So, how much of the comic have you guys read? Did you start from the beginning all the way to the latest pages or were you like me and skipped, hopped, pulled a Karkat and shooped-the-whoop all the way across Skaia? :XD

I haven't listened to the songs from band camp lately, but I used to leave a tab open and listen to the songs from there while I tried to catch up.
As long as Cascade is, it is definitely one of my more favorite songs. Time on my side will always be my favorite, though. It was perfect for "[s] Prince of Heart: Rise Up"
I love the albums. I always wish I had the extra money to buy them, but I just keep a tab open to listen to them. I don't think I could pick a single favorite song though. Maaaybe a top 15 or so. :XD
What do you think of the new albums? They have got to be my favorites so far, aside from At the Price of Oblivion.
I liked Universe B a lot more than Universe A, it seemed a lot more cohesive in the way the tracks worked together. But they were both awesome for something completely fan-made. :D
Yup. It was really interesting to hear the songs for each of the trolls and kids. I suppose since they're mostly fan-made, they also reflect how fans view the characters to be like. Eridan's and Dualscar's songs were very navy/military-esque to me. While we already know what Eridan's like, we still have yet to see Dualscar's personality so there's a chance his song won't match up with the post-scratch/dead? version of him =3 Not that it's a bad thing, though!
Emerald Terror was delicious! The beginning seemed appropriate for Jake, but the rest after 00:20 was a big surprise :XD
And aaargh! That Squiddle Song!! It's so morbid but so catchy!!! It was stuck in my head for weeks :gonk:
The reason I read through Homestuck was to understand what the big hoopla was all about. And I can honestly say that at the time I wasn't impressed. All the characters seemed to be iterations of each other and there were plot holes the size of Mexico, and in general I just couldn't understand why it became so popular. But then I started hopping into forums and fansites to try to understand it better. I started thinking that it was just the idea of an active community to talk and chat and enjoy. And now that I can see how the ideas bounce off the fans and the creator and the whole speculative ideas behind each move, it's become a more interactive process and I'm happy to say that Nanasprite, Eridan, and Meenah are my favorites.
It really is about the fan community for me, I'm enjoying the fan art and fanstories and fancomics more so than the actual web comic itself. That being said, it's grown on me and I'm still newish to the whole thing. (been reading for ~6months)
It really hurts me whenever I remember hearing about how people skip straight to the Trolls' part. I really enjoy the kids and to be honest, trying to read the Trolls' chat logs kills me. I skipped a lot of pages just because of the Troll writing quirks filling the whole chat log.

And KYAAAAAAAAAAA~!! Kankri!!! He's so adoooorabllllllllle<3<3<3 But dang does he love to talk! The only reason it took me over an hour to get through the latest update was because of his ridiculously long mono- I mean, dialogues! I had to re-read a bunch of his sentences because I started zoning out halfway through them And Porrim!!! So cool and sassy!!! She's like a summary of all the oc's of a huge chunk of the people I stalk watch on DA and tumblr And Hussie-sprite is such a cuuuuuutttiiieeeee I just wanna hug the cutie-wootie and smoosh his cheeky-weeky face O3O
