I was beta in Aion. I liked it, but the GMs playing favorites during the holiday events was a huge turn off. Plus I feel like they had all this potential and didn't do anything with it. But maybe I am wrong. What do you think?

I don't really get all that involved with the community either. I just play. I like it enough to keep playing though. But I'm easy to please when it comes to games. If it looks pretty I'll probably play it. I stayed away from WoW for a really long time just because I thought it looked ugly.

Oh god. I just put Pokemon White on my flash cart today, and I have to say that so far, it is GORGEOUS! Graphically they really pushed the limit. I am not very far, but I can tell that it is more story driven than the other games in the past, and it's actually harder to fight and level your beasties. So far, my only complaint is patrat, and the starting pokemon don't really wow me. But the other pokemon I have so far are pretty aesthetically pleasing.

I really want a 3DS.

I've always wanted more story in the Pokemon games. How is it harder to fight and level? Are the Pokemon in the wilderness more tough or are there changes to the combat system? :O

The starting Pokemon was what caught me, actually. :XD I mean, I'm not too impressed with the water one, and the fire one didn't look that great after evolving, but I like the grass serpent. :) Also like a lot of the other new ones, like the pigeon.

The grass one doesn't look to bad in it's final form. I was tempted. The fire one...is a pig. Fire + pig = bacon. I can't take it seriously unless I am gonna eat it. I like the final form of the water one, which is why I chose it.

As to how it's harder, I can't put the math to it because I do not know. I do know that when I catch a wild pokemon, it takes longer for it to get from 2-7 than it did in the last game, and I am spending a lot more time running back and forth between pokecenters and the fields. And I wil reiterate: I hate patrat.
