So, I'm going to Tokyo tomorrow, and I haven't reserved my seat on the train up, and I'm wondering if I can still get a Fuji-side window seat for an early Saturday morning train....

Nothing to do but find out. :O Hope so!

Well, I'm stuck at home waiting for an urgent translation job that I want to make sure I get done today and not tomorrow, so I might just go tomorrow at the train station and see. There are trains every ten minutes between here and Tokyo, so as long as I give myself a 30-40 minute window I should be able to at least get a seat.

It also just seems silly to spend almost two hours getting to the one train station where I can convert my non-reserved ticket to a seat reservation without any other errands to do around that part of town.
