the Sims 3 and my battery is bad

came out and it shut down. Usually It just comes back up after I turn it back on.
Not this time though, This time some stupid Dell Media Direct File thing comes up
and then says for me to disable Bitlocker. Well, I can't figure out how to because I can't do
anything unless it's through F2, F12, F8, ect. -_-''
