Been good, my brother and sister in law are staying with us
because they are trying to get a new house and the people are taking
there loving time with it. and they needed a place to stay. Plus there house
is really cold because the gas is out and they are about to move and don't see
any point in filling it up for just a little wail. And the company want just put a little in it.
I've been pretty busy ^^''

Haha yeah. Our main heat has been fixed for a while, but sometimes it still gets a bit too chilly for me and then I use the little heater. Don't want to be jacking up the electric bill!

Phew, what a week. I'm back in the US with my husband at last, went on a whirlwind one-night-away vacation, and will spend Sunday cooking for extended family. How's everyone else?

lol! Yeah. xDD
I try not to, but nearly every movement that involves arms hurts them, not just lifting. x__x;;
...Which reminds me, I forgot to take my medicine. xD;; *goes to eat*

Possibly. :ninja: Hmm.. wasn't that long ago. Might be just tired. No naps today. I am definitely tired right now. Probably heading to bed after this movie is over.
But but! What if all that leads to more pain and thus a longer recovery time? D:

Ah, yeah, it's getting rather late where you are. :O
Er...:gonk:
The bone doc said it might take at least a week to heal...though since it got worse (which is probably my fault, as I not only swept the floor of the house yesterday evening but also spent nearly an hour scrubbing my bathroom clean :XD;;;) maybe two weeks? :sweat:

It was only a couple pages back I think...:XD
Anyway, long story short, I got into a car accident a couple nights ago, and now my shoulders are feeling it and are very very sore, to the point where I can't lift them past my chest area without them feeling weak. :sweat: I could continue lifting them above my head if I want to, but it would feel really uncomfortable and I think it'll be hurting them more than letting them heal, so...

Ouch. You should definitely get them checked out. I was in a bad bicycle accident once and as they pulled me out of the cliffside I was pretty sure I'd just pulled a muscle in my shoulder, but then when they took an X-ray it turned out I'd broken a bone in my shoulder (the acromion, to be precise -- here's a diagram, I'd broken the bit on top next to the clavicle). I couldn't raise my arms over my head without feeling like fainting from the pain, and that sounds like what happened to you. They couldn't really "set" it or put it in a cast, but a sling did keep me from using it too much until it healed.

Yeah, I went to a hospital the next day after calling off work, since my dad had fractured his shoulder not too long ago thanks to a scooter accident as well (though not from a crash). Luckily there weren't any broken bones or fractures, so I guess it's just a bad case of contusion, and will have to be left to heal on its own until it doesn't hurt anymore. I'm glad my work doesn't require me running around or carrying stuff...though if I have to shift around through papers and stuff, it'll hurt. Not looking forward to work on Monday. :gonk:
----------
@Iku: Yessss! :gonk: I'm always staying up later than I should because it's just so much easier to stay awake at night than to get up early in the morning! :cry:
Yeah...my bathroom hasn't looked this clean in months. :XD;;
Still haven't scrubbed the mirror and the sink and the toothbrush rack though...I'll get around to that later when my arms aren't hurting so much. :ninja:
Also have to replace the thin mattress and blankets on my bed to something thicker, which I've been meaning to do for a week but kept forgetting...not looking forward to having to carry the blankets around. :sweat:

Speaking of cleaning bathrooms, I'll be doing that on Sunday...

lol Yeah, first day as a mod and all, eh? :poke:
I have no ideaaa :gonk: I just spend like two hours cleaning and dusting the upper bunk of my bed too just now. :gonk: Lots of shifting stuff around, climbing up and down the bed (without a ladder too, the ladder broke years ago), wiping up all the dust (at least several years' worth)...and I still haven't changed the mattress and blankets. :XD;;
At least my bed is now much less dusty and looks tidier than before...:headdesk:
Yeah, also because I've been using this current mattress for almost twenty years. Figured it was about time I changed it. :XD Gonna use the mattress and blankets I used back in college, they're newer and more comfier anyway. :P
