@Livi: Nothing was wrong with them necessarily, we just got some new ones and figured that we could throw them into brackets; so we won't have to harass newbies about overusing them. So since they're in the brackets, you won't get gold for them.

Iku: But it just seems awkward to me to use them, and it bothers me, but that's just me. *shrug* Like having to put them in the brackets, just feels wrong to me and weird, but again, that's just me. Heh.

Yeah, I'm doing my best to get used to them in brackets. My fingers just automatically press down on the colons after all these years of training!

I think I adjusted to it pretty quickly. o wo

I'm guessing it's because it's colons on deviantArt too, so I'm just so used to using colons for all the smileys these days. I'm slowly starting to be able to not automatically clamp down on the colons now on Mene though, though sometimes when I'm typing too quickly and not really thinking my fingers still fly towards them. (like just now)

Ah. Yeah, all I have is Mene to go by so it's an easier transition.

I've been spending more time on dA lately too, so it's harder to change the habits. :XD:

Rena missed you all while the site was down! But she's glad it's back up. How is everyone doing?

I'm currently being swamped with stuff at work, despite that work time should've ended 15 minutes ago. I really want to leave it all until tomorrow, but there's someone waiting for us to call her back right now and I've got no answers to her problem...godsdamn it all. *facedesk* (co-worker's looking for answers right now I think, she's out of the office)

Ah I see. well, i hope you find the answers soon! rena's been sleeping too little... she's been waking up in the middle of the night and isn't able to get back to bed... oh, rena's friend nikki's aunt passed away last night. so it's kinda a sad morning. i just am glad that i'm able to be here for Nikki.

I've actually got stuff from last week that I've yet to be able to complete, mostly because I lack the answers to respond to them with. I really need to find the professor so I can get some answers from him...x__x
