want to change that the young man had never accepted before."Maybe we could help each other become the people we want to be?Besides,you don't seem that horrible to me,especially compared to some I've come across."His words where sincere,and not just a lie doted with truth. He gripped Cire's hand in his own unthinkingly,like he was gripped with the sudden realization that he did indeed want to change.

(I got distracted by Beauty and the Beast t.v series from the 1980s..Vincent is so awesome! )

Rythen watched her pet Day. He noticed that she treated him like a beast, a beautful beast, but just that. "You ask the wrong person I'm afraid. If you feel the need to ask a person you should see Ahanna as Day is her mount. But really you should ask him. Unicorns and pegasuses aren't like horses. They aren't simple beasts. They are as smart as any of us, they just can't talk. I'll let you talk to them. Me and Millie were heading to check on the others." He turned to leave then stopped. "We have agreed that you will stay and I understand that you say you only went after bad beings but you are still a hunter. Know that if you try to hurt Day or Ash you will regret it. They are both killers. Ash gutted a hunter who attacked me and Day crushed another's head." With that he turned and resumed his walk.

Ahanna looked between the hunter and Cire. "I will show them where to eat." She nodded at them and waited as the hunter pulled away and Roe and Rae let him go. She turned and walked out of the tent with the sisters following her.

Lucifer looked to Zalia, then shrugged. He's never really talked to her. "Just keep them away from me," he said, then walked back into the tent to lean down to whisper that he'd be right back in Scarlett's ear. Walking out, he turned around and winked to Scarlett, hoping to get a small smile. He walked to his tent and brushed his teeth, then put his hair into a ponytail. He sighed softly and put his things away, sitting on the edge of the bed.

Mellie pushed herself out of Rythen's arms after the incident with the female hunter and the unicorn. She kept close to Rythen's side as she glared at the hunter. She wanted her nowhere near Rythen, Ahanna, or even the beautiful creatures known as Ash and Day. Her eyes never left the woman. She was older, and much more mature than the succubus. As she and Rythen walked away, she turned around and smirked to Melony, then laced her fingers with Rythen's, squeezing his hand gently. "About what I said earlier ... I want you to get rid of that portable bed and sleep with me, tonight," she smiled, looking up at him. "I enjoy cuddling."

Melony shivered at Rythen's words,then turned back to the pegasus she had been petting."In that case I apologize if I have offended you in anyway Day.Would you mind if I helped take care of you?" Still with her hand on Day's neck she addressed herself to Ash."Would you allow me to help you also?Truly I have always wanted to meet beings like yourselves...It's been,well a childish dream of mine I guess." The young woman then backed away from the pegasus and the unicorn,wanting to give them room to say what they wanted in whatever manner they might choose.

Scarlett smiled when he winked, knowing it was only to please her and looked down at her hands. She didn't know if Lucifer wanted her to follow or not, so she stood where she was.. not saying much since she had no words to say. She drifted towards the entrance of the tent and stood there to look at the sky. She wrapped her arms around herself and looked back towards Cire and the boy. She smirked when she saw him take her hand. Scarlett made a few steps out of the tent and started to walk around outside. She walked over to the closest tree she could find and climbed up it, laying back on a branch to look up at the leaves.

Lucifer heard someone in a nearby tree, and looked out to see Scarlett, perched comfortably. He walked to the trunk of the tree and stared up at her, smiling softly. "Are you alright?" he asked, leaning on the trunk. As he waited for a reply, he stared up at the sky. 'The night sky is always so beautiful ...' he thought, sighing slowly.

She smiled when she heard Lucifer. "Of course, just thinking." She said, turning her head and looking at him. "Would you like to come up?" She asked, getting in a sitting position so he could sit by her if he wanted too."Did you see the slight romance between Cire and the new guy?" She asked, smirking a little. "It was quite adorable.." She said, kicking her legs a little. "Isn't it so beautiful out? Everythings just so peaceful and beautiful out.. makes me want to sing." She laughed.

''Not an answer to my question human.'' Cire stated, thinking of how much this seemed like a knight swearing his oath to the queen. Since she was higher than he was, floating in the air, along with him holding her hand. Just how sweet this was. So not Cire.
''As much as I don't like how I turned out, it doesn't mean I want to change myself. Never compare yourself to the worst types out there, it's just an excuse for being the side of yourself you don't like... But you're a whole person, with good and bad sides. I don't like myself, I respect what I've become, what I've reached and what I've learned from being wrong. Are you able to say that about yourself, Casimir? Or do you feel you have not learned enough, to ask an old woman for a reformation? Because that's not my specialty, nor what I want. Changing another person, sounds stupid to me. If you want to change, you have to do that yourself, with your friends to support you. Not make them do the changing for you.'' She said, brushing her free hand through her hair, only then noticing her other hand was being held. ''May I ask what you are trying to accomplish by holding my hand? Is it something humanish?''

Rythen sighed when Mellie pushed her way out of his arms. He had been enjoying carrying her. It made him feel like he had control over something. He ignored how she glared at the huntress. He blushed at her condition. He had seen this coming but had hoped it wouldn't have been for awhile. Sleeping alone for hundreds of years had made him comfortable with it but if she wanted it he would. He looked down at her and smiled. "If you want it ok."

Ahanna saw Rythen and Mellie walking towards the tent she had just left. She walked over to them with the sisters behind her. "You guys missed the talk. The hunters are all staying. The hunter that shot Mellie is being watched by Cire. I was just taking Rae and Roe to the mess tent. Would you like to come with us?"

Day stomped his hoof twice before shaking his head. He stepped towards her and placed his nose on her stomach. He didn't care who the person was, other then that Ahanna stealing monster, as long as they brushed him and gave him apples and carrots.

Ash snorted and stayed back. It wasn't that she didn't like or what to be pampared. It was simply something she was born with. Male unicorns were drawn to virgin females and female unicorns were drawn to virgin males. Everyone knew that tell. It was the same though for dislike. All unicorns were indifferent to non-virgins. They would tolerate them if they had too. But they hated people of their own gender. They stole their beautiful and pure virgins afterall. Ash had finally managed to get past that inborn hate towards Ahanna and only because they had been a pack for a year now and Ahanna had saved her life. She wanted to let the human pamper her. The dreamy look in her eye was wonderful. If only she was male. She sunk her head and slowly shook it back and forth to say no.

The smile slipped from Casimir's face to be replaced for a frown as he thought."I...Would like to change because I'm tired of being hated the moment I step into a room.Everyone hate's hunters save other hunters.Is that not reason enough?"Looking down at their joined hands he cursed under his breath,but found himself reluctant to let go."Holding hands is seen as a sign of great affection by humans." Casimir smiled ruefully."It seems to be that I can't leave any of your questions unanswered for very long ...Cire.Letting go of the woman's hand he backed away to site once more on the bench.He hid his eyes behind a fringe of dark hair,put off by his own unexpected actions.

Joy ran trough Melony when Day nuzzle her stomach after clearly indicating that ,no he wouldn't mind.Ash on the other hand had not accepted the offer.Melony addressed herself first to Day as she began petting his mane again."Thank you so much! I might not be the best at first,so be warned." Turning to Ash she let out a little sigh of disappointment and felt a dose of sadness rush trough her."I was kind of expecting this when Rythen said you where a mare.Would you mind if I brought apples though? I could just leave them somewhere you sleep."

Lucifer looked back to Scarlett. He stared past her, at a few branches. He didn't know how to phrase his answer, so he thought for a few moments. His foot started tapping the ground. The way to say how he felt about the said 'romance' just wasn't coming to him. Giving up, he looked back to Scarlett, a smirk dancing across his lips. "Personally, I find it disgusting." With that, he turned around and his smirk left as fast as it came. He went to his tent and lay on his bed, turning to his side, and closed his eyes. The thing between Cire and the man was clearly wrong and it was going to backfire sooner or later.

Mellie giggled and squeezed his hand. "You don't have to, silly," she smiled and stared ahead of them as they walked. She wanted someone by her side, to protect her, and she had it up until now. She was alone, scared, and unhappy. No matter what she did, it was never good enough to impress anyone. She looked to the ground and bit her lip, her hair falling into her face as she did so. She had the feeling someone would steal Rythen away, and she also had the feeling her dear brother was dead, which made her extremely uneasy. The young male angel was too pure to die ... Too loving, too sweet, too kind.

Scarlett sighed as he left, feeling rejected by the way he had declined sitting with her. She climbed down from the tree and went to her own tent. She brushed her hair before changing into black shorts and a red tank top. She had her hair down and had slipped off her shoes and socks and sat at the end of her bed, thinking. She stood up and blew out all the candles in her room so that it went dark and she laid down. She knew sleep would not come now that she was worrying, and because of her nightmares she always had of her mother or Joshua.

''Considering Rae and Roe aren't looked at hatefully... It must be because you hurt one of our family member, don't you think? Don't worry, I'm sure the hatred will subside with most of us, if you prove to be trustworthy. Which means I can't be with you all times, that would give the idea that you can't be alone or else. If you understand what I mean.'' She sighed, looking around as far as she could, without looking desperate for an escape. Great, people started getting ideas now already. What do they think Cire is? Desperate, willing to bang with the first the best human hunter taking an interest in her? Did they think that was the pride she had in being a white nine tailed fox? If only one started saying that out loud they would find a pair of nails close to their precious neck, ready to shut them up while she would clear the wrong ideas. ''Great affection...? Don't get too close to me, I keep my distance from the aging mortals. For both our interests.'' Cire said, her cold demeanor coming out, from too many experience of people leaving and dying in her life.
''In the end I don't ask questions for them to be left unanswered, Casimir. Do you?''
