Aleron quickly grabbed her stuff, throwing it all together for the trip. This was going to be... interesting.

Mewtwo waited semi-patiently for them to be ready.

Margaret went and grabbed her things as well, carefully packing them in her bag around the egg. Then she recalled her pokemon and put them all on her belt, where she knew where they all were.

Mewtwo lifted them all into the air again and they hurtled towards Saffron. Aleron wasn't quite so tense this time, but she wasn't exactly thrilled with the flight, either. This time was easier than last time, she had to admit.

Margaret wasn't as weirded out as Aleron was, although she did glance back at her bag when she heard the egg humming cheerfully again. The humming sounded almost pleased, even. She just shook her head. The thing probably knew they were being shot through the air, too.

Aleron was happier when they touched down again just outside of Saffron. No one had seen them, at least as far as she could tell. Which was good.

Margaret barely managed not to stumble when they touched down outside of Saffron. She actually relaxed a bit when she heard the familiar sounds of the city. Before they went any further, though, she carefully started to dig around in her bag. She still had her security badge for Silph Co, and she wanted to have it ready rather than trying to dig it out later on.

Aleron glanced back when Mewtwo vanished, then shrugged. Whatever. She didn't care. She just wanted to find this information and go back somewhere for a while to let it all percolate.

Margaret noticed Mewtwo vanishing, but didn't comment on it. She was more intent on getting in and out of Silph Co again without anyone noticing that she had a legendary egg in her bag. She looked at Aleron.

"You want to come inside with me?" she asked. "Or should I just run in and see if I can find it once we get there?"

"You can just go ahead and run in there. I don't know my way around well enough. So just yell if you need help." Aleron grinned at her, even if it was the tiniest bit strained from everything, and settled back to wait.

Margaret nodded and, making sure the egg in her bag was secure, went into the Silph building.

It took some creative navigation and more than a little paranoia, but she managed to get to a 'public' computer lab and she downloaded the file she was looking for. She was nervous and jumpy as she waited for it to print out, but she managed to get it and cram it into her bag without incident, and made her way out of the building again. The entire time, she had the idea that the egg could hatch at any moment, and she breathed a bit of a sigh of relief when she escaped the building again without that happening.

"Got it?" Aleron looked over at her, noting how relieved she seemed to be out of the building. "Everything go okay?"

"I got what I needed," Margaret replied. "And I didn't get caught. I think everything went smoothly." She adjusted her bag on her back.

"Good. Where to now?" Aleron blinked at her. Since Mewtwo had vanished somewhere, and she didn't have any particular destination in mind at the moment.

"Back out to the road?" Margaret asked. "Maybe between here and Lavender? I don't want to be so close to the city with this egg on my back."

"That sounds fine to me." Aleron started walking, looking over at her briefly. "You still okay so far?"

"I will be once we're out of the city again," Margaret replied. She shook her head a bit. "I can just imagine so many bad scenarios if people found out that there's at least one Mew egg in the world. Just so many."

"I know." Aleron sighed and started walking. "Well, let's start towards Lavender, at least. That way we can get a safe distance away from everything else."

Margaret nodded and started walking with her friend. She would start really reading the information she got once they stopped for the day, so she would really understand about Mewtwo.

They didn't run into any trouble along the way, and Aleron stopped a little off the road once they were a little ways away from Saffron.

"Here look good?"

Margaret glanced around, and nodded.

"Seems alright to me," she replied.

Aleron nodded and sat down, setting her bag off to the side and letting her pokemon out for the night.

"Alright. Let me know what you learn."

"I'll give you the report to read when I'm done, if you want," Margaret replied as she settled in and let her own pokemon out. "Or maybe the PichuNotes version later on, if it's easy enough to summarize."

"We'll see." Aleron leaned back, getting comfortable there. She yawned briefly and pulled out a book so she could read, Vulpix settling down on her stomach for the time being.

Margaret settled in and started to read the report. It was really kind of interesting to see the details of the cloning project, especially considering the results.

A while passed, and Mewtwo showed up again later that night. Aleron looked up at him and went back to her reading. He moved over to Margaret, looking down at her.
