It was a very cliche windy, dark night. I stepped out to take my dog for a walk. The wind was holwing in the trees, it was rather peaceful. We reached a park that is right inbetween a few residential buildings when I heart faint toosteps. I did not even think anything of it, but they started getting closer. My dog distanced himself from me to do whatever a dog does. The footsteps still were coming closer until they were, I would say, a few meters right behind me. I turned around, nothing or no one was there. I shrug and continue walking, but I hear them once more, even closer than before. This time I turned around and jumped back, still no one was there. I started getting a bit nervous and walking faster, the footsteps were back and even closer. I swung my arm behind me, and for a second it felt like someone grabbed my arm, and there was this chilling, painful sensation in my spine. The end.

@Lav: I haven't read all of it yet, but I just wanted to say... I read the second sentence and freaked out already. xDDD

It is all true, at least in my head.

@Iro: ....Well, now that you mention it, I do drive a LOT faster than I usually would...o.O;; Good thing my scooter's only a 50c.c. so the fastest it could go is 60kph. XD;;

Thankfully nothing happened to you then, Lavender! Your dog had no reaction to it? Animals were supposed to be more sensitive to these things.

For most spirits, though (the more harmless ones), if you show fear they'll disturb you further. But if you tell them strictly or loudly, "Stop disturbing me!" they'll usually leave you alone.
