Mellie watched Rythen walk in and felt him climb up the ladder. Before he reached the top, she wiped her face off and refused to look at him. Her feet dangled, and her heart was racing from the climb. She was thirst as hell, still. 'Something's wrong with me...' she thought, then stood up and nodded. Grabbing the unicycle, she sat on it, and slowly peddled out, to the middle. When there, she turned to the side, so that if she peddled, she'd be peddling out into thin air. Raising her hands up, she closed her eyes, imagining herself in the other tent, performing. She slowly started bouncing, then finally, she flipped forward and let go of the unicycle, listening to it fall down and catch on the net. She grabbed onto the steel wire and stood with her feet in the air, then walked back to Rythen, thanking the Heavens that she had shorts on. Reaching onto the platform with one hand, she felt the one that was holding her up shake violently, but ignored it. She grabbed the hoola-hoops, and walked back out to the middle with them. She attached a hoola-hoop to each leg, then twirled them around, concentrating on staying balanced. She felt her face turn red and she started sweating, her breathing speeding up. Ignoring that, she continued, walking to the edge of the rope, and back.

Rythen watched Mellie do her tricks. She truely was amazing. When she stopped he started to clap then remembered he was hanging on to a ladder. Instead he whistled. "I don't know why you think people will not like your act but that was amazing. Most people can't ride a unicycle on the ground and you made it look so easy on a rope. The crowd will love your act." He paused then looked down. He immeditaly knew that was a mistake and looked back at her. "And I would love to get down but I think that is going to be easier sad then done."

Shrugging, she dropped down onto the net, and landed next to the unicycle. Smiling at Rythen, she giggled. "Just don't look down!" she called out. She crawled over to the ladder, under Rythen, and slid down to the bottom, slowing down when she got there. "Come on, big boy!" she teased, setting her props to the side. Watching him, she admired his body, his hair, his everything. "Ugh!" she groaned, looking away. She turned around, and wiped the sweat off her forehead, sighing softly.

Rythen looked back down Mellie. He noticed she looked so happy and full of life and then noticed that she was so far away. He didn't think that he could climb all the way down but after watching Mellie drop down to the net below he had a different idea. He climbed the rest of the way up and placed his foot on the rope. It was the same as the other rope he had gone across. He slowly walked out to the middle then stepped off. He made sure to bring out his legs and land in a sitting postion. He crawled over to the ladder and climbed down. After falling down climbing the rest of the way down didn't seem so bad.
When he reached the ground he smiled at her. "Well that was fun."

Mellie laughed and pat Rythen on the back. "Dropping is my favourite part," she smiled and turned away to sneeze. She laughed again and walked over to a bench, sitting down. She looked up at Rythen and patted the spot next to her. "Come sit!" she smiled and swung her feet, looking down at the ground. Her stomach growled softly, but she just hushed it by placing her hand over it, an shushed it softly. She smoothed out her dress and hiccuped, then looked at Rythen. "What is it like...The first time?" she asked, then realized how dirty it sounded. "I-I mean! Performing!" she said, loudly, her face red with embarrassment. 'Stupid!' she thought, looking back at the ground.

Rythen smiled as Mellie laughed. "I think standing down here is my favorite part. Though the falling was kind of fun." He watched as she walked over to the bench and went to sit with her after she patted the seat. He kind expected the question but laughed when she blushed and clarified what she meant. He thought why she did that. Then he laughed. She thought it sounded dirty. "Well I would hope your talking about performing. Can't help you with the other. Since unicorns only like the virgins. He laughed. "Now performing for the first time... for me at least it was nerve racking. We did the simplest act ever. No mounts and just simple balls and group juggling. And I didn't even think I would be able to do that. Then Ahanna dropped a ball and it rolled over to me. I kicked at it with my foot only meaning to get it out of the way but instead it popped up and right back to her. And I lost the fear I had been feeling. I remembered that it was fun and that even if the crowd didn't like me we would not have to leave the circus. It became a lot of fun then. When you do something right and everyone claps, it is a very proud moment even if the move was nothing." He had been looking off at nothing but when he stopped talking he looked back at Mellie.

She smiled to him, the stopped. "Virgin?!" she gasped, not meaning to sound so...Fake. "No way!" she yelled, sitting on her knees, facing him. "You're a liar!" She turned around and crossed her arms, pouting. She closed her eyes and hiccuped again, her mouth dry. As she sat there, she kept replaying the words over and over. 'Since unicorns only like the virgins.' Groaning quietly, she put her hands over her face. She was, too, a virgin, and she was quite frankly proud of it. There was no way that man could be a virgin. 'No way in hell!'

Rythen turned red when Mellie shouted that one word. He didn't doubt that his very feet would be red. He stared down at his hands then finally brought his eyes back up to her face. He really didn't understand why everyone didn't know that simple fact. I ride a freaken unicorn. What do they think? That all the stories are made up. "Yes, yes I am. Unicorns only like the pure souls of the opposite gender. Almost all stories about unicorns are true. And frankly I'm proud of the fact. When I lived in my town I was expected to wed Ahanna but we did not love each other in that way. I was expected to only be with her so I was with no one. And I simply didn't care for anyone in that way. And really that hasn't changed. I came here and while I thought some people might be fun but I believe in love before that." He looked away. "I like Lucifer but I think that might be in the same way I love Ahanna. I've only met one person that I've really been attracted too."

She glared at the ground when she heard Lucifer's name, but softened up when she heard the rest of what he had to say. "Makes sense..." she muttered and sighed softly. 'Lucifer this...Lucifer that...' she thought, watching the tent flutter in the night breeze. "I bet it's either Doll or Chenol, right?" she giggled, trying to hide her true feelings. For the moment, she was going to push them down her throat until she was away from everyone. Slowly, she turned back to Rythen and smiled gently, pushing her hair behind her ear as she watched him. "I promised my mother I would stay a ...." she stopped as her face turned red. "Stay pure ... Until I was ready, and found the man I was truly in love with ... " Her voice trailed off, and her eyes roamed Rythen's face. "Hasn't happened yet, though."

Rythen started to tell Mellie it was her but stopped when he heard the last bit. He sighed and looked down. "No it is neither of them. They are both nice and pretty but are hardly what I would look for in close friends let alone a partner. Neither is it a sister, a fox, an illusionist, or a human." Maybe she would guess it now.

She raised her finger and opened her mouth to guess, but then said, "No...No...Not her..." She leaned back and pressed her finger to her lips. "Oh! Is it--!? No..." Grinning softly, she leaned in close to Rythen. "Is it a boooy~?" she giggled and leaned back, laughing, falling off the bench, onto her back. A soft groan escaped her lips, but then, she just laughed harder, slightly embarrassed, but she couldn't stop laughing.
Finally, she stopped, with an exasperated sigh, and laid there, her legs up on the bench, and her body on the ground. "So, what boy is it?" she asked, giggling softly as she stared up to the top of the tent.

Sorry it's short....again!! Oh and MELLIE is in this one again. Sorry that I left Cire and all but I wanted to see how it would work out in a conversation with Mellie.
Adam:
Adam looked at Cire as she rolled her eyes then took his hand. He was a little insulted but took her to her seat. Adam walked as Emily performed. He clapped at the end with everybody. It was a great performance. Then, Mellie bumped into him. He looked at her with a smile. "It's okay Mellie." Oh. Wait. Mellie's leaving......ad with......Ryhten. I'm losing to him. He sighed and looked at the ground.Maybe I should go see her. It's useless to like someone and not do anything about it. "Hey Cire, I'm actually going to go outside for awhile. I'll catch up with you later." Adam stood up and left the tent. He walked behind Mellie, but at a distnace. She walked into her tent with Rythen behind her. What is he doing?! Adam listened to them until Mellie and Rythen left the tent and went into the practice tent. "I've never seen her perform before. I bet she would be great." He said softly to himself. Adam followed hem once again and stood in the entrance. He walked in awe as Mellie was on the unicycle on the such thin yet durable rope that she balanced on. She was amazing. But now, Ryhen and Mellie were just talking. He obviously couldn't make out any words so he quietly walked over to the ladder. Adam looked up and cleared his throat. "Mellie, hey can we talk....I kinda feel awkward about giving you....'that' and not saying anything so. What do you say?" Adam felt so embarrassed but he didn't know what else to say! Well, whatever. Adam emotions made him actually blush. He tried to cover it up but he guessed that it loked a little weird so he stopped. What a disaster his love life was.

((The leaving part didn't even bother me (okay it did, the way he left her was short), but next time you leave my character... Don't wait three days in my vacation (which felt like an eternity) to just dump her. Please.))
The woman blinked a couple of times, annoyed, waving him off worldless.
Okay, she was left alone in a crowd. The fact Cire was left alone didn't bother her, she just chose the wrong guy to go to her seat with. Then again, she should have noticed he had something completely else on his mind and wanted to leave so very badly. Hmm, next time... Whenever that time may come, she should go with a guy who's mature enough to at least sit 5 minutes with her. Or a girl.
Anyway, she was left in a crowd. Couldn't see a thing because the floor under her wasn't made of soil... And there were hunters. Yay.
I am Never. Ever. Going with someone to watch the performances again. Why should I anyway? I'm immortal, that person will die and I'll move on just like every fanfuntastic time else. I'll rage around a bit, make it boiling hot and then freezing cold, eat myself full, puke it out, torture some criminals and I'll be okay again.
Yes, it was obvious only by the fact that the air around her had dropped a few degrees, literally, that she was pissed. Why didn't they place some earth under the chairs anyway? That's so way nicer to place your feet on than wood. Her lips pursed to the side. There were a few options. Let go of her human form just a little, and then use that advantage to actually be able to 'see' and move on... Hold onto her chair for dear life and hope she was walking down correctly... No. She would trip 5 times and if that wasn't asking for attention... Oh wait.. He'd catch up with her later. Should she wait for him? Thinking about that, she noticed the people around her started shivering. Oops. Stupid. For now, she'd wait for the guy.
But not without telling him that I'll burn him to a crisp next time he drags me to a place I can't see and then leave me there.

Rythen laughed when she asked then started laughing. She's acting like she's drunk. When she fell off the bench he turned around to look at her. "It isn't a boooy either. And it looks like another boy is wanting to talk to you now. He offered his hand to help her back up. "If you would like I could step outside till you guys are done talking?"
Ahanna had gone back to watching the crowd in the tent. She was mildly suprised that Adam and Cire were sitting together. She watched as Adam stood up and left. Probably going to see Mellie. Bet Rythen's really happy about now. Cire looked like she was upset. Ahanna doubted it wasn't about Adam but the simple fact of being left in a dangerous situation.
She stood up and walked over to Cire. "Excuse me. I saw Adam left you. Guys can be pretty stupid huh? Would you mind if I sat with you? I was left alone too." She smiled down at the woman even though she knew she wouldn't see. She could feel how cold the air was right around Cire.

Mellie blinked when she saw Adam and nodded to Rythen, taking his hand and getting up. 'This is awkwarddd!' she thought, looking from Rythen to Adam, then back to Rythen. 'Aaaaack!' Her face turned red, and suddenly, to quicken things up, she ran behind Rythen, and pushed him to the entrance, then out into the night, but not before whispering, "Stay here and listen, just in case!" She smiled and giggled, then turned back to Adam, taking the note out. "This?" she asked, opening it again, and reading it aloud so Rythen and Adam could hear. "I loved it," she smiled softly and looked up at him. "But, why did you ditch Cire?" she asked, walking towards him, slowly. "Women hate it...Hate it when guys ditch them for other women." Her voice was monotone and dark, her face emotionless. When she wanted to scare someone, she could scare them easily. It's not common to find a sweet, innocent girl that can be so cruel.

Cire's eyes lit on immediately, a broad smile playing her face as she patted the seat behind her inviting the juggling elvin to sit next to her.
''They became truly stupid after the 1950s, when families and jobs became less important... so did the proper way of wooing a woman as well. Before that it was very important to be the perfect gentleman, and making a woman giggle with delight using a complimentary well thought of comment and perfect manners was just a standard thing to do when in public. It's quite sad that those habits have lessened drastically though.'' She grinned, remembering the parties she went to around that time. Oh how she loved those...
''Elven men though, tend to still have manners when they haven't joined or when taken over by the human community. And even if they did blend in, they are able to switch on to being the perfect gentleman in an instant. I've seen it happen quite a lot of times... And some vampires, but those often try to bite you in the end, so that's quite a downer. Which makes you a very lucky woman if you're able to find a guy of your kind who you have interest in love-wise. Poor me, 2000 years old and single'' She said, an overly drastic sigh, obviously joking at the last part.
''And about the stupid guy just now... The fact he left me doesn't bother me that much. It's just that I'm not standing on soil... Which makes me quite clumsy. Since... You are a smart and clear minded girl who knows how to watch people and actually notice things, you have probably already noticed the haziness in my eyes only appearing in the eyes of blind people. At which I would assume you know I use certain methods ofs seeing. Earth resonance is one of them.
But that's not important, I'll just concentrate on the auras here and thus avoid them in the hope of going the exact way down without tripping... Too much. The fact that I'm not happy about is that all that trouble isn't worth the ten seconds he sat next to me. I'll survive though, I myself leave more people behind anyway. .
Yet, your words intrigue me Ahanna, who had the nerve to leave behind a wonderfull creature such as yourself? Do I need to kill him or her?'' She asked, a quasi evil grin on her face, looking at the aura of the girl to at least give the idea that she paid attention. Often people thought she dozed off... Which would be pretty awkward.
((Wow, I feel I overdid this post o.o; You don't need to return such a dialog xD Cire is quite the chatter since she's had 2000 years of experience to talk about :P ))

Adam:
Adam looked at the ground with a discontent face. So does that mean she thinks I should be with Cire. Oh. Does Mellie not feel the same way I do then. He stroked his hair and looked back at Mellie with the most sad face he's ever had. Usually he oesn't get sad, nonetheless, emotional. For the first time, Adam could almost cry. He didn't know what else to do. He ruined his chances with Mellie and Cire too. A tradegy....He looked into Mellie's eyes. "Bu-But.....I've liked you from the start. I know it's stupid to say that when I've done nothing to you or wih you but, I want to. I really do." Adam felt so ashamed to tell her this now but, it's better to tell her than keep it to yourself. Why does love always have to turn out messy at some point! I bet she doesn't even love me too!! Damn it! Now instead of sadness, he was pissed off about how nothing was working out from him.
He looked up to the ceiling and scratched his head. The only good thing about this, is that she said that she liked the letter. Probably even the lamp part.....(Ha Ha!) Anyway, Adam thought about how Cire was doing by herslef. It was rude t leave her like that he agrees, but there was a good reason, right? Adam looked at Ryhen who was just watching the whole thing. I wonder what he thinks about all this. Hm. I wonder what Cire would think about this too. Wait. Does she like me the way that Mellie's thinking of? Did Mellie guess that I would pick Cire or something? That would make sense.

Mellie turned away and crossed her arms. "You don't even know me," she sighed softly and looked over at Rythen. "You men piss me off," she spat, her emotions taking over her mind, heart, and apparently her voice box as well. "Why couldn't I be born a lesbian?! Well...I may not care about looks, or gender...That's what pansexuality is....But still!" Her nails dug into her arms as she bit her lip. "You men know nothing of love...Women can love with their hearts, but it's men like you, Adam, who judge by looks! You've never talked to me, and yet you like me? You like my looks!" she turned back to him, and dug her nails deeper into her skin, feeling blood drip down. She was fighting with herself, not to smack him across his face. 'He may not think he's being shallow...' she thought, then glared at him. "You like Cire as well, huh?" she asked, then smirked. "I can read your mind...Although, I rarely do with people whom I feel the need to." Her eyes darted away. "Makes sense, huh...Stop messing with women's hearts!"

((that's fine. I like long posts))
Ahanna sat down next to the fox. She laughed when Cire started talking about men and how they had changed. "I truely feel for anyone who has lived with humans then."
Cire had a very good understanding of elven men which suprised Ahanna. The elves tended to stay in their homes but the fox was very old. "The problems with elven men and vampire men is that they are stuck back in time. The world has grown and changed and they haven't really. I would imagine having someone suck your blood would be a downer." She paused and looked over the crowd. "I highly doubt I'll find a man of my own kind I like. I found no one in the last seven hundred some years at my home and now it is gone. Well even if my age is almost baby like compared to yours we can be the old single ladies here." She laughed once again.
Ahanna rested her head on her hand and looked Cire up and down. "I thought you did something like that. For a blind woman you see a lot. When you want to leave I can help you down. Anyways I don't like being alone in a crowd of humans. While you can hide your appearnce I find it vey hard to hide mine." She ran her hand through her silver hair.
"The nerve? I was sitting with Mellie and then Rythen sat with us for a bit. But my dear brother has managed to mess up. They went off to talk. And I'm sure they are talking with Adam now. He gave Mellie a note and I'm sure he wished to follow up with that. So our company really ran off to be with each other." Ahanna shrugged then continued. "Though really I would like to hear what is being sad. Mellie has been getting a lot of attention and I have a feeling she doesn't really want all of it. Poor girl. I hope she rips Rythen a new one. So I think their both getting enough punishement. You need not bother yourself to do it."
Rythen laughed as he was pushed out into the night but he followed her wishes and listened. When he heard her anger though he stepped into the entrance to make sure she was ok. He took a step back when she shouted at him though. It always hurt when people said things about looks. He was an elf after all. There were very few elves that were not beautiful. She is addressing that to Adam though. He wanted to go to her and hold her to pull her hands away from her arms. To comfort her. But he stayed where he was.

''Don't we all? But then again, their short lives are what made them survive. And their cruelty. They need to reproduce within... What, 50 years? Haha! What a joke. No wonder we didn't keep up, they're like rabbits except deadlier. And well... Human women get accustomed. I guess... They become shallow. Stupid almost. Being stupid is a hard thing to be... They have intuition. And some actually follow it.'' Cire sighed, smiling sadly.
''Hmm, indeed. But who cares? As long as you're stuck in time together. I wouldn't mind being with a stuck in time elf who loves to treat me with manners. Way better than a men hanging over your shoulder complaining about the food not being ready yet.'' She grinned, shaking her head happily. Oh, complaining about love lives, it was almost sick how complaining made her feel better. But she didn't mind, throw in a laugh, enjoy it together and no regrets.
''Hmm... There are several elven communities, and going out in the full moon does miracles finding them as well. Lunar elves keep monthly ceremonies when full moons are up after all. Often they are on their own, but they know twhere the others are. Very... Community minded people. Very nice as well, in my 1500 years walking around the earth I met quite a few. Hard to break their shell but they'll never break your trust. Forest elves as well, but they keep their customs more to theirselves, and I'm not one to question a person too much.
Hmm, 700 years and still single, Ahanna? You are a wonderfull person with the ability to get everyone as long as they are able to look and actually see something, I love the fact you take your time. It's better for yourself as well, if you find the right one you'll be more happy because you actually waited. And you are a personality based person, observe and then approach. That's good when searching for your soulmate. A lot of people will look at you, but only a few will see. I quite learned that lesson in a lot of ways.'' The fox said, closing her eyes for a bit, watching the darkness. If she wanted to see aura, she had to open her eyes. But keeping them closed gave her peace.
''Well yes. If I wouldn't see anything I would have disappointed my parents... Around that time, that was the only thing on my mind. I guess you could say I was a perfectionist, still am. Around that time though, I was dependant of my parents their thought abouts me. Whether they were proud or not. I'm sure you understand that, I had it a terrible lot.'' She said, placing a hand under her face, taking a moment to pout. When Ahanna started about appearance, Cire laughed a little, once again glad she was able to change her human appearance so easily.
''Hmm... I'm going to ask you then... Describe yourself? I can tell from here you are a fine person, with fine delicate features... Most elves are, but you are of a simple natural beauty. Very loved among the more peacefull creatures. A pegasus for example, would be very captured by your beauty. I can only see your silhouette, no colors. I know it's late to ask, but I always take my time approaching. Don't want to mind blow people.'' A hand was brushed through her black locks, wondering why she didn't put it up with a few hair sticks. She had lovely ones in her room.
''Well then, lets go pet peeve on them. Mellie... She's a succubus right? They are in for a surprise. You know, succubi are very complex people. They know they are beautifull, they know they are stunning, they know everyone falls for them without knowing them. It's horrible, their love life is so distanced from theirselves. It's as if they are watching a movie about the perfect person being fallen for again and again, knowing they are that person. But they aren't being fallen for, if you know what I mean. I've talked with a lot of succubi in my life... And I think poor Mellie, is suffering right now. A lot.'' She said, a painfull smile on her face. ''Want to make a nightly ride tonight? You can take your horse, beautifull creature by the way, and I'll allow Mellie to mount me. We'll make it a night of staring at moons and complaining about our lives. Will be fun~ I'm sure there's a lush and damp grass field around here to lay on.'' Cire said, her eyes shining as she looked at Ahanna, hoping they would do this... Just for fun. Just to actually pay interest.
((And I'm only going to type more... I belive I should become a love tragedy writer o.o; ))

Adam:
Adam looked at her in astonishment. He shook his head the whole time. Not sadly, but with anger. "First of all, we did talk to each other. I don't care about how long the conversation was but, whatever, I guess you didn't care." Adam looked at her bleeding arm. He grabbed a tisue from a little tissue box that was siting on the floor. Adam picked it up, threw to Mellie's feet as if he was trying to help but he was still pissed off, and looked at her and said "I may not know everything damn thing about women and their feelings, but hey, have you ever thought about what men think! That's so hyppocritical Mellie. And don't think that you know every single damn thing about eveyone too!!" He walked out and saw Rythen. "Women are a piece of work." Adam walked back to his tent angrily. When there, he grabbed everything in there and threw it against the wall, the floor, and at the mirror so that he wouldn't look at himself at the moment. Honestly, Adam was in the wrong, but not totally. Sure he did say he loved her just by having a short conversation but, he didn't just like her for her looks or anything. He wouldn't care what she'd look like. "Why does she think she knows everything!!" He said throwing a piece of glass out the tent. His tent was trashed. He fell straight to the floor landing on some glass pieces that stuck into his legs. Except, that wasn't the pain that he was feeling. Throughout his whole life, he felt like his life was a tradegy, he felt as right about that as ever. It seemed pretty ridicuous to do all hat for a girl he barely even knows but, it's not like he could ever change that, no matter how much he wanted to. Maybe I should just let the hunters in the crowd kill me. No, no. That would be just insane and stupid. It was just one girl I didn't get; life goes on. But now, I have to see her everyday and be reminded of my mistake. Ugh.....
He thought about Cire again. Was she alright? "Oh my God! I left her alone in a tent that has Hunters in there! I'm such an idiot!!!"Immediately, he ran to the tent and looked for the spot that they were originally sitting in. Oh. Ahanna's sitting with Cire. That's nice. He took a small step and then remebered that there was glass bits in his leg. He bent down and got some out, by that time, he wasn't bleeding as hard as before. He walked back to get the first aid it so that it wouldn't get infected and hurt like hell. It really took no time at all, so when he got back, he walked through the crowd and finally to Cire and Ahanna. "Uh, hi Cire. Sorry I left you earlier, I had to deal with.....some things." He looked at Ahanna kindly. "Thanks for staying with Cire while I was gone. Maybe later we could all get something to eat. You know, once you get hungry and all." Adam said laughing a little at the end. It was really amazing how fast he improved from earlier with Mellie but, you have to get over it at some point; the earlier the better. He said that in his head whenever he thought about it; it made him feel better everytime he thought that. But now, there was no need to think about it at all. He looked at both of them and aked once more. "So, what do you say? I don't really know you Ahanna that much so it might be fun to get to know each other better. Cire and I have been hanging out for a little while now except, I don't know her as much as you probably do so I guess this is a learning experience for mostly me......." Adam didn't knowwhy he said those last parts, but I guess it was true. No harm in saying that right?

Mellie didn't turn back to Rythen, she dug her nails into her flesh deeper, not even wincing. "I had to push him away..." she said softly, looking down at the tissue. Her eyes darted to the small drops of blood dripping from her elbows, then she stomped on the tissue and kicked the tissue box, sending it over to the other side of the practice tent. The only time she ever had strength was when she was pissed off. "A piece of work, huh?!" she cried out, not noticing her salty tears sliding down her face as she turned back, watching Adam walk by Rythen. Noticing he didn't care, she turned away again and felt her nails hit her bones. It's not that she had long nails..Her arms were just slightly bony. She felt more blood run down her arms, but she didn't care. She had one foot on the tissue, digging it deep in the ground. "I wasn't saying anything to you, Rythen...I'm sure it seemed like it, but I was making sure you didn't wander off on me...I'm sorry you had to hear that..." she said, then removed her nails from her left arm, to wipe away her tears, leaving splotches of blood on her face. She removed her nails from her right arm as well, and let her arms dangle as the blood poured out slightly heavier. Lowering her head, she felt her body shake. Her anger was overwhelming at this point. "He's stupid...If he really does...Did love me..." she spoke slowly, correcting herself as she did so. "I don't deserve it," she turned to Rythen and smiled. She always smiled through everything, even though it was a purely fake smile. "I'm fine, though." Her voice went quiet at the end. She heard the blood drop from her right middle finger, and ignored it, knowing it was only mental.

((lol lots of reading))
Ahanna laughed at Cire's thoughts on humans. "I have meet some nice humans but it does seem like human women are more shallow. Though we might think that because we are not used to things they are. Our people are known for beauty so we do not think as much about it."
"Any elf would be lucky to have you. And you would never have to worry about him asking for food. They all already know where they can get their food and that if they complain to a woman about food their likely not to like the results."
"Some day I would like to go see those communities. We were complete separte from everyone but traveling merchants. So we never knew of them." She sighed thinking of all of the other elves out there.
"Really the simplist reason I have always been single is that me and Rythen were expected to wed. And like you all we wanted to do was please our parents. Sadly we did not love each other in the way they wanted. So we simply never got involved with anyone else. Though there was never anyone I really cared about in that way. And I'm sure the same can be said for you. You will find the perfect person."
Ahanna paused and looked at herself. "Well I'm a dark elf so my skin is a dark grey. My eyes and hair are silver. My hair is wavy and ends at the middle of my back. And I look like any other female dark elf. Like all the rest I have full lips, am thin, and have fine features as you said. And like most of us my appearance hides the strenght I actually have."
"Yes, she is a succubus though I don't know if Rythen knows that. I really feel for her. I would love to go for a ride. And I'm sure he would think you. He loves to be told he's beautiful. If you want the two of you could ride the pegasus and if we ask really nicely the unicorn might let me ride her. I know she misses being out in the moonlight. Rythen went to bring her back here. He said he would be back before the end. We can wait or go now.
Ahanna turned when she heard Adam. "Do not worry. I stepped in to cover your rudeness. We just made plans but I'll let Cire decide." Ahanna turned to look back at the crowd. Adam had seemed nice but running from one woman to the next wasn't a good thing but she didn't want to be rude..
Rythen walked forward after Adam ran out. He walked to her and wrapped his arms around her resting his chin on her head. "This is hurting you and I do not want that. So would you like to be friends for now? Then later if I will come to you and speak of more. Then you will know you deserve it. But for now let's get you cleaned up." He backed up and pulled her right arm first. He cleaned it off with the same sash from before then moved on to the other arm. "We should probably bandage these."

She stared at the ground and shivered. Never being embraced by a man, it felt odd...But wonderful. Slowly, she leaned into his chest, but didn't touch him with her hands. She felt weak, tired, thirsty. Her arms dangled, as she stood there. "I want nothing more...Than a friend..." she whispered, closing her eyes. A few minutes later, she backed away and looked up at Rythen. "Follow me..." she spoke gently, not caring if he saw her tears. Walking by him, she exited the tent and walked to hers, wincing when her arms moved to grab gauze and an all-herb healing ointment. She put a dab on her finger and rubbed some over the first nail injury. Through the whole thing, she winced, but cried out when the ointment touched her wound. She soon dropped her hands, sending the gauze and ointment tumbling to the ground. "If I can't even repair what I do to myself...How can I expect to repair what I do to others?!" she yelled, mainly at herself, sitting down on her bed.

Rythen followed behind her. When the gauze and ointment fell to the ground he bent down and picked it up. He dusted it off and sat next to her. He checked the gauze for any dirt then picked up her arm. He gently started putting the ointment on the wounds then wrapped the arm. He moved on to the next arm before speaking. "If all you want is a friend then I can be that. And others can fix themselves. No one can say anything against you for what was said in there." He let go of her arm and looked at the ground.
