i like cracked egg but i avoid yolk. i eat egg whites in the morning sometimes.

The egg is great. Egg drop soup - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia It could go without the egg, but then it wouldn't be as filling.

I've heard that egg yolks have high amount of cholesterol in them so it's not good to eat too much of it, but throwing it away just seems so wasteful and they're tasty, so I always eat them.

Cora does half and half with the yolks.
