Despite Antagonist's claims to be a bad story writer, I'd like to read a story by you, given your sense of humour.

They're all quite horrible, really. I have a few on my FFN account, but I haven't updated anything in ages.
I get lots of plot bunnies, but could never really finish anything.

The ending seemed a little weak to me, but the rest of the story was great. I really like how it helps people understand more about how Jump and the manga industry works. There might be a lot of hyperbole in it, but still, at least I know more about manga and the manga industry than before. > w<

That's my favorite thing about that manga series. I really like how it portrayed the industry. Since I stopped buying manga, it took me forever to read them in the store though. Haha. Lots of text in that series. @ [email protected]

Haha, yeah, it does take a while to read everything in it. xDDD But the text isn't as heavy as it was in Death Note though, that just gave me a headache. xD I think the mangaka and the writer also incorporated some stuff from Death Note into Bakuman. Like some of what was mentioned in the manga made me think that they were talking through experience through Mashiro and Takagi.

I'm not sure how many volumes there are of the manga since I read everything online, but there were 176 chapters in all when it ended. :)

I've been swamped with school work. I'm getting a slight break this weekend though. I have plans to game (xbox, ps3, ds, computer... etc...) and watch scooby-doo for 24 hours.

Well...I think so?? I mean, I have all the Death Note manga on a shelf at home, but I don't have any volumes of Bakuman (which I probably should, since it's more 'educational' than a good portion of my other books ), but from impression I think Death Note was more complicated.

Ooh, there were 20 volumes? Nice! Not too bad for a series. It was popular enough for an anime as well, though I've never seen it. ;

Yay flower headbands! I've never made one or worn one before, it makes me feel all pretty and stuff.

I was crazy over Samurai Deeper Kyo back in high school. xDD Lost interest in it after a while though, and sold all my volumes to a classmate at an absurdly low price. (which I regret now...) Hotaru's pretty funny, though my favorite characters are Hishigi and Fubuki. the series was okay I suppose.

I think I made a half-assed attempt at making a flower bracelet a loong time ago, something that I saw on TV. Like picking the flowers, then sticking the stem of one flower into the center of another flower and repeating the process until you have a ring of flowers...mine kept falling apart so I got frustrated and stopped and threw it away. xD

I haven't read all of Bakuman either, but I do think it's an interesting story, especially with it's protrayal of the manga industry.
