Yeah, it's easy(ier) to get around with public transportation in Taipei too, but since I'm in Kaohsiung, most people still use their own vehicles~

I live in the country.....its not practical for me to get one. But I do like them.

Yeah. They're convenient for close-range stuff. Harder to get around if you're also carrying multiple bags of groceries because there's no place to store them.

One of the colleges' scooter parking lot here. Actually, I think most colleges' scooter parking lots are like that...gods know I have to get to work earlier than any of them or I'd never be able to find a good spot...or any spot.

A large portion of our driving population rely on scooters, hence scooter parking lots and parking spaces everywhere.
